Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang mampu membangun perekonomian nasional berdasarkan demokrasi ekonomi yang berkeadilan. Operasional UMKM sangat dipengaruhi salah satunya oleh kondisi pasar. Kondisi pasar menjadi tidak menentu sejak terjadi pandemi Covid-19. UMKM menjadi salah satu usaha yang turut merasakan dampak tersebut. UMKM dinilai kurang memiliki ketahanan dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi pandemi ini dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti tingkat digitalisasi yang masih rendah, kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang strategi bertahan dalam bisnis. Berdasarkan atas permasalahan tersebut, penting untuk dilakukan berbagai tindakan berupa kebijakan-kebijakan untuk menyelamatkan keberlangsungan UMKM di tengah kondisi pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan atas kajian literatur yang dilakukan, maka terdapat beberapa kebijakan yang dirumuskan oleh pemerintah untuk menjaga eksistensi UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19. Kebijakan tersebut berikaitan dengan pemberian bantuan langsung kepada UMKM, melakukan restruktrisasi kredit, memberikan insentif pajak, pemberian kredit modal kerja, melakukan pembelian produk UMKM, mengimplementasikan protokol kesehatan di dunia usaha, serta melakukan digitalisasi UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1). The significant effect of narcissism on employee performance, 2). The significant effect of on Workplace Deviance, 3). The significant effect of Job Stressor on Workplace Deviance, 4). Significant influence of Job Stressor on Employee Performance, 5. Significant influence of Workplace Deviance on Employee Performance.The research approach used in this research is quantitative. This type of research is explanatory with the method of collecting data through surveys using a questionnaire. The study population was 52 employees of Bank Panin Branch Malang. The research sample is the same as the total population (saturated sample) The data is analyzed using Path Analysis.The results showed that: 1) Narcissism has a significant effect on employee performance, 2). Narcissism has a significant negative effect on Workplace Deviance, 3). Stres Kerja has a significant negative effect on Workplace Deviance, 4). Stres Kerja has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, 5). Workplace Deviance has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance.The implication of this research is that the employee's narcissism can improve individual performance. Meanwhile, an increase in Job Stressor within a certain limit has an impact on increasing Employee Performance and decreasing Workplace Deviance

Abstract

Creativity has an important role for organizations to implement new services and processes. This implies that employees in the organization must be creative to maintain organizational growth and to face today's business challenges.This Study aims to determine the relationship between humble leadership, creative process engagement, intrinsic motivation, and employee creativity. The study is quantitative with data collection methods using a questionnaire on 145 employees of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the Customer development department and processed using analysis tools Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results show that humble leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity when a leader applies the humble leadership style it will be able to increase the creativity of the employees. Creative process engagement mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity partially and intrinsic motivation partially mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity

Abstract

 The research is aimed at knowing the impact of inequality, free assets and downsizing on the turnaround success of companies that are experiencing financial distress conditions in consumer and goods companies in the period 2014-2018. This research is a quantitative explanatory research with purposive sampling technique for data collection.  As many manufacturing companies as samples. This study uses SPSS Application version 25 and logistic regression analysis to test the hypothesis because the independent variable is a combination of metrics and non-metrics. The results showed that free assets and downsizing had no effect on turnaround as evidenced by a significant value greater than 0.05 while severity had a positive effect on turnaround with a significantly smaller result than at 0.05

Abstract

One of the ways that companies can compete and develop is by creating new, different strategies. The business model acts as a model that describes how a company moves to make a profit. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is considered effective because it explains thoroughly both in terms of marketing, human resources, finance, to the value or product offered. This study aims to analyze and formulate the development of the Canvas business model in Lapar Pool UKM. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection methods using interview techniques. The results show that there is a picture of 9 elements in the current business model canvas and the formulation of a business model development in the form of a picture of 9 elements of the new business model canvas. The new business model canvas is expected to cover weaknesses in the previous business model so as to minimize risks or threats to the company, which consists of: 1) Customer Segments, 2) Value Propositions, 3) Channels, 4) Customer Relationships, 5) Revenue Streams, 6) Key Resources, 7) Key Activities, 8) Key Partnerships, 9) Cost Structures.The research implication is that the Business Model Canvas is formed from 9 elements that are interrelated with each other, therefore it is important to understand every aspect covers business functions, activities and operations in order to create adjustments for business progress

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kurva Pembelajaran pada industri pengolahan nonmigas skala besar dan menengah di Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data sekunder untuk pooled type dikumpulkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data diolah menggunakan POM-QM for Windows versi 5.3 yang diproduksi oleh Pearson Education. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Rata-rata Kurva Pembelajaran industri pengolahan nonmigas di Indonesia periode 2008-2018 sebesar 58,20 persen.

Abstract

Dewasa ini pemerintah mengajak masyarakat untuk memiliki usaha yang ditekuni. Usaha tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, terutama ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid 19, dimana daya beli masyarakat relatif menurun. Karena persaingan bisnis yang cukup ketat, menyebabkan UMKM sukar bertahan dalam jangka waktu lama. Kesulitan yang sering dialami adalah modal, pemasaran dan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pemerintah daerah dalam membina masyarakat yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang identik dengan Home Industry di Kabupaten Sintang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, antara lain: Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Kabupaten Sintang ada beberapa sektor. (1) Sektor kerajinan tangan berupa Tenun Ikat; (2) Sektor transportasi berupa jasa taksi Bandara Tebelian; (3) Sektor pariwisata berupa perhotelan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the digital literacy competence of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with one hundred students as respondents. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that there are three factors that affect the level of digital literacy competence of students, including: 1) environmental support factors consisting of campus environment and family roles, 2) socio-economic conditions which include individual financial conditions critical of the media, and 3) the intensity of media use which consists of the use of digital media in daily activities and work on academic assignments.

Abstract

Lau Riman Village is a citrus fruit plantation area in Tanah Karo Regency. Oranges are the leading commodity in this village, so the marketing aspect is an important part of selling and earning profits. This study aimed to identify an efficient and profitable distribution channel pattern for citrus fruit farmers in Lau Riman Village, Tanah Karo Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The number of respondents in this study were eighty-eight citrus farmers in Lau Riman Village. Analysis of the data used is the farmer share approach, marketing margin, and market efficiency. The results of this study there are three marketing channels, hereinafter referred to as channels I, II, III. Efficient farmer share only exists in channel I, which only involves retailers as marketing institutions. The highest margin is in marketing channel III where marketing agencies reach out to markets outside North Sumatra, and the efficiency of marketing channels shows that the three channels used by citrus fruit farmers are less efficient
