Abstract

Analisa jabatan merupakan sebuah proses untuk menggali informasi secara sistematis terkait pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang pemangku jabatan. Analisa jabatan akan menghasilkan uraian pekerjaan, termasuk kompetensi-kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan ulasan (review) atas uraian pekerjaan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Divisi Sarana Produksi dan Pengembangan Areal di PT. X, serta menentukan kompetensi perilaku yang dibutuhkan oleh pemangku jabatan. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan wawancara dan studi literatur. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merumuskan perbaikan uraian tanggung jawab, serta 4 kompetensi perilaku yang dibutuhkan pada sampel jabatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian internal, love of money terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi di BMT kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Terdapat dua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu (X1) pengendalian internal, dan (X2) love of money. Variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BMT di Kabupaten Kudus yang tergabung dalam PBMT, sejumlah 302 karyawan. Sampel 173 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengendalian internal berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi ditunjukkan PI terhadap KKA       -0.66 dan signifikan (<0.01). 2) love of money berpengaruh positif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi ditunjukkan LOM terhadap KKA pada model sebesar 0.37 dan signifikan (<0.01).

Abstract

Soft skills are interpersonal and intrapersonal skills that can boost individual performance, including the teaching profession. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of soft skills held by lecturers as teaching staff in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted in Medan, North Sumatra. The research method used is research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents of one hundred and twenty people. The results of this study are the variables forming soft skills such as leadership, communication, effort, ethics have been perceived well by the respondents, and have become daily behavior, although there are a few behaviors that require improvement, such as discipline in the lecture time, while the soft forming variables are skills such as Organizational skills and group skills are perceived to be lacking in teaching and learning activities by the respondents. Soft skill adalah ketrampilan interpersonal dan intrapersonal yang dapat mengembangkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja termasuk profesi dosen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil softskill yang dimiliki oleh Dosen sebagai staff pengajar di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif . Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar seratus duapuluh orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  Variabel pembentuk soft skill seperti Leadership, komunikasi, effort, ethics sudah dipersepsikan baik oleh para responden, dan telah menjadi perilaku sehari hari, meskipun ada sedikit perilaku yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti kedisiplinan terhadap waktu perkuliahan., sedangkan Variabel pembentuk soft skill seperti Organizational skill dan  group skill dipersepsikan kurang dilakukan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar oleh para responden.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of credit control to increase profitability at PT. BPR. Bina Nusa, Gresik Branch. The research method uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the credit policy adopted by PT. BPR. Bina Nusa Gresik Branch is said to be effective even though credit control is less than optimal because there is an increase in bad loans, but it does not affect the results of the calculation of profitability ratios namely Gross profit margin in 2015 amounted to 20.93%, in 2016 amounted to 21.33%, in 2017 amounted to 22.28 %, and 2018 amounted to 25.90%. Net profit margin in 2015 was 15.70%, in 2016 it was 17.73%, in 2017 it was 20.07% and in 2018 it was 21.84%. Return on assets in 2015 amounted to 5.41% in 2016 amounted to 6.33%, in 2017 amounted to 6.85%, in 2018 amounted to 6.67%. The rate of return on loans in 2015 was 57.16%, in 2016 it was 56.82%, in 2017 it was 52.57%, in 2018 it was 53.85%. Return on equity in 2015 was 23.72%. In 2016 it was 26.92%. In 2017 it was 29.31% and in 2018 it was 30.73%. as a whole can be said to be good because of the achievement of the profitability ratio percentage of PT. BPR. Bina Nusa Gresik Branch is within the limits of Bank Indonesia regulations.        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifitasan dalam pengendalian kredit untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas pada PT. BPR. Bina Nusa Cabang Gresik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan kredit yang diterapkan oleh PT. BPR. Bina Nusa Cabang Gresik dikatakan efektif meskipun pada pengendalian kredit kurang optimal karena terdapat peningkatan kredit macet, namun hal itu tidak mempengaruhi hasil perhitungan rasio profitabilitas yaitu Gross profit margin pada tahun 2015 sebesar 20,93%, tahun 2016 sebesar 21.33%, tahun 2017 sebesar 22.28%, dan tahun 2018 sebesar 25.90%. Net profit margin pada tahun 2015 sebesar 15.70%, tahun 2016 sebesar 17.73%, tahun 2017 sebesar 20.07% dan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 21.84%. Return on assets pada tahun 2015 sebesar 5.41% tahun 2016 sebesar 6.33%, tahun 2017 sebesar 6.85%, tahun 2018 sebesar 6.67%. Rate return on loans pada tahun 2015 sebesar 57.16%, tahun 2016 sebesar 56.82%, tahun 2017 sebesar 52.57%, tahun 2018 sebesar 53.85%. Return on equity pada tahun 2015 sebesar 23.72%. Tahun 2016 sebesar 26.92%. Tahun 2017 sebesar 29.31% dan tahun 2018 sebesar 30.73%. secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik karena pencapaian persentasi rasio profitabilitas PT. BPR. Bina Nusa Cabang Gresik berada pada batas ketentuan Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction. (2) To determine the effect of career development on job satisfaction. (3) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. (4) To determine the effect of career development on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Alami Gresik. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used was 74 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) Motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction. (2) Career development has an effect on job satisfaction. (3) Motivation affects employee performance. (4) Career development influences employee performance (5) Job satisfaction affects employee performance. (6) Motivation, career development, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Mitra Alami Gresik.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui  kepuasan kerja. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui  kepuasan kerja pada PT. Mitra Alami Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 74 responden. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Motivasi  berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Motivasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Alami Gresik.

Abstract

Changes in the average value of economic activity from one year to another by taking the average at the same time" is a brief definition of economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, government spending and labor force working on economic growth in Tulungagung. The type of data used in this study is secondary data on exports, government spending and labor force working in 2008-2017 in the form of quantitative time series, with multiple linear analysis and classical assumption tests as data analysis methods. The results showed that (1) there was no significant positive effect of exports on Tulungagung's economic growth. (2) The effect of government spending on economic growth in Tulungagung is significantly positive. (3) The effect of the labor force working on economic growth from Tulungagung is positive insignificant. Perubahan nilai rata-rata dari kegiatan ekonomi dari tahun untuk satu periode ke periode yang lain dengan mengambil rata-ratanya dalam waktu yang sama” adalah definisi singkat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspor, pengeluaran pemerintah dan angkatan kerja yang bekerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Tulungagung. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder ekspor, pengeluaran pemerintah dan angkatan kerja yang bekerja pada tahun 2008-2017 dalam bentuk time series yang bersifat kuantitatif, dengan analisis linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Tulungagung. (2) Efek dari belanja pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Tulungagung positif signifikan. (3) Efek dari angkatan kerja yang bekerja dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dari Tulungagung positif tidak signifikan.

Abstract

One of the biggest obstacles for countries economic growth compound is inflation. Government attempted to have lower and stable inflation.  Purpose of this research is to determine effect of the global and domestic economy to inflation in Indonesia. Using quarterly time series data from 2009-2018 derived from the Indonesian Economic and Financial Statistics (SEKI), International Financial Statistics (IFS), and Investing. ECM regression model used for this research. For short term, interest rate and exchange rates have positive and significant effect to inflation. But money supply, GDP and oil price not significant, while in long term, interest rate and oil price have positive and significant to inflation, while money supply, GDP and exchange rates are not significant. Government policies are monitoring and anticipating global and domestic fluctuation, by  maintaining  the stability of interest rate and exchange rates, and also using environmentally friendly alternatives resources, in order to reducing dependence on oil. Besides that, government needs to undertake increasing of GDP to maintain people purchasing power and money supply distribution for productive sector which have biggest adding value by utilizing local resources.

Abstract

The main thing that must be considered by universities today is no longer encouraging students to quickly graduate and get jobs, but how students are able to create jobs. Therefore an effort is needed to increase entrepreneurial intention among students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of personal financial management, self-efficacy, parental, entrepreneurship education and e-commerce to predict entrepreneurial intentions. The population in this study were all students of the UNARS Faculty of Economics Management Study Program who had taken Entrepreneurship courses (I and II), which were 211 students in 7th semester. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, where the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin model. The number of samples is 68 students, which are analyzed using multinomial logistics analysis to find out which of the five independent variables can be used to predict student entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study concluded that personal financial management, self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education can consistently be used to predict medium and large entrepreneurial intentions. Parental can only be used to predict medium-sized entrepreneurial intentions. While e-commerce can only be used to predict the intention of large-scale entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Economic globalization is characterized by the implementation of technology and knowledge, companies are faced with the challenges of technological change and improvement in the global business environment. Knowledge and technology can be reflected in intellectual capital. Intellectual capital represents knowledge in an organization at a particular time. Intellectual capital owned by the company will lead to innovative work behavior. Intellectual capital has also received attention from both the academic community and companies because of the influence of innovation and learning on achieving competitive advantage for companies in new or knowledge-based economies. The purpose of this research is that this study wants to examine both the direct effect of intellectual capital on company performance and the indirect effect through innovative work behavior. This research was conducted on micro businesses in Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. Data analysis methods in this research were descriptive statistics and testing the outer and inner models using PLS Warp. The results show that intellectual capital directly does not affect innovative work behavior, intellectual capital directly influences the performance of micro businesses, and intellectual capital indirectly through innovative work behavior does not affect the performance of micro businesses.
