Abstract

In the industrial world nowadays, many people have established any business from micro to macro. One of the business that put focus of this research is a home industry selling hijab named Vie Hijab Store. Vie Hijab Store has increased sales year by year, but there are problems in supply management of raw materials in the form of fabrics. Therefore, by predicting the amount of hijab sales, it is expected to be able to assist the owner with building consideration in making the decision to purchase raw material in a certain period. This research will use Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) prediction method which has advantages in learning speed and for calculating the error rate of the predicted results using Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE). The smallest MAPE results obtained for the Khimar model were 22% and for the Pashmina model by 12% using 4 features, 5 hidden nodes, a binary sigmoid activation function, and a data ratio of 60%: 40% for the Khimar model and 70%: 30% for the Pashmina model.

Abstract

One of the facilities provided by the government to speed up travel time is the toll road. Toll roads can also be referred to as highways that are connected from one city to another for four or more wheeled vehicles. In December 2018, the Trans Java Toll Road officially connected the two major cities in Indonesia, Jakarta and Surabaya. The new Trans Java Toll Road can be used in the period of eid 2019 will generate various opinions from its users. Many people in Indonesia use social media as one of the media to express their opinions. Thus this study tries to analyze public opinion on social media to be classified into two classes, namely positive and negative classes. The method used in this research is K-Nearest Neighbor with Information Gain Feature Selection. The classification process consists of preprocessing text including data cleansing, case folding, stop word removal, stemming and tokenization, term wighting with tf-idf, feature selection using Information Gain and classification using K-Nearest Neighbor. Tests in this study using confusion matrix produce accuracy of 85%, precision of 85%, recall of 100%, and f-measure of 91.89%.

Abstract

Fire can occur anytime, anywhere and it cannot be predicted. When this disaster occurs, it can cause material, non-material loss and even cause casualties. Current fire detection systems ranging from flame detectors and even sprinklers can detect signs of a fire. But when there are component errors, the system cannot function as it should. System failures can occur when these errors continue continuously. The application of fault tolerant systems with hardware redundancy techniques is the solution for the problems above. Self-purging redundancy is one of the methods found in hardware redundancy. This method is applied by reducing the microcontroller data processing MQ-2 gas sensor, KY-026 fire sensor and LM35 temperature sensor. Using I2C communication data is forwarded to the switch and collected in the voter to be voted on with the majority vote logic. The result data of vote is used by the system as a determinant of the fire conditions and displayed on the LCD, then the voter returns the results of the vote to the switch for validation of a failed module. If a module failure is detected, the module will be removed from the system. From testing, the system successfully operates correctly in accordance with its functions and successfully performs fault masking, detection and location and recovery when the 3-module scan fails. Increased system reliability by 16.17% from 83.51% to 99.68%.

Abstract

There are many types of robot as a helper device, such as legged robot. This legged robot has the ability to crawl and walk even on a terrain which can't be reach by other vehicle. There are many contest of firefighter robot for legged robot. Six legged robot (hexapod) is the most often to use in robot competition because of it's walk stability is better than any other legged robot. This research using hexapod which each leg has 3 DOF of servo. The walking gait of hexapod are calculated using inverse kinematic to generate the motion angle of servo on each DOF. Each DOF on this hexapod are build from Dynamixel AX-12 servo, and Arduino as the processor of the inverse kinematic calculation. Input of inverse kinematic based on coordinate of “end-of-effector”. The generated angles are sent to each servo in motion data format, so the end of effector can move to the expected position. There are 4 step in one cycle walk of a leg, the position of each step are calculated with inverse kinematic. The accuracy test shows that the end of effector has 3.51 % of mean error. The accuracy test of straight-walk-accuracy test shows that hexapod has 7.14 % of mean deviation error on average speed 17,27 cm/second. While the side walk test result has 3.76 % of deviation error on speed 14.27 cm/second

Abstract

Children growth and development can increase significantly at the age of the first 1000 days of birth. Child growth and development can run optimally if the need for adequate nutritional intake. In early life, malnutrition (nutritional deficiencies) is very susceptible to occur, one of the consequences is stunting. Stunting is a condition when a baby has a lower height than a baby at his age, which is caused by poor parenting practices. The impact of a baby stunting can increase the risk of disease and even death, which will continue until the child is older. This application is formed by running 4 of the 5 stages of application development with the waterfall technique. Based on the results of the questionnaire, interviews with pediatricians and literature studies, 22 functional requirement were obtained and one non-functional requirement was obtained. Then the requirement modeling is done by using UML modeling which is used as a basis for implementing the design. The results of modeling are mapped into the PHP programming language, then tested with white box and black box techniques to test functional requirements and compatibility testing for non-functional testing. From the results of functional requirements's testing, obtained 100% valid results. While compatibility testing shows that the system is capable of running on 11 different search types.

Abstract

Sensor Network is a technology that has been widely researched, one of which is in the field of health (healthcare). This technology is used for health monitoring and intensive patient monitoring. Based on intensive care room data from RSUP Dr. In the July-September 2014 period there were 239 intensive care patients. Therefore, a system that can work efficiently in multi-patient monitoring is needed. Use Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol to manage route search for AODV is needed only when there is a routing request. Zigbee can be used in areas with difficult environmental conditions with a transfer speed up to 250 Kbps. WiFi uses an overhead frame measuring 34 bytes and consumes 400 mA when transmitting and 20 mA when standby, while ZigBee uses an overhead frame measuring only 2-7 bytes and consumes 28-44 mA when transmitting and has a sleep mode to save energy . This researched applies a routing mechanism where the coordinator available to sending and receiving packets through the router node. Router nodes can receiving and forwarding data packets to end devices and coordinators. End devices can receiving and sending data packets to the coordinator. This mechanism using four scenarios produces an average end-to-end delay in 100 meters distance is 4.209 seconds. This mechanism with four scenarios results in convergence time in 100 meters distance is 5.293 seconds.
