Abstract

Jawa Timur Park Group is one of the recreational and learning attractions in Batu, East Java. Jawa Timur Park Group has a website that requires improvements in user interface, information structure and features such as online tickets and events. Goal-Directed Design method can provide a solution to produce a prototype that is suitable for the user's goals. Goal-Directed Design method has six phases within its application. It's research to get all needs and conditions desired by stakeholders and general users. Modeling that produces persona and describes stakeholders and users. Requirement that will produces context scenario and all needs. Framework that will produces an wireframe as the website interface. Refinement that will produce a high fidelity prototype. And Support that will test and evaluate the prototype that has been made. The final evaluation uses System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. This final evaluation questionnaire gives an average score of 82.75 and get acceptable category of acceptability ranges, B category of grade scale, excellent category of adjective rating and get grade A of the percentile rank. So the result of the developed website had been good value and acceptable by users and stakeholders.

Abstract

In the city of Malang, there are many traffic jams at many points, both on the protocol road and on the roads of the village. Apart from the fact that Malang City has a large population, the density of transportation or congestion that occurs is also caused by damage to the road. This is also a factor in the occurrence of traffic accidents on the highway. Damages to the road cannot be quickly handled by the Malang City government. This is because the city of Malang has a fairly large area of 110.6 square kilometers, and the survey process that must be carried out is quite time-consuming and costly. Difficulties are also experienced by people who want to report a road damage, including because they do not know the procedures that must be done to report. The Road Reporting System, offers a reporting mechanism, whereby the reporter can send his report anywhere in the city of Malang to the Binamarga official in Malang City, and the Malang City office will be easier to collect road damage data. The Road Reporting System consists of two applications, namely, a reporting application built on the Android platform for reporters, and an admin application built on the nodeJs web application platform for Malang City services.

Abstract

Red onions is a a plant that is a successfull export commodity in Indonesia. Red onions have many benefits, can be a seasoning cook to medical ingredients. Behind that, during the planting period these plants often run the risk of crop failure caused by pests and diseases of red onions. In addition, there is still a lack of understanding of farmers in controlling pests and diseases causing inevitable losses. One way to overcome this problem is to build a system that can diagnose pests and diseases on red onions, namely the expert system. The expert system that is built to diagnose pests and diseases on red onions in this study using the Neighbors Weighted K-Nearest Neighbors (NWKNN) method with parameters k =2 and e = 4 produces an accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is one of the communication protocols used in the Internet of Things (IoT) device. The MQTT protocol is often used because this protocol requires low resources and the small size of the data sent. Although Secure Socket Layer (SSL) can be applied to secure the MQTT protocol, it requires large processing resources. Therefore another solution is needed that does not burden the system such as implementing the HMAC algorithm. The commonly used HMAC algorithm comes from hash algorithms such as SHA-1. But the SHA-1 algorithm has been declared unsafe and vulnerable to brute force and collision attacks. Therefore the SHA-256 algorithm is used as an update of SHA-1 which is resistant to brute force and collision attacks. Based on the system security testing that has been applied using HMAC-SHA256, the system can find out if there is a change, substitution, or data insertion. While the performance of HMAC-SHA256 was obtained from a performance test consisting of testing the making of HMAC-SHA256 and testing memory usage. The average time needed to make HMAC-SHA256 is 604,958 ms in the publisher and 606,703 ms in the subscriber. Increased memory usage without and when using HMAC-SHA256 for 0,0078 MB in the publisher and 0,0082 MB on the subscriber.

Abstract

Trust in brands can be grown from the reciprocal relationship in an engagement interaction. Customer engagement through social media is an attempt by a company to keep in touch with its customers through social media facilities. According to a survey Instagram is a social media with the highest involvement value. Shopee is one of the most popular marketplaces in Indonesia. Compared to other marketplaces, from March to May 2018 the number of Shopee followers on Instagram is very high, and in terms of Shopee engagement also has the highest level of engagement. Therefore this study aims to see whether customer engagement by Shopee through Instagram social media has been able to create trust in the Shopee brand. There are 4 variables used in this study in the effort to establish customer engagement. Data collection is done online by distributing questionnaires to followers of Shopee Indonesia Instagram accounts who have interacted with giving, commenting, and reposting Shopee Indonesia Instagram accounts at least 3 times to 100 respondents. This study aims to find a relationship from the existence of customer engagement to brand trust partially and simultaneously using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done partially, of the four variables 3 of them have a significant influence on the trust of the Shopee brand. While the results of the analysis are simultaneously known all variables together influence the brand trust.

Abstract

Mobile adhoc Network is a wireless network consisting of nodes, node itself tend to move freely or mobililize without any infrastructure such as router. In an adhoc network, the nodes works as router itself which responsible for finding and handling paths to each destination node in a network (Wijayanto, 2009). To set the entire routing process, the MANET network topology does not require a router, because each device functions as a router to determine the path to be passed. There is a proactive routing protocol used in MANET, there are OLSR (Optimized Link State Routing) and DSDV (Destination Sequenced Distance Vector). OLSR and DSDV is used in this study because it includes proactive routing protocols that can adapt quickly to dynamic link conditions. This study provides an analysis of the effect of proactive protocol performance based on the movement of nodes in the MANET topology using Network Simulator 3.25. in this study, the movements used Random Waypoint and Random Direction by measuring network performance using test parameters in the form of average end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio (PDR), and Overhead Routing. Tests carried out on both proactive protocols, namely OLSR and DSDV with test scenarios in the form of variations in the number of nodes as much as 20,30,40 and 50 nodes, simulation area of 200 m2, 500m2, 800 m2 and 1000 m2, and mobility modes Random Waypoint and Random Direction. The result of each performance from the average end to end delay DSDV protocol is better than the OLSR protocol. This is indicated by the average end to end delay value of the DSDV protocol, which is 0.00107591ms. But on the results of measurement of packet delivery ratio (PDR) and routing overhead OLSR is better than DSDV because OLSR has an MPRs mechanism (Multi point relays), MPR can reduce the number of broadcast information messages that have the same information and to reduce routing overhead

Abstract

Sumput Village is located in Sidoarjo City with a large population, so that there is often a demand for public services. One of the public services is the public service request for government letters, this service is still done conventionally / manually. The negative impact are, unregulated service, takes a long time, allows the occurrence of errors (writing data), not well documented datas (data lost / damaged). Many villagers find it difficult to administer these important documents. In order to improve public services for the better, information systems are needed to overcome these problems. The development of this information system uses the Waterfall Model method, which is a systematic approach to software development. The Waterfall Model is used because the business process regarding the service for requesting government letters manually has been determined by the village hall agency. The output of this research is the government mail service information system by applying 4 main stages, namely requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, and integration and system testing. After developing a government mail service information system functional and nonfunctional testing was carried out. Functional testing in the form of validation test with 93% results and nonfunctional testing in the form of browser compatibility using sortsite software with results found 2 critical issues and 1 major issues. Then it can be concluded that this information system is feasible to use.

Abstract

One of the most important public facilities is roadway as it helps in distributing and delivering various human needs. There are 3776 roadways in Malang, and the total accumulation of its length is 1.221.193 kilometers. Based on the data in 2017, 15% of are damaged. However, the allocation of APBN is very limited, about 3-4%, causing limitation in repairing those damaged roads in the time span of one year. Moreover, that allocation is not enough and so it creates difficulties for the staff of PU Bina Marga to decide the priorities in repairing the damaged roadways as all of them need to be fixed. The solution offered for this problem by creating a program/system that can analyze and make a quick decision about the list of priority in repairing damaged roads which called Sistem Rekomendasi Prioritas Perbaikan Jalan. Criterias used in the decision making of this program are the length of the road, the width of the road, the condition, the acces to certain road, the classification of the road based on its function and the route of public transportation. This system uses MADM Method which consists of AHP, SAW and TOPSIS Method. This research testing has resulted 57,14% .

Abstract

Information systems FILKOM UB is an educational institution that has an organizational structure and a lecturer-professor who teaches in the Department of information systems. When entering the final period of the semester, will conduct an evaluation of professors, how performance of the lecturer found on questionnaires in SIAM. However, the current shortfall to evaluate the performance results of the lecturers are still using paper print out so extravagant in the use of paper. Therefore required an evaluation system that was created to provide information and evaluation of lecturers that aims to simplify the evaluation of lecturers in order to be more effective and efficient. On this research will create a system of evaluation of the teaching and learning process (PBM) web-based. This research uses Human Centered Design as research methodology. To test your system using usability testing as his judgement, and also parameter using 3 metriks consisting of metrics, metrics of efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction metrics. On the metrics obtained effectiveness trial results with 100% percentage of success. On efficiency metrics obtained the result total average time required in carrying out tasks in PBM evaluation system is less than 60 seconds. Get satisfaction metrics on the result of the dissemination of the questionnaire respondents amounted to 82.5 SUS where the results can be classified in 3 aspects of the assessment, the first "Acceptable", the second "Grade B", and three "Excellent".

Abstract

Medical record is a document that contains personal data and history of treatment from a patient in a hospital. Medical record are sensitive and confidential so any person or party cannot read the information of the patient's medical record. In case of a hospital cannot provide the best care for the patient, it allows patient referred to other hospital that have better resources and involve the exchange of patient's medical record. Medical record exchange needs a secure system that can guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of data at the time of the delivery process. This research will implement of Grain v1 algorithm and Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-3) for safety medical record exchange between hospital. Grain v1 is an algorithm to ensure the confidentiality of data on the exchange process by doing encryption and decryption of data. SHA-3 is hashing algorithm to ensure the integrity of the data. Grain v1 algorithm and SHA-3 has been through the vector test to validate the architecture of algorithm in the system are made. The result states that Grain v1 algorithm can perform encryption with an average time 0.0077450 seconds and decryption requires the average time 0.0145436 seconds.
