Abstract

Sentiment analysis is one of method that is often used to determine the sentiment in a sentence based on its analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of the methods in text mining that uses the process of text preprocessing and then continued the process of word weighting. The case of corona virus or COVID-19 in Indonesia has reached 6 thousand more on Saturday afternoon (18/4/2020). A total of 11 regions in Indonesia apply PSBB with Jakarta as the first city to do it. Many companies finally do layoffs with the employees due to the pandemic corona virus. There are exposed Termination of Employment (PHK), laid off, working part, cutting salaries, and so on. There are some stages in this research, namely preprocessing for processing of documents, and use the features of the unigram and a bigram and by weighting words using the Augmented TF - IDF Probability and will be clarified by using the method of K-Nearest Neighbour. The Data are used as much as 250 training data and 100 test data. The best results obtained from this study with values of K = 3 to unigram, is accuracy worth 0.68, precision worth 0.415, recall worth 0.404, f-measure worth 0.406. And for the value of a bigram that accuracy is worth 0.776, precision is worth 0.591, recall is worth 0.408, f-measure is worth 0.437. The selection term unigram and a bigram is very influential on the results of this study. So that the visible results of each evaluation value that has been done have a considerable difference in value

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) is a Regional Owned Enterprise in providing drinking water facilities for the community. Currently PDAM is making use of information and communication technology which is a process in realizing optimization of company performance so that it is faster, more precise, efficient and effective. PDAM Malang city provides clean, ready-to-drink water containing 4000Lt for free. The current process that must be carried out in ordering ready-to-drink clean water is by opening the Malang City PDAM Instagram which is found on the link, then customers can choose the Tugu Tirta Whatsapp which will be allocated to the Whatsapp number and can contact the PDAM to order clean water. However, there are difficulties on the part of PDAM in monitoring the delivery of tanker trucks that are carrying out the process of delivering water. So that a water tank truck monitoring system is needed using the Geographic Information System (GIS) method which will show the geographic location of the tanker truck delivery and can make it easier for customers to see the PDAM water delivery process. The system is made in the form of a website and android which produces the main features of monitoring introductions, submit a complaint and confirming deliveries. The system will be tested using whitebox testing, blackbox testing, and usability testing.

Abstract

The hospital patient registration administration system is a system developed to expedite patient registration by minimizing data input errors, both from human error and system error. Agile is a flexible method of working. SCRUM is a framework and method for developing, delivering, and maintaining complex products, with an initial emphasis on software development. SCRUM is a suitable method for developing a system that must have efficiency in carrying out the data recording process. SCRUM incorporates known tools and techniques and can be applied in the best way that a developer can design to build a system. The first process that is carried out is a requirements analysis where functional requirements analysis, use case diagrams, use case scenarios, and non-functional requirements are carried out. After that, the system design is carried out. The contents include sequence diagrams, class diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, data design, and interface design. After the design phase is complete, implementation is carried out. In the process, researchers need to pay attention to the slightest changes that occur either internally or externally with the hospital. Recording is done in the form of iterations. After the implementation is complete, validity and usability testing is carried out. The total SUS score obtained is 1065 and the average value is 81.9231, has a good category and the system has acceptable status.

Abstract

Exactly on the 17th of November, 2019, a new virus was just revealed in China and then spread to the whole world. Our government imposed a large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) to reduce the spread of the virus. This pandemic is detrimental to all sectors, including MSMEs. According to a Bank Indonesia (BI) survey released in March 2021, around 87.5 percent of MSMEs in Indonesia were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, BI noted that there were 12.5% ​​who were not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic because the MSMEs were transforming with digitalization. Digitization can be started using digital marketing, but there are still many MSMEs who have not done digital marketing because of the lack of knowledge about doing digital marketing using social media, for example, YouTube. This research focuses on designing the user experience (UX) of the YouTube digital marketing learning application so that the system is made according to user needs. The method used is Human-Centered Design (HCD), which is a method of solving problems by involving a human perspective. This research will produce a high-fidelity prototype which will be tested using the heuristic evaluation method. There are 3 evaluators who are experts to conduct the test which resulted in 24 usability problem findings. The usability problem is categorized based on the severity rating and then corrected the problem.

Abstract

UD Sejahtera is an individual trading company that is engaged in the production and distribution of fine sea salt and sea salt. The company gets the supply of sea salt from suppliers, namely salt farmers, then distributes it to sellers. The production of fine sea salt is made from the result of the milling of sea salt. The problem related to salt marketing that occurs at the company is that the information of salt products cannot be accessed directly in the process of buying sea salt by customers. Another problem that the company faced is the ineffective data storage system. Sales reports, supply reports, and stock records are not up to date. If there is an error of data, it is necessary to check repeatedly against the documents that have been stored. Often the reporting is wrong and late, too much time of searching and adjusting the wrong data, as well as errors in recording the amount of remaining stock. This problem has the potential for losses to the company. This web-based system was built to overcome these problems. This system is expected to help the salt marketing process and record sales reports and supply reports. The process of developing this system is done using waterfall model. The stages performed in this research are literature review, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. This system has been tested with unit, integration and validation testing.

Abstract

Lua Kreatif Teknologi Inc. is a technology company that focuses on software development. Lua Inc. currently requires an independent project management information system that focuses on the needs of project monitoring and helpdesk, which runs during the project executing and monitoring & controlling phases and during after sales. Therefore, this study describes the development of a web-based information system based on the needs of Lua Inc. This information system development model applies the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) waterfall and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for its design. The results of the needs analysis for the development of this information system produce a context for using the system which has 47 functional requirements and 5 non-functional requirements. There are adjustments for running business processes (as-is) with those offered (to-be) through an information system that is built and modeled with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation). The system implementation process implements a single page application architecture that communicates between the client (React.js) and server (Node.js) using the HTTP protocol without any reloading on the client. The testing method uses black-box testing by conducting validation tests on the functional system and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) which will be tested on stakeholders at Lua Kreatif Teknologi Inc.

Abstract

Google Meet and Zoom are video conferencing applications that are widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic as an alternative in conducting online activities. Both have differences in features and appearance which certainly make the user experience different. According to this, a study was conducted to compare the long-term user experience on the Google Meet and Zoom applications using the UX Curve method. There are 10 respondents for each application who are active students in the organization. Respondents describe their experiences in a UX curve template with 5 dimensions or points of view: general UX, attractiveness, ease of use, utility, and degree of use. Based on data collection, 50 curves were obtained for each Google Meet and Zoom application. The number of improving curve tendencies generated against Google Meet is more than Zoom, but on the other hand the curve is deteriorating and stable. This shows that Google Meet users are more satisfied with Google Meet, compared to Zoom users towards Zoom itself. This is supported by the percentage of positive reasons obtained for Google Meet, which is 75.2%, while for Zoom it is 73.6%. In addition, the Zoom application is proven to leave more impressions and experiences for users with a greater number of user reasons than Google Meet.

Abstract

Reporting activities are activities that are commonly found in various agencies, both government agencies, and central agencies. The school reports on school data and student data, which is then sent and recapitulated by the Coordinator for Education and Culture of the Bareng sub-district. The reporting process still uses a manual system, there is no overall system integration. We need a system that can facilitate the reporting process and make monthly recordings that can also provide convenience in managing reporting. Therefore, research was conducted on the Development of a Web-Based Reporting Information System at the Education and Culture Coordinator of the Bareng District. The development of this information system is carried out using the waterfall development method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing and is developed on a web-based basis. The results of this study obtained 2 actors with 14 functional needs and 1 non-functional need. This system has been tested API using postman, validation testing using the black box method and compatibility testing. In this test, validation tests are carried out on all functional requirements that provide valid results and system compatibility testing can be run well on various browsers and platforms.

Abstract

PSLD UB has Enablink service application which supports students with disabilities to get assistance during lecture activities at Brawijaya University. Currently, Enablink application has not separated lecture support schedule to exam support schedule, it leaves difficulties for the administrator to arrange the scheduling of both academic and exam supports. Some ineffective features, such as unclear licensing flows, mentoring scheduling only based on an empty companion schedule, searching for replacement supporter is done manually, and there is no notification feature so that information is often obtained through Whatsapp group. Therefore, this study aims to carry out further development of the Enablink application which can provide an exam support scheduling system and improve existing features. The system development is carried out using the rapid application development method with two iterations. The result of this research is a scheduling system for exam assistance. This study tested using a black box testing approach with validation testing and usability testing. The results of the validation test from 33 test scenarios show that the system runs as expected and functionally with 100% valid results, while the usability test gets a usability value of 78.33 (adjective rating good) using a usability scale system.

Abstract

PKL (Field Work Practice) is an activity to provide work experience to students. In its implementation there are three stages, namely registration, placement, and reporting. At the registration stage, the time spent is relatively long. This is due to the large number of students. At the placement stage, the head of the department must collect student data and place students according to the city allowed by each student's parents, this also takes quite a long time. In addition, at the reporting stage, the reporting document has a risk if at any time the document is lost or damaged. Therefore, this research offers a solution to these problems. The development of the Vocational High School Field Work Practice Management System is based on a case study at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. System development begins with the requirements engineering stage to testing and implementing an object-oriented approach. In this development there is one non-functional requirement and 46 functional requirements in requirements engineering. Implementation of the system using the help of the Laravel framework. The unit test got an average V(G) result of 2 paths, and the validation test got 100% valid results, and the system Compatibility test managed to run the system smoothly on Firefox, Opera, safari, chrome, iOS, android, IE, and browsers. Edge. In the next research, it is recommended to implement it in the form of a Mobile App and improve system security.
