Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance as seen from the Liquidity and Solvency Ratios in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017 - 2019 period. from 2017 to 2019. The sample in this study was selected based on the purposive sampling technique of collecting samples by considering certain criteria that have been made for objects that are in accordance with the research objectives. The samples in this study were 5 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. The results show that the overall average current ratio from 2017 to 2019 with a value of 3.99 is said to be liquid. Overall, the average quick ratio from 2017 to 2019 with a value of 3.04 is said to be liquid. Overall, the average debt to assets ratio from 2017 to 2019 which has the same value of 0.50 is said to be Solvabel. Solvabel said that the average debt to equity ratio from 2017 to 2019 was 1.12 because short-term debt is greater than long-term debt.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a research model that studies whether the variables of the marketing mix affect consumer purchasing decisions through perceived value in Supermarkets Rejeki Baru Malang. The analysis method uses multiple regression with software. Sampling was 69 respondents from Rejeki Baru Supermarkets taken within 1 day. The results showed that the four marketing mix variables had a positive and significant effect on the value of consumer perceptions, namely the product variable 0.445, the price of 0.212, the distribution of 0.407, and promotion of 0.138 were not significant in influencing the value of consumer perceptions. Product variable is the dominant variable in influencing the perceived value of consumer purchases with a significant level of 0.445. Perceived value of consumer purchases has a significant positive effect on consumer shopping decisions Rejeki Baru Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to disclose the results of research aimed at finding out whether there is a significant difference in the financial performance of the company before and after the IPO (Initial Public Offering) of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population of this research is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the following criteria: 1) non-financial companies that conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2018, 2) Availability of financial reports for the two financial years prior to (2015-2016) and two financial years after (2018-2019) conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or financial reports for 2015-2019. The analytical technique method used in this research is a quantitative method through the Non-Parametric Test (Wilcoxon Sign Test). The results showed that there was a significant difference in Current Ratio (CR) between before and after conducting an IPO. There is a significant difference in Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) between before and after conducting an IPO. There is a significant difference in Debt Ratio (DR) between before and after conducting an IPO. There is no significant difference in Net Profit Margin (NPM) between before and after conducting the IPO

Abstract

The Corona Outbreak requires that all lecture activities be carried out online. This sudden and massive change cannot immediately proceed smoothly. Adaptation is needed from institutions, lecturers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of lectures conducted online. The research method used was qualitative with a survey study approach. The results of this study illustrate that not all students can follow the course of online lectures. The research also explained the best practices that need to be considered in order to optimize online lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) Factors on Student and Alumni Satisfaction Levels by using Student Advisors and Soft Skill Training as Intervening Variables at Lp3i Sidoarjo. The total population of students is 278 people and the total population of alumni for the 2-year professional program is 215 people. The sample used for this study was 160 students and 136 alumni and the results were processed using a simple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS 21.0 for windows. The results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.050 and has a t value (F-count) of 39.885 which is greater than t (F-table) of 2.305. This means that there is a significant joint influence between the Quality of Educational Institutions (X1), Focus on Students (X2), Human Resource Management (X3), Leadership (X4), Continuous Improvement (X5) on Student and Alumni Satisfaction (Y ) So that the hypothesis stating that it is suspected that the factors of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the form of the dimensions of the quality of educational institutions, focus on students, human resource management, leadership and continuous improvement affect the level of satisfaction of students and alumni at the Institute of Education and Professional Development. Indonesia (LP3I) Sidoarjo proved correct. Further results show that the influence (linear relationship) between Student Advisor and Soft Skill Training (Z) on Student Satisfaction and Alumni (Y) shows the magnitude of the influence of Student Advisor and Soft Skill Training (Z) variables on Student and Alumni Satisfaction (Y) of 0.722 or 72.2% or considered significant. This is reflected in the significant figure of the variable (Z) to the variable (Y) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. So that the hypothesis which states that the Total Quality Management (TQM) factors that influence student satisfaction, and (influenced) intervention by the variable role of student advisor and soft skill training at the Indonesian Institute of Education and Professional Development (LP3i) Sidoarjo, are proven to be true.

Abstract

I am very interested in studying this journal to describe about Implementation Total Quality Management (TQM) to Increasing Company Performance, and discussing about how to market our products or services to be accepted by consumers (customer focus). For the time being, I am very interested to discuss some ways that can be used to multiply or increase our sales units or our values or profit by using TQM or planning, controlling (inspection) and quality assurance and products or services improvement from raw material (input) until finished goods (output), and finally can be marketed to consumers (customers) or accepted by them with continuously repurchasing and also how to promote our products or services to them by using total quality management (TQM) or integrated quality management. Beside that, I am also interested in discussing momentary issues, such as: cycle of product development, safety of products or services, the products or servives that not get along with prime standards, correlation with some supliers, and about education and training for employees, also issues of ethics. So, in the prospect, our products or services are able to increase values and units or to overcome the market-share, because they are so very competitive ones (market-based competition) and very sustainable thing.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have an effect on Return On Assets in the infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive research approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, the data collection technique used is non-participant observation technique. And in this study, the sampling method used is the Purposive Sampling Method. From 57 companies, a sample of 27 companies was taken. The results of this study indicate that partially, the Current Ratio variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover variables have a significant effect on Return On Assets. And simultaneously, the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Assets in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

Abstract

Information and communication technology indeed continues to bring a change and a significant impact in our daily lives. Of course, the community and business people continue to adapt on a large scale to all lines, in this case, especially the business sector. This change in doing business has finally shifted buying and selling trends between businesspeople to consumers or vice versa. Based on this phenomenon, the application of the concept of e-business is considered to provide many benefits in business activities. Interestingly, this e-business has become a driving force for the current digital transformation process. Of course, all the rapid changes that occur are related to the existence of e-business which is currently widely used. So it is not surprising that nowadays, people are competing to innovate to prioritize further all things that support the existence of this e-business. Some perceived benefits are a lot, especially for a company. This article describes some of the direct benefits of business people and consumers that can be described through a website for a start-up company that sells furniture. With digital technology and e-business, this company has increased profits and introduced new experiences in buying furniture. In the past, buying furniture was considered a waste of time and shipping costs, now this problem has been successfully answered by this company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets Ratio (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the Dividend Policy (DPR) of property sector companies, which listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019. This research is an associative causal research and the type of data used is quantitative data obtained from audited company financial statements in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the research period. The population of this research are all property sector companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The total population of the company is 70 companies. Based on certain criteria the number of companies that meet the sample criteria are 12 companies. The technique used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the study simultaneously show the simultaneous effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets Ratio (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the Dividend Policy (DPR) of property sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019. The results of the partial test show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and insignificant effect, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, while the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has no effect on dividend policy (DPR) in property sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019

Abstract

The background of this research is the influence of the banking sector in Indonesia which is quite large on economic development and state finance because it functions as an institution capable of channeling funds owned by surplus economic units to deficit economic units. Potential investors who want to invest in banking companies could take various factors into consideration, including the Loan Loss Provision. This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loan ratio, return on assets ratio and capital adequacy ratio to loan loss provision. This analysis will later be used as a reference for owners, investors, customers, and other related parties. Of the 43 companies in the banking sector, there are 36 sample companies and will be analyzed from 2017 to 2019. The data source to be used is the annual report of the sample companies. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods processed with the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that the two variables, both non-performing loan ratio and return on assets ratio have a positive effect on loan loss provision, while the capital adequacy ratio does not affect the loan loss provision.
