Abstract

The self-quarantine needs for COVID-19 patients are becoming limited as daily case of this virus keep increasing in Indonesia and the world. In a study explained that self-quarantined patient have to wait some time to get the needs such as oxygen tank, convalescent plasma, and foods. That situation causes people to find help by sending broadcast messages through social media. The information that spread over many social medias make it harder for people who want to give some donation to find that information, and since the content of social media is very diverse, sometime causes the information cannot be found by others. Therefore, this research is conducted to build an information system TEMASI (Teman Masa Isolasi) that can be an information center so people who needs some help can meet people who wants to give them help. This system will be built using waterfall method that is chosen because all the system requirements can be defined clearly at the beginning of the development phase. The system will be mobile based so it can be used anywhere and anytime. The system will be built using React Native framework to support multi-platform application. The system itself will be tested using both functional and usability test. The functional system validation test produces a result that the system has 100% success rate. At the usability test, the system has System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 73.25 for patient and 73.75 for the donor. Those scores make this system included in acceptable category so it can be used by users.

Abstract

Software-Defined Networking or SDN is an architecture on a network that has manageable and adaptable properties, this will provide advantages when implementing it. Various examples of network applications that can be applied to SDN, for example is routing. With regard to routing, the routing path will be more efficient when the routing path that has been built can vary according to the actual situation on a network. So that if a problem arises such as a path failure on the active path or the path is not in accordance with the standard, then the path will always use the existing alternative path. The reactive nature of routing will make it easier for network administrators to monitor the network. In its application, routing needs an algorithm to find a path. In this research, Yen's algorithm is used to find alternative paths. The test is conducted to find out how the performance of alternative path search and the performance of Yen's algorithm is. The test results show that the response time test for searching paths under normal conditions gets an average of 6.245 seconds while for alternative route searches it gets an average of 50,825 seconds. Furthermore, for testing the recovery time gets an average of 159.68 seconds. Then the packet loss test obtained a value of 58.2%. The convergence time test does not show a significant difference based on the average results obtained on the normal path, which is 0.030 seconds and the average on the alternative path is 0.036 seconds.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest fish producing countries in the world. One of the fish that is in demand in Indonesia from various circles of society is catfish. Therefore, the way to increase catfish production is to maintain the quality of pond water used for catfish farming. The quality of water used for catfish farming is very influential on the growth of catfish. Using a monitoring system can help to monitoring the water quality of catfish ponds so that catfish growth can be optimal. In this study, a catfish pond water quality monitoring system was created which consists of three nodes slave and one node master and uses a webserver as an interface. Each node slave has two sensors, a temperature sensor and a pH sensor that functions as a detector of water quality in the pond. Communication between nodes slave and node master uses the BLE communication protocol. while for the webserver to run on the master node using WiFi communication. The microcontroller for this system uses NodeMCU ESP32. Based on the test results, the average system accuracy in reading the water temperature of the catfish pond is 97.88%, the average system accuracy in reading the pH of the pond water is 98.53%. The farthest BLE communication is 25 meters with a delay of 2815.8 ms for BLE communication and 252.4 ms for the webserver.

Abstract

PT Mahitala Bramanta Digital has a brand called Pet N Pop, the company wants the Pet N Pop to issue various types of products. These products are Point of Sales specifically for Pet Shops and event services. To make it easier for users to find out the products provided by Pet N Pop, Pet N Pop requires a website interface design that is good and easy to use by users. This research was conducted with the aim of producing a user interface design for the Pet N Pop website using the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method which consists of 6 phases. The research phase is useful for finding the needs desired by stakeholders and users. The modeling phase produces a user persona that describes the user with the contents of 4 variables and also the prospective user journey. Requirements phase, generate scenario context and arrange what is needed in the design. The framework phase, produces a web site user interface framework in the form of wireframes. Refinement phase, perfecting the user interface framework in the form of a high-fidelity prototype. The support phase carried out qualitative and quantitative testing using usability testing techniques and distributing PSSUQ questionnaires to 9 respondents. The end result of this research get good feedback from users because users feel that this website is easy to understand and can meet their needs. This website gets an average score of 1.78 on the overall scale of the PSSUQ questionnaire which indicates that the usability level of the design designed by the researcher is high and the users are satisfied.

Abstract

In economic life, the market is something that has a very vital role. The market has a role as a place to shop for the daily needs of people's lives. However, starting in December 2019, where the Corona Virus appeared, there was a very fast spread of COVID-19 all over the world. As a result, people find it difficult to leave their homes to shop for their daily needs. Fears of being exposed to COVID-19 have made most people no longer shop for their daily needs directly at traditional markets. Due to this pandemic, people find it difficult to travel outside their homes so they tend to shop online. However, when shopping for needs online, of course there are still problems that are felt by the people. The perceived problems include the length of delivery time that is considered long, the products provided are not as numerous or varied as those on the market, there is a minimal nominal purchase, and cannot see the product directly. Based on the problems described previously, this research will design the user experience of the Online Market application to the high-fidelity prototype using the design thinking method. In the final stage, testing the high-fidelity prototype that has been designed using the usability testing method is carried out by involving 5 potential users. From the results of the testing stage, the design of this application solution got a score for the effectiveness aspect of 100%, the efficiency aspect got a score of 0.035 goals/second, and for the satisfaction aspect it got a SUS score of 88. Based on the SUS score, the Mapper application solution design got a B value, the word property rating is in the very good category, and is in the Acceptable category.

Abstract

A thesis is a scientific paper that discusses a particular topic or field, written and designed by a student with the guidance of a supervisor as a condition for obtaining a bachelor's degree. In the last five years, various titles and thesis topics have been designed by students of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya. The research data used is the title of the thesis with labeling based on the thesis topic of FILKOM UB students on the UB repository website. The topic class of the title of this classification thesis consists of areas of interest in FILKOM, namely Image Processing, Software Engineering, Decision Support Systems. The data used are 225 data with each topic totaling 75 data. This study aims to determine the classification of the thesis title data that has been labeled with the topic with the Support Vector Machine Algorithm using the Radial Basis Function kernel and the selection of Chi-Square features. The results of the system evaluation obtained by testing applying 10-fold cross-validation and 50% of the features used with Chi-Square are accuracy = 0.88, recall = 0.9063, precision = 0.881, f1-score = 0.8789 with the best parameter values ​​from the Support Vector Machine namely parameter (sigma) RBF kernel = 2.5, parameter (lambda) = 0.3, parameter (gamma) = 0.001, parameter C (complexity) = 0.1, parameter (epsilon) = 0.00001, and iteration = 75.

Abstract

PT. Indomarco Adi prima (Stock Point Nganjuk) is a company engaged in the distribution sector. Good transportation and distribution are important in a distribution company, where products can be delivered to consumers in good conditions, at the designated place and on time. Product distribution from PT. Indomarco Adi Prima (Stock Point Nganjuk) to consumers through stores on a large scale is a fairly complex problem, because there are many locations that must be visited. This problem and involves many sales called the Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem. Inappropriate route selection can reduce efficiency in the distribution process. So, it is necessary to make optimization to get the optimal route. This research is an attempt to optimize the route using the hybrid ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm and genetic algorithm, so that it can determine the shortest route that will be passed by sales to retail stores. The test results show that the hybrid ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm and genetic algorithm are able to produce a 74,3% better route than the previous route with a total distance difference of 709.219km. The optimal parameters obtained are the maximum ACO iteration of 100, the number of GA generations of 20, the number of ants is equal to the point of each salesman, a combination of α= 0.4 and β= 0.8, a combination of Cr= 1, and Mr= 0.6, so that the total distance average is 244.849 km and the fitness value is 0.040841.

Abstract

Increasing interest on digitalization of medical records and also the occurrence of a pandemic, pushes the increase usage of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system by the health service providers. However, large amount of these systems still implements the centralized architecture that may pose risks such as data corruption, privacy infringement, and limited performance. Hence, blockchain technology are being researched as a substitute to handle data on EHR systems due to its decentralized architecture. The blockchain framework that is being researched in this report is BigchainDB, due to its capabilities on managing large-sized data similar to a conventional database. BigchainDB inherits the blockchain characteristics by also having a decentralized architecture, which means it can communicate its peers by using a peer-to-peer connection. BigchainDB also uses a consensus algorithm for transaction verification. BigchainDB consists of three main components; the “BigchainDB server”, which responsible for transaction handling from the web server to the blockchain, “Tendermint”, which responsible for the blockchain protocol and peer-to-peer communication, and “MongoDB", which responsible for the data storage. The BigchainDB also have data ownership control through the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) feature, which is a subsystem that allows the formation of data hierarchy that consists of roles and permissions for every transaction.

Abstract

The project management of AMF-Haq Engineering and Consultant company still use manual ways of management. Even though, the company still seems reluctant to change the management system, because some of management software still seems expensive and hard to use. With such of situations, the company will encounter some of risks. For example, misinformation of the usage of tools and materials, ineffective tasks distribution and workers mobilization, errors in implementation of tools and materials or losing some files while the project running. These risks, obviusly will bother the company to develop to be more bigger. Therefore, the procurement of easy-to-use software with fast access is required for the company to running more effective and eficient project management's activities. The application was decided to be web-based software, because of considering the easy and fast access to web-based software with web browser in various hardware. The software may help the company to record and update any mangement things neatly and fast..

Abstract

The disease outbreak caused by the corona virus (2019-nCov) or commonly called COVID-19 is an outbreak of a disease that causes infection in the lungs. The topic of the COVID-19 vaccine has become a hot topic of discussion for the majority of Indonesian people. One of the biggest social media platforms, Twitter, has become a place for the aspirations of the Indonesian people to express their opinions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. Therefore, a sentiment analysis system is needed to examine polarities of publics response and to facilitate the data analysis process. The data analyzed comes from the opinion of the Indonesian people on Twitter as many as 1482 tweets with the distribution of training data totaling 1185 and test data totaling 297. The data will then be grouped based on 3 sentiment classes there are negative sentiment class, neutral sentiment, and positive sentiment. Before starting sentiment analysis process, the data set used will be preprocessed including case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, filtering, and stemming. Furthermore, chi square feature selection is applied to eliminate unimportant features or terms, then proceed with TF-IDF weighting. After weighting the TF-IDF, then calculating the cosine similarity, and for the last stage, applying the KNN method approach to find the classification results. The results of the confusion matrix evaluation produce accuracy with a value of 88.5522%, precision with a value of 88.18%, recall with a value of 89.95%, and f-measure with a value of 89.05%.
