Abstract

Monitoring and watering have an important role in managing mushroom plants. However, the measurement used is the use of a thermometer as a manual and watering device. Through these fundamentals, it is conducting monitoring and automation of the fungal watering system with fuzzy logic method. The first process is to get information from the DHT11 sensor to send sensor data to the microcontroller for the process of output and humidity, the results of the data can be seen on the LCD screen. Blynk application is done as a remote monitoring. Fuzzy logic method was chosen to category the problem of input data to output data in conducting clean watering. From the sensor test the results obtained compared to the DHT11 reading sensor had an average error of 4.07%. In the process of watering the control system carried out as many as 10 times with a percentage error of 16.66%. Comparison of test duration has a difference of 45 seconds and the difference in water released by 500 ml. Although there are many more manual resections and long durations, the accuracy of the sensors and controllers with fuzzy logic method is more in line with the conditions needed in the mushroom place.

Abstract

Eye is one of the five most important senses which include hearing, smell, taste, and touch. In the eye itself, there are various kinds of diseases. According to the Basic Health Research (Riskendas) on 2013, they collected the data of blindness with the respondents analyzed totaling 224,714,112 people, and experiencing blindness 966,329 people. Blindness is one of several eye diseases such as conjunctivitis, anterior uveitis, cataracts and others. Due to many types of eye diseases, a system is needed to take and apply knowledge from experts. It is Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. This method is chosen because it has more advantages, that have data tolerance and are very flexible, and are intuitive and can provide qualitative. The results of the implementation and testing found 85% accuracy in conjunctivitis, 85% for uveitis anterior, 90% for cataracts and 86.67% for the average accuracy of the three diseases.

Abstract

The Internet of Things is the interconnection of various devices over the internet, allowing these devices to communicate with one another. The diversity of requirements and format of data from devices in IoT might cause problems in the aspect of interoperability. The integration of IoT with Web of Things (WoT) can serve as a solution so that users can access devices in IoT through the same source. One technology that is easier to implement using IoT and WoT is Smart Home (home automation). In Smart Home there are devices like sensors and microcontrollers with limited resources, therefore the MQTT protocol is used as a support for communication. WebSocket, as a WoT protocol, is used as a communication protocol so that the controlling and monitoring system Smart Home can run in real time. To support the system to remain safe in the exchange of data and in the management of devices connected to the system, JSON Web Tokens are also used. Based on the results of implementation and testing, it is evident that the system has a delay of 1 millisecond, while the most optimal response time is when the NodeMCU sends 10 data at a time to a server that only takes 1 second. In addition, LED actuator devices and fans can function properly according to orders obtained from users through a web application.

Abstract

Nowadays food is no longer just a basic necessity, but food has been used as an entertainment. As can be seen on social media, there a lots of photos of foods that attract our attention, thus force us to cook and made the food. To make food, a food recipe is needed. In general, food recipes can be found in magazines, television, newspaper, and websites. The recipe is searched by the name of the dish. The limitation of knowledge obout food's name, makes it difficult to find the recipes. By seeing this problem, we can use Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) to make the image as the query. Searching by using an image we need digital image processing to obtain the features of the image. The used features are red, green, and blue (RGB) color channel as the color feature, simple morphological shape descriptors as the shape feature, and k-NN as the classification method. The result of this research give the best n value n=5 where mean average precision (MAP) is 94,1892% on the combination of color and shape feature. The use of color and shape feature commonly obtain the best result on the combination of the both feature at n=10, n=15, n=20, dan n=25. The conclusion is when the higher value of n give the worst result of MAP and the use the combination of color and shape features can provide the best results compared using of one feature.

Abstract

Fires occur not knowing the place and time, can occur anywhere and anytime. Some causes of fires are human error, electrical short circuit, cigarettes, stove etc. Related to many parties who replace losses with property, business entities, and casualties. Based on these problems, we need a system that can overcome fire problems and take preventive measures such as blackouts. In previous studies it could only be called monitoring in information or it could be called monitoring. In this study the parameters used are the DHT11 temperature sensor, the sensor as soon as possible MQ-2 and the on sensor. The output of the system is an action consisting of an actuator with an exhaust fan for immediate transfer and water pump for fire suppression. The Fuzzy Mamdani method is applied to the system to connect the determinant of fan and pump actuators as needed. There are 3 input variables used, namely temperature with 3 membership functions, as soon as possible with 3 membership functions, and fire with 4 membership functions and 2 output variables, namely exhaust fan with 4 membership functions and water pump with 4 membership functions. Must get 36 fuzzy rules. From the test results, the system can determine various conditions of the room with accuracy reaching 100%. In fuzzy testing, the percentage of success is 100%. This shows that the results of the fuzzy testing method on the system are in accordance with the design that has been made. The system output determines the output that is an actuator, which is fan speed and pump duration varies.

Abstract

Muscle fitness is an important thing that cannot be separated from people's lives. Gym places are things that are commonly found in several major cities in Indonesia, especially in Malang City. To be able to practice fitness every time, many people register to become members at the gym, even though only occasionally come to the gym when the time is free. Consumers as customers will choose the factors considered to go to the gym. Consideration factors such as price, location, and people's reviews that can be measured through rating are important in finding the right gym. Based on the importance of finding a suitable gym for community needs, a recommendation system for gyms in Malang City is based on native Android, so it can be a consideration for users in choosing a gym in Malang. Researchers develop mobile-based applications due to several considerations, namely, when choosing a gym, there are distance criteria that have Latitude & Longitude data that can be accessed by GPS in the mobile application. This system was developed using the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS method is suitable for use in the development of research because this method has a low complexity of algorithms so that it is suitable to be applied to mobile applications. The results of the study were the percentage value of the functionality of 100%, the validation test of the validation between manual calculations and the calculation system gets a percentage value of 100% and rank consistency testing for addition and reduction of criteria gets a percentage value of 100%.

Abstract

PT Akademi Pembicara Indonesia is an engaged company in public speaking training. The company makes a training event, then the event ticket will be sold by the agency owned by the company. The company has a problem about the agent that sells ticket but have a different price according to the price at the time of sale, a report done by agents when they get customers is often get delayed, the distribution of commissions to the agents still has errors, financial reports requires about 3 hours working time. This problem is less efficient and can harm the company. Based on the problems described earlier, a solution can be given to develop a sales transaction information system and agent commission. In the development of information systems the author using the Waterfall software development model. Waterfall is chosen because the requirements are ready and minimum change of requirements.This development method includes needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing, the process runs sequentially. At the needs analysis stage a business process modeling is conducted based on the results of interviews with stakeholders and problem analysis. The results of the needs analysis are visualized in the use case diagram and activity diagram. The results of system design produce sequence diagrams, class diagrams, relational data models, pseudocode algorithms, user interfaces. The implementation of this information system used object oriented programming for web application. The information system testing phase is done with compatibility testing, validation testing and user acceptance testing. The results on sales transaction information system and agent commission, system can run well and can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Nutritional problem is one of serious problems. Because nutrition does not only concern in survival, but also relates to the quality of someone's life. In this case, the examination of child nutrient by medical personnel is generally done by archiving, namely by recording manually, and then analyzed. But by doing the analysis manually, it makes the vulnerability of inaccuracy in identifying nutritional status, and takes longer time because it is less practical. Based on these problems, the authors apply the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method and Genetic Algorithm to classify nutritional status in toddlers quickly and accurately. In this research, Genetic Algorithms used for finding the best input weight, which will then be used to determine the value of nutritional status using ELM. After testing, obtained an average accuracy of ELM - Genetic Algorithm is 72.3529% with the number of popsize is 100, 34 iterations, crossover rate 0.6, mutation rate 0.4, and 2 hidden neuron. While the accuracy obtained from the ELM is 67.6471%. The result also shows that the addition if Genetic Algorithm on ELM can improve the accuracy.

Abstract

SD Negeri Prigen 1 is a basic education institution located in Pasuruan Regency. SD Negeri Prigen 1 has human resource covering a teacher. Teacher must be improve their abilities and skills in appliying the competencies needed in the learning process. Teacher performance assesment is needed to identify the teacher's ability to carry out his duties through the measurement of the competency mastery shown. Teacher performance assesment at SD Negeri Prigen 1 still has a number of problems that can interfere the process of teacher performance asessment such as still using conventional system, that is a difficult calculation process, make a report and recapitulation. An information system is needed to solve these problems. In developing this system using the RUP method because in order to balance between the needs and priorities of stakeholders and system requirements that are not clear. The teacher assessment information system produces a number of 19 features. Black box testing successfully tested 43 items of validation tests that were valid, while compatibility testing resulted in several minor and major issues in some browsers. UAT gets the final result of 90% or strongly agrees to be accepted by the user. Therefore, the existence of an information system evaluating the performance of teachers can solve problems such as the process of evaluating teacher performance more quickly, efficiently and simplify the process of making reports.

Abstract

Misdiagnosis is the cause of treatment and maintenance of the disease to be inappropriate, perhaps even cause of death. Some technological applications are able to overcome misdiagnosis. In general, diagnosis uses technology used images as data to be processed. One disease that can be diagnosed is diabetes mellitus. In this research tongue images used to diagnose diabetes mellitus. The color of the tongue image is a parameter used to diagnose diabetes mellitus. Tongue image obtained from webcam by Raspberry Pi with the Otsu's Thresholding method. The tongue image before processing uses Otsu's Thresholding, image must be converted into grayscale, then Improves the histogram using the Histogram Equalization method. Based on the test results, the company can acquire images, become Grayscale imagery, generalize histograms by histogram equalization method and be able to diagnose diabetes mellitus through tongue color. The result of testing the acquisition image result was obtained on 100 %, testing the system the diagnosis of diseases diabetes mellitus against patients diabetes mellitus obtained accuracy 80 % and testing the system the diagnosis of diseases diabetes mellitus against patients non diabetics mellitus obtained much as 90 % accuracy. The average of the past computing time towards the tongue diabetics mellitus 0.3 seconds and computing the average of the past time towards the tongue non diabetics mellitus 0.4 seconds.
