Abstract

Based on the export volume data recorded by the Ministry of Agriculture from 2012 to 2016, palm oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) became one of the centres of Government and investor attention. In the oil palm plantation company, one of which is PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu occurs constraints on palm oil crops that do not match the target expected. This target is the sum of harvest and when it is used to harvest the oil palm. When crops do not match the target, it can cause budgets of production that do not match the planned. Therefore, the company requires forecasting the crops to minimize the constraints caused by the crops that are not suitable for the target. The Multifactor High Order Fuzzy Time series method that is optimized with K-means Clustering to determine which subintervals are used can help in forecasting the oil palm harvest. The plot of this method is the determination of the Universe of discourse, the determination of the number of clusters, the formation of subintervals with K-means Clustering, the formation of the fuzzy set, the fuzzification process, the formation of Fuzzy Logic Relationship (FLR), and the defuzzification process. This research uses several factors that lacte over the harvest of oil palm Lot month, land area, age of the plant, and the amount of oil palm trees. From the results of the tested the sum of clusters, the sum of orders, the sum of training data, and the optimal threshold in the successive are 8, 6, 107, and 6 with the best AFER value of 36,98%.

Abstract

Ad-Hoc Vehicle (VANET) is a network for wireless communication on vehicles that allows one node to another node to communicate with or without infrastructure. In VANET there are two modes of communication Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I). This paper is focused on discussing vehicle communication with infrastructure (V2I). In designing of VANET several problems arise, one of which is the selection of a routing protocol that matches the criteria and characteristics of the VANET network. In this paper, the protocol used is the Distance Routing Effect Algorithm for Mobility (DREAM), the protocol which will be simulated and analyzed based on a test-parameters that includes vehicles and variations of the RSU to establish a DREAM protocol suitable for use in VANET environments, DREAM protocol was chosen because the data transmission mechanism is related to the Road Side Unit (RSU). The simulation is performed using NS-2 for protocol simulation and SUMO is used for map simulation. The results of the DREAM protocol simulation will be analyzed based on test parameters namely packet delivery ratio (PDR), end-to-end delays, routing overhead and convergence The test results show the average value of PDR is 97,515%, the average value of end-to-end delay is 46,273 ms, the average value of routing overhead is 31,872 and the average value of convergence has is 548,207 ms..

Abstract

SQL injection is a very popular method and is often used to carry out attacks. SQL injection makes use of security holes in the system to attack the database on a website. SQL injection itself can be detected using the Intrusion Detection System. Intrusion Detection System is a security system that is often used to detect data traffic. In IDS itself there are two detection methods, namely Rule-base Detection and Anomaly Detection. The system made is Anomaly Detection with K-Nearest Neighbor as a classifier for detection. The detection process begins by labeling the input data. This data will be separated by SQL Parse and sorted using N-Gram. The data sequence will be given 4 features namely length, entrophy, malicious_g and legit_g obtained from the G-Test. After the feature value is obtained, K-Nearest Neighbor classifies the data as attack data or secure data. The results of the classification test of 20 test data with 300 training data is 60% accuracy while for 20 test data with 13895 training data is 100% for accuracy.

Abstract

School financial administration information system is a system that regulates the examination, management, control, search, and storage of school financial data. MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura is a private school located in the Brebes Regency, where the management of school financial data is handled by the school treasurer include the management of school expenditure and income funds, the management of teacher honorariums, and the recapitulation of the payments of Contribution to Education Development (SPP) money. Some problems were found in the process of managing financial data, including inefficient report preparation, and report filing system, which is still in the form of paper that makes it possible for data loss. Based on the existing problems, therefore, a web-based application was made to reduce the time in preparing a report. System development at MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura school uses the prototyping method. The system development process includes the stages of requirements analysis, implementation, and testing. The stage of requirements analysis gained 154 functional requirements obtained from 2 times of iterations at the prototyping stage. The stage of implementation uses the PHP programming language in the CodeIgniter framework. The stage of testing includes functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing includes unit testing that successfully carried out the test path based on 3 test cases, integration testing resulted valid status and validation testing resulted 100% valid from 234 test cases. Non-functional testing using usability and compatibility with system results is acceptable to the user and can run well on the Google Chrome browser version 77.

Abstract

Indonesia has numerous disaster-prone area, therefore, it is known as a 1001 disaster country. Natural disasters are inevitable, nevertheless, the impact can be minimized with proper anticipation. One of the disasters that often occur in Indonesia is volcanic eruption. Indonesia has 127 active volcanoes that are ready to erupt anytime. Indonesia is also known to contribute to around 30% of the world's volcanoes, and they are located near the residential areas. Casualties are often found in every volcanic eruption due to lack of anticipation from residents who live nearby the volcano. To minimize life and material loss, early warning is needed to provide quick and accurate notification of the volcano. This research used the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify volcano status. The data used are 110 data obtained from the official government agency that authorized to issue volcanic status, known as Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi (PVMBG). The test was carried out using various k values, namely 3,5,6,7, and 9. The highest accuracy obtained in this research was 86.87%, and the average accuracy was 82.87%.

Abstract

The large amount of data generated from Internet of Things (IoT) devices makes cloud computing widely used as IoT data storage. Cloud computing which has full access control over IoT data, causes a limitation where users are unable to fully manage and monitor the data they have. Users also can not know the integrity of each data. Therefore, we need a system that can store IoT data while also giving users more access control in managing and monitoring their data. On the other hand, blockchain, a technology with a decentralized architecture that has a consensus mechanism, is able to guarantee the integrity of any data stored without centralized authority. With these advantages, it is expected that the blockchain can become an alternative solution in managing and storing IoT data. In this study, the integration between the Internet of Things and the blockchain is to develop a gateway as an intermediary in terms of sending sensor data. The results of this study is gateway is able to receive data from sensor nodes, manage data structures and send them to the blockchain network. In addition, the authentication mechanism was also successfully provided in order to validate the gateway as a form of limiting access to the blockchain network. Finally, the measurement of gateway performance gives a success rate of 100% and an average processing time of 0.52 ms.

Abstract

The Government of Sidoarjo has the objective to improve the quality of innovative and equitable public services to the society which is a public complaint service that is sheltered by the Public Complaints and Service Center (P3M). One of the society's features to complain is the website that has been provided by P3M Sidoarjo Regency. However, the website is less attractive to society because it has many problems. one of them is the complaints are difficult to trace, there are no supporting features in making complaints and there is no feature for two-way communication in complaints that have been made. from some of these problems, society prefers to make complaints through social media. from some of these problems the society prefer to make complaints through social media, this makes complaints not recorded properly. Based on problem, the analysis and design of an information system are needed to resolve the problem. the system design process is created using Object-oriented analysis and design with UML modeling. the results of the system design are evaluated using the Traceability Matrix and usability testing. requirements analysis produces 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement and 12 use cases, in the system design made 4 controller classes and 10 model classes, at the evaluation stage using traceability matrix shows all the results of the system design can be traced to the requirements analysis and business process modeling and Evaluation using usability testing results in an average success rate of 97% and an average time-based efficiency of 0.03 tasks/second.

Abstract

At Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang, the process of lecturer performance evaluation is related to the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. The current lecturer performance evaluation process uses an online assessment system, but has not been able to help lecturers more anticipate and measure the success rate in the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. In the old system the evaluation results file were still separated, making it difficult for the lecturer to use it for submission of promotions. Based on these problems, this research develops a lecturer performance evaluation system that accommodates the evaluation of lecturers evaluation results in the form of lecturer credits and can help lecturers to conduct simulations of evaluating the success of lecturer certification submissions and help lecturers to anticipate lecturers to submit lecturer promotions. In this research the requirement analysis process produced 37 functional requirement and 1 non-functional requirement involving 4 Actors, the design and implementation process produced architectural, components and interfaces designs with the results of code implementation, data implementation resulted in 8 data tables, and interface implementation. Implementation results were then tested with Whitebox testing using unit tests with 4 samples 100% valid and Blackbox testing using validation testing with 37 test cases 100% valid.

Abstract

Forest fires is a disaster that often occurs in various countries in the world, especially those with many forest areas. In June 2017, Portugal hit by a forest fire with a loss of more than 565 million US Dollars. In this case, meteorological data can affect several fire indices and can be used area forecasting for extra protection to prevent excessive losses and preservation of natural resources. This paper uses the backpropagation method, which begins with the calculation of preprocessing data (min max normalization, and logarithmic normalization). The weight normalization calculation use Nguyen Widrow method, the calculation of the feed forward process to determine the output at each iteration index, the error value is calculated at the iteration index and the weight is corrected using the backpropagation process. Furthermore, the output value is normalized to return the data to the initial range. The test results are calculated using Mean Square Error (MSE) on each parameter test. Test parameters get the best learning rate value that is 0.1 with the results of MSE 6743,716, 3 hidden neurons with MSE 6745,456, 10 epoch with MSE results 6740,684, and the 10% ratio of test 90% ratio of training data which produces MSE 1881,604.

Abstract

There are some documents in official trip, namely official trip orders, official orders and reports on results and finances that are done manually, take a lot of time, writing errors and duplication of incoming data often occurs. In addition, there is the possibility of missing data. Then there is not enough evidence for employees did official travel. Therefore this study will discuss the data collection for each available file and monitoring of each employee. Employees submit official trips and reports during official trips which will then be stored in a database which can then be checked by the administration, treasurer and school principal. The system was developed using PHP 7.2 and JavaScript. The method used is the waterfall because it has a development flow to find out the needs of teachers, principals, administration and treasurers directly and fulfill the needs clearly. Data collection is done by interview. Unit testing, integrating and validating are a test wich will be conducted for functional needs. While compatibility is used for non-functional testing by using sortsite which the result can be accessed by several different web browser.
