Abstract

In fulfilling economic needs in Indonesia the agricultural commodity sector has a very important role. Due to agricultural commodities are the livelihoods and basic consumption of the people in Indonesia. Daily people's needs cannot be separated from agricultural commodities, one of which is large red chili. This is due to the level of consumption of large red chili used for kitchen spices and the ingredients are quite high. Therefore large red chili which is included in agricultural commodities can be categorized as the primary food needs in people's lives. The prices of large red chili which are erratic and tend to rise can cause losses to the state and society. To overcome this problem, one solution is to forecast prices that can be used to predict the possibility of chili price increases quickly and accurately. This study aims to forecast the price of large red chili using the ELM method. Based on the results of the implementation and analysis that has been carried out using the data of large red chili prices from July 18, 2016 to December 28, 2018 the smallest error was obtained using Mean Absolute Error (MAPE) of 3 % using 2 feature, the number of neurons as many as 3 and the range of weight values ​​[-1,8, 1,8].

Abstract

Brawijaya University Faculty of Computer Science had many students. The Information system study program from the generation 2011 to 2018 has 1817 college students, but the number of students who graduate and enter is disproportionate, so that students who do not graduate on time can reduce accreditation from major, faculty or university. Based on that, the amount of data available can be used as an algorithm in data mining to predict students graduates. The C4.5 algorithms are one of the algorithms that can be used in predicting students graduation by producing a rule in the form of a decision tree. The data used in this study is student academic data from semester 1 - 4. Using the algorithm C4.5 generated accuracy by 90.9%, while ROC's curve of AUC values is 0.8232. the usability value produced from SUS is 67.5. The output generated by a dashboard display with some graphic that contains the graduation percentage, the graduation recapitulation of each generation and the value details of students, is also a form for data input that can be used by the head of program information system study program to predict by uploading collective data or linear data.

Abstract

One of universities in Palembang city, Sriwijaya University, where the university has used a web-based information system to support the student's academic process. The application was realized in web media which was later better known as Unsri's academic. But sometimes the quality of service of a college website has not been able to meet the expectations of it's users, so in order to maintain or even improve the quality of services, a website must certainly get special attention. So the quality of universities in terms of website assessment is better. So from that quality improvement in website-based services is an effort that must be carried out continuously. This study was conducted to determine the value of service quality of the academic site Unsri from the user's preception using Webqual 4.0, find out the effect of usability variabels, information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and find out the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant grouping on each webqual indicator. This research uses data collection techniques using questionnaires with a total sample of 117 respondents. The results of the IPA quadrant analysis indicate that there are five attributes that are the top priority in improvement, namely, attractive appearance, additional knowledge from website information, providing up to date information, providing sufficiently detailed information, and users feeling safe about their personal information. Furthermore, there are five attributes that are included in the low priority of improvement , namely ease of navigation, proper preparation of information, user feel safe to make transactions, website provide space for personalization, and websites make it easy to communicate with organizations. Other attributes do not have priority improvement because they are classified as quadrants that have sufficient service performance values to be maintained or even have excessive value.

Abstract

Effective and efficient in teaching can help students achieve maximum results. An evaluation is needed to improve the quality of learning and academic standardization, also it can improve the quality of the student. Therefore, the Information Systems Department always evaluates performance using questionnaires and filled by students at the end of each semester. The results of the suggestion column can be sentiment analysis to find out whether the suggestion is positive, negative or neutral. The classifier is a method that can classify data into several classes. Naive Bayes Classifier can be used to classify opinions into positive, negative and neutral classes. The comment data was collected 3502 comments which were divided into 3 semesters. Then, this comment data processed in preprocessing, weighting TF-IDF and classification using Naive Bayes Classifier. The test result on 4 parameters resulted in an accuracy of 80,1%, Precision 80,3%, Recall 80,3% and F1-Score 80%. The results of Usability testing obtained an average value of SUS Score of 75. So it can be concluded that the Dashboard is included in the Acceptance category and in the rating of "Good"

Abstract

PT. POS Indonesia Surabaya Kebonrojo harnesses a plethora of management information systems. According to focus group interviews, there is an untapped need for managing employee leave applications through computerised information systems. Therefore, the focus of this paper aims to solve problems by focusing on analyzing and designing system designs. To answer this question, the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method was undertaken to analyse and design systems which consists of 5 stages: use case modelling, architecture analyzing, use cases analyzing, data elements identifying, and data modeling. This process involved synthesising archived interviews and documented studies to obtain an overview of business processes, analyse user needs, design use cases, state machine diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, physical data models, and to interface designs. The testing segment was carried out using the Configuration Structure and Traceability Matrix methods. Results using Configuration Structure method revealed that there was high consistency in defining user requirements (100,00%). The testing segment of study using Traceability Matrix method ceased processes when functional requirements of use cases were consistent with the value of 100,00%.

Abstract

Two types of cost estimates are algorithmic and non algorithmic. PT Piramida Teknologi Informasi uses non algorithmic estimate because it estimates based on previous project data and guesstimate. PT Piramida Teknologi Informasi often suffers project delay in processing time in a risk of loss in term of costs. PT Piramida Teknologi Informasi defined the cause of their project problem is the lack of human resource. This study used Revised Use Case Point (RE-UCP) to resolve them. Algorithmic estimate was selected because this type can produce estimate accurately. Re-UCP is algorithmic estimate.Re-UCP was selected because it has more implemented advantages in various project range and close to actual effort value (precision). Re-UCP value was converted into effort in staff hours. Effort becomes the basis of making time and cost allocation. This study did not count the number of human resource but made an allocation for each project activities. SIPAP and SIM JALAN were used as test data in this study. The result showed that SIPAP can be completed at a cost of Rp 184.769.238,37 for 686,7 hours by 7 people. While the SIM JALAN can be completed at a cost of Rp 210.302.26,09 for 568 hours by 8 people. Re-UCP also shows several important things such the development risks that affect cost and time since early phase, possible solutions taken (i.e determined overtime for SIM JALAN), and company's opportunities. The result of this study can be used by project leader or manajer project in making decision such as making scheduling dan knowing benefits of project based on software size.

Abstract

Information technology is being use by many companies including goverment agencies. Organization which uses information technology should carry out risk management to prevent information system obstacle. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Timur developed an E-LKPJ system. E-LKPJ system is a means of making an accountability report to DPRD. Based on governor regulations East Java no 48 of 2015 clause 9 verse 3, to ensure operation of the Electronic Transaction and System, Dinas Kominfo to insure system security and electronic transactions, applies risk management, develops operational standards and procedures, solves access problems and conducts audit at least once a year. Therefore Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Timur necessary to carry out risk management in the E-LKPJ system. The aim of this study is identify potential risks in E-LKPJ system using NIST SP 800-30 framework. This study used qualitative methods by interviews and observation. This study produced a descriptions of system threats that come from electricity, natural disasters, fires, internet networks, passwords, and human resources. Meanwhile, threat sources which have potential vulnerabilities are electricity, internet networks, password, and human resources. The results of this study were risk level assessment including human resources at a high risk level, password at a moderate risk level, and electricity and internet networks having at a low risk level.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna smartphone membuat perusahaan dibidang perbankan bersaing untuk menghadirkan layanan yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan aktivitas perbankan dengan menggunakan layanan aplikasi mobile banking. Salah satu jenis aplikasi mobile banking yang ada adalah aplikasi JakOne Mobile yang dimiliki oleh Bank DKI dan aplikasi BCA Mobile yang dimiliki oleh Bank Central Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kedua aplikasi sebagai analisa pengalaman pengguna jangka panjang yang memiliki karakteristik dan proses bisnis yang sama dalam memudahkan pengguna dari sisi kegunaan juga pengalaman pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan analisis perbandingan user experience dengan skenario testing dan menggunakan user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Skenario testing dilakukan kepada 8 orang responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok pengguna aplikasi berdasarkan empat parameter yaitu task completed, error during task performance, time per completed task, number of clicks during task performance. User experience questionnaire (UEQ) memiliki 6 aspek skala pengukuran yaitu attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty. Kuesioner tersebut dibagikan kepada 30 responden. Setelah melakukan pengujian responden diwawancara untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan permasalahan yang dialami selama melakukan pengujian skenario. Hasil dari pengujian skenario testing menunjukkan aplikasi Jakone Mobile lebih unggul pada parameter error during task performance, time per completed task, dan number of clicks during task performance. Sedangkan aplikasi BCA Mobile unggul pada parameter task completed. Hasil dari kuesioner UEQ menunjukkan aplikasi JakOne Mobile memiliki nilai yang lebih unggul pada aspek percpicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation. Sedangkan pada aspek attractiveness dan novelty aplikasi BCA Mobile memiliki nilai yang lebih unggul. Setelah data diolah dan dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi JakOne Mobile memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dari aplikasi BCA Mobile.

Abstract

PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) is a shipping service company to various regions in Indonesia and overseas. JNE is one of the options for sending goods in e-commerce. PT JNE has a mobile application that has features such as tracking items, checking rates, and a variety of other features. Based on observations and responses found in the Play Store, usability problems was found in the MY JNE application that had an impact on poor user experience. A new design recommendation can be proposed to reduce such problems. This study combines the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) method to obtain quantitative user experience from users and Heuristic Evaluation to obtain qualitative evaluations from evaluators. The first step is to find the level of user experience from the UEQ method and then continue with the Heuristic Evaluation to the evaluator on finding more problems. The next step is analyzing the results obtained and then draw conclusions by making design improvements. There were 30 individuals who participated in this study who were selected based on several criteria which are currently staying in Malang and own a MY JNE account. The UEQ benchmark measurement results in the Bad category for Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. However, for the Perspicuity scale, it produces a Below Average category. The evaluator found 22 usability issues and suggested design improvements for the future. Consolidation has been carried out and followed by designing prototypes from evaluator recommendations. The prototype design that was built was based on 10 principles of usability Nielsen and Google Material Design. The results of testing the prototype have completed 22 previous usability problems and found a new problem with a minor severity ratings value.

Abstract

The number of movie production have increased each year. This shows that the society interest in the film industry is getting higher. It's difficult to get the appropriate result of what desired by searching for data with certain parameters on the internet because of the large amount of data exists but there is limited adequate tools. The screening of the excess data can be done using recommendation process. There are several stages in movie recommendation process. Those are Pre-processing to process film synopsis documents, TF-IDF method to obtain the highest value as much as the amount determined based on the query result on the document. Word2vec as a method to get the query expansion from the top word result that taken from TF-IDF process and Cosine Similarity is used to get the similarity between document and query. The Word2Vec method plays role to find the proximity value between words to one another in order to get the words that will be added to the initial query. The training data are 150 movies title with English synopsis. The evaluation process took 30 data of movie title and synopsis from the training data based on the movies selected by the examiners. The highest Precision@k value is 0,47 and the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) value is 0.709603374.
