Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Mahasiswa AMIK BSI JAKARTA Melalui Model Pembelajaran Kuantum Ani Rakhmanita

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi mahasiswa AMIK BSI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi dengan tingkat ketuntasan mencapai 86,67% pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa dari 40,00 % pada siklus I menjadi 60,00 % pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa AMIK BSI Jakarta semester 1 tahun 2016/2017, membuktikan bahwa pendapat yang menganggap bahwa pelajaran akuntansi itu sulit dan tidak disukai mahasiswa ternyata tidak benar.

The background of this research about the effect organizational culture and leadership roles through knowledge sharing. Organizational culture is a common perception held by organization’s members (Robbins, 2005). Leadership roles are classified into eight types; monitor, coordinator, director, producer, innovator, broker, facilitator and mentor roles (Yang, 2007). Knowledge sharing as the action in which employees diffuse relevant information to others across the organization (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). The objectives of this research was to find out : (1) the influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) the influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) the influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing. This research uses survey method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is conducted in PT. Pupuk Kujang, with respondent amount 130 personnel of employees. In this study, all variables were analysis with Multiple Regression. The results shows these following result : (1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) there is a significant influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) there is a significant influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing.

Tanah Abang Center of Grocery is the most famoust grocery of people, even local or international. There is so many trader of tekstile and Escada shop is the ones. Because so many trader at there, so the compete is so tight. Therefore the trader must be demanded for willing the best product and give the best service. The kind of product or price can be the same between the trader. To take the consument the different is good service that make costumer being satisfied and be glad when take a shop at Escada. The costumer satisfied is the most important factor for every kind of business that must be kept, that the hopes and the needs of customer can be take over there. This research is to purpose for knowing about product influence to take costumer satisfaction, and the influence of service to take customer satisfaction. Than product influence and service in the same time to take customer satisfaction at Escada shop. The methode of this research is survey methode, with take the simple sample random sampling. Based of survey result that have done, take the tabulation and data-processing with computer program SPSS 15.0 for windows. There is so significan between product and costumer satisfaction . It can be from test calculation t that t hitung about 3,410 bigger than t tabel about 2,011. so can be sayed that product varible with costumer satisfaction variable is be significant influeced that the meaning is the willing of product can be make the customer satisfaction. The influence of service dan costumer satisfaction can be see at t that t is about 38,906 bigger than t table about 2,011. Can be sayed that costumer variable with customer satisfaction variable have a significant relationship, that means good service can be make costumer satisfaction can be better.

Internet is one of the clearest evidence of rapid technological developments in the field of information and telecommunications. The Internet brings a huge influence in the pattern of life of the world community, especially the developed countries, This research was conducted in the southern area of Tangerang. The number of respondents is 30 students SMP and SMU in the area sepatan tangerang south. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire while the variables of concern in this study are independent variables (internet) (X1) and dependent (learning process) (Y). Researchers use validity test, reliability test, T-test, correlation coefficient and regression equation, result of research indicate that internet usage (X) have an effect on student learning process (Y) coefficient of determination value (R2) that is 0,032 which has the mean that influence of internet usage to learning process development is 3.2% and the rest influenced by other variables and also obtained Regression equation Y = 7,953 + 0,131X1, result from regression equation indicate that there is influence of internet usage toprogressof student learning process. Abstract – Amerind Bio-Clinic (ABC) Laboratory is a health lab in West Jakarta serving a full range of laboratory tests, including routine check up to high-tech checks such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The ABC Laboratory has been known as the Inspection Referral Center in Indonesia. Therefore, the ABC Laboratory of Jakarta should have the equipment and laboratory materials that can support its vast operational activities. To meet the needs of equipment and materials so much and to be on time, the ABC Laboratory should have excellent planning, budgeting and procurement mechanisms. To collect data, this research used observation, documentation and interview method. Meanwhile, the research method used is descriptive research that is problem-solving procedure by describing the object of research at the present time, based on facts that appear. The planning, budgeting and procurement process of ABC laboratory has been well implemented, with the following schedule: planning December 19-28, 2016, budgeting January 3-10, 2017 and procurement January 11-13, 2017. The conclusion of this research is planning, budgeting and procurement mechanism of equipment & materials at the ABC Laboratory has been running well. The implementation of the recruitment is important in search of new employees that has the quality of very difficult , especially the having particular qualification .Especially on pt jamsostek ( persero ) the center of working in the area of security labor trying to recruit and choose an employee with position in accordance with inventiveness and skill , remember the purpose recruitment and selection on PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre, is to got the right and able to function optimally.Research methodology used writer is the method descriptive with a qualitative approach. In the process recruitment and selection on PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre, be done in online, covering, among other: 1. Publication job application, 2. Received a letter job application, 3.Delivery job application, 4. Building a database, 5. Administrative selection, 6. The transmission of letters call, 7. The implementation of the selection online, 8. The implementation of the selection, 9. The implementation of the selection health and interview user, 10. The implementation of the training preparation work (dpk), 11. Removal of candidates an employee (probation 3 months), 12. Removal of permanent workers. The implementation of the recruitment and selection PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre use the third party. System on the line test recruitment and selection is conducted objectively by the lppm and management human resources PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre. .

Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, pengukuran dengan menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi tangibles (tampilan), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (kepercayaan), empathy (empati). Metode penulisan yang dipakai yaitu dengan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kemudian studi pustaka dan observasi. Upaya Peningkatan Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, perlu adanya perbaikan fasilitas pelayanan dan melakukan pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat secara berkala mengingat survei ini sangat bermanfaat untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur.

This research is perform to evaluate the influence of inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate and GDP toward the number of new admissions. Microeconomics variable. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. Data analysis with multiplier regression of common effect datapanel method in level 3 Diploma and fixed effect datapanel method in bachelor degree. The results obtained are the empirical evidence of analysis show as inflation, exchange rate and BI Rate have a negative influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang and GDP not influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. While in bachelor degree, inflation, exchange rate, BI rate and GDP not influence toward the number of admissions in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang

In this era of technology and civilization is very advanced, demanding human resources (HR) are competent and have high morale in the role and function both individually and organizationally. Technology skills are already high and increasingly sophisticated information technology will not result in work productivity when they can not be used regularly and seriousness. For that conducted this study aimed to investigate the influence of technology, especially information technology skills to work productivity of employees, especially civil servants. The study took place at the Division of Evaluation and Development of Human Resources Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Jakarta. By taking the population in that section to be sampled by the sampling frame is based on education and class of thirty three employees. The research method uses quantitative methods and data obtained through the questionnaire, and extensive observation in the study supported with documents to strengthen the research results. The results showed that the technological skills has an effect on work productivity of civil servants and Evaluation Division of Human Resources Development Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kecerdasan emosional trader dalam bertransaksi valuta asing. Trader adalah Trader merupakan mediator antara nasabah dengan market untuk melakukan transaksi jual atau beli saham, forex, index, commodity di bursa internasional. Trader berperan dalam eksekusi transaksi setelah sebelumnya melakukan analisis teknikal maupun fundamental untuk melihat tren market. Untuk menentukan subjek menggunakan teknik kombinasi antara purposive dan snow ball sampling sehingga dipilih tiga subjek. Pengalaman dan informasi subjek telah dieksplorasi dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada lima domain yang muncul pada trader berdasarkan teori Goleman yaitu mengenali emosi diri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri sendiri, mengenali emosi orang lain dan membina hubungan..
