Abstract

The development of food products, especially snack products, which has an attraction to try and carry out this research, is the aci meatball product produced by Tata Snack, which is located in Ngadiluwih, Kediri. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product innovation, promotion and business processes on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The population used was 163 consumers obtained from purchase data from December 1, 2019 to January 30, 2020. The sample size in this study used the Slovin formula, with a sample of 116 respondents. The 116 respondents contacted to fill out an online questionnaire, then recapitulated the data with a total of 116 respondents. Followed by multiple linear regression test with the results if the customer satisfaction with one unit of work increased by 0.05, innovation increased by 0.146, promotion increased by 0.058 and business processes increased by 0.402. Partially these variables do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneously the independent variables are able to work together and the most influential variable is product innovation. This study has a percentage of 73.4% which can be explained, while the remaining 0.266 is not explained in this study Perkembangan produk makanan khususnya produk camilan yang memiliki daya tarik untuk dicoba dan dilakukan penelitian ini, adalah produk bakso aci yang diproduksi oleh Tata Snack, yang berlokasi di Ngadiluwih, Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, inovasi produk, promosi dan proses bisnis terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi yang digunakan sebesar 163 konsumen yang didapat dari data pembelian sejak 1 Desember 2019 sampai dengan 30 Januari 2020. Besarnya sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan sampel responden sejumlah 116 orang. Responden tersebut dihubungi untuk mengisi kuisioner secara online sebanyak 116 responden, kemudian dilakukan rekapitulasi data dengan jumlah 116 responden. Dilanjutkan uji regresi linier berganda dengan hasil jika kepuasan konsumen bekerja 1 satuan terhadap harga meningkat sebesar 0,05, inovasi meningkat sebesar 0,146, promosi meningkat sebesar 0,058 dan proses bisnis meningkat sebesar 0,402. Secara parsial variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan secara simultan variabel bebas mampu bekerja bersama – sama dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah inovasi produk. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment opportunities and corporate financing on dividend policy. The data used in this study are companies that are included in the LQ-45 index listed in Indonesia`s Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2018 with a total of 224 observations obtained from the annual financial reports of each company with access to the website www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and as a robustness test using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). The results found contrary to previous studies, that investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy. Corporate Financing has a negative effect on dividend policy. This research can be used as a consideration for investors in expecting dividends when investing on LQ-45 companies in Indonesia`s Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Bali is one of the tourism barometers in Indonesia which also supports the Indonesian economy. Various strategic steps were taken to attract tourist visits to Bali. Interest will lead as consideration for a tourist to make various tourism decisions, one of which is visiting decisions. The decision to visit can be influenced by several factors, one of them is influenced by psychological factors of tourist as a consumer. Psychological factors are a person's internal processes that exist within the consumer itself which consists of motivation, perception, attitude, learning and personality that have a very strong influence on consumers in making purchasing decisions which in this study are visiting decision making. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire method which was distributed to the respondents. Respondents of this study were domestic tourists who visited the Neka Museum in 2020. Based on the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that motivation, attitudes, perceptions, and personality had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. Learning variables do not have a significant effect on visiting decisions.

Abstract

Promoting SMEs is the right step to develop the community's economy, and empowerment is the right way. This study aims to examine the role of psychological empowerment as a mediator on the influence of transformational leaders in forming Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of their subordinates. The study used 4 SMEs in Kabupaten Bantul and Sleman as population and used saturated sampling technique. Data were collected from employees using a closed questionnaire instrument. The research findings have managerial implications that SMEs need to strengthen employee OCB through psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of competence on organizational commitment, competence on performance the influence of competence on performance through organizational commitment, the influence of the CWB on organizational commitment, CWB on performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance and the influence of CWB on performance through organizational commitment. With the help of literature, the current study developed seven hypotheses regarding competence, counterproductive work behavior (CWB), organizational commitment, and performance. The distribution of questionnaires was used for data collection carried out at the Pasuruan City Regional Revenue Agency and the Pasuruan City Financial and Asset Management Agency with a population of 59 employees and a sample of 50 employees. Using Partial Least Square as a data analysis method, the results showed that competence has no significant effect on organizational commitment, competence has a significant effect on performance, competence indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervening variable has no significant effect on performance, CWB has a significant effect on organizational commitment, CWB has a significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, and CWB indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervening variable has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the role of  Agen Laku Pandai  BRI called BRILink  in increasing public awareness, especially entrepreneurs in the micro sector, to conduct cashless transactions during the Pandemic. This research is in the form of descriptive research using a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study. The research was conducted by  direct observations and interviews with informants who are BRI’s  Agen Laku Pandai and BRILink Agent Officers who are employees of BRI. Observations on BRILink Agents are carried out together with BRI  Officers when monitoring the agent. The results of in-depth observations and interviews show that the existence of BRILink Agents in the midst of society is able to increase the literacy of rural communities, especially micro entrepreneurs, regarding banking products. In addition, the existence of a BRILink Agent can facilitate cashless transactions from micro-entrepreneurs during a pandemic, where all activities must be limited. BRILink Agent as the spearhead of  BRI can increase the penetration and financial performance of BRI, especially in terms of raising funds and channeling financing through the micro financing segment. Agen Laku Pandai  is an effort by the government through Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to create financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to validate the effect of online review and application of virtual reality on attitudes towards destinations and canceling intentions to visit destinations. The research approach uses quantitative data and data with survey methods. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which is part of nonprobability sampling. The research sample is a consumer who is active in online activities and can use a website, with a minimum age of 19 years as many as 160 samples. The analysis technique used is anova analysis and regression. The results showed that online reviews and the application of virtual reality had a positive effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. Then online positive and negative reviews have a significant effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. Meanwhile, the application of virtual reality also has a significant effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. This research also shows that the level attitude towards the purpose of visiting tourism can review and weaken the intention to visit the destination. With these results, the perceived attitude of tourist destinations towards tourism can assess or weaken the intention to visit tourist destinations

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show the fraud pentagon perspective on academic cheating in accounting students. The independent variabels in this research are pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capabilities, and personal ethics, while dependent variabel is academic cheating. This research used primary data on online questionnaire. The sample of this research used purposive sampling with criteria of STIE Perbanas Surabaya active accounting students until 2019 and willing to fill out a questionnaire. The research used multiple linear regression. The result is pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capabilities no effect on cheating academic, while personal ethics negative effect on cheating academic. This is because STIE Perbanas Surabaya has character building activities namely Super Soft skills Mentoring (SSM) which makes the students have good personal ethics, so that minor academic cheating occurs.
