Abstract

The development of internet technology is so rapidly today many gave birth to various types of social media. Social media is becoming very popular because it provides easiness in communication. In terms of marketing activities, social media applications have an important role, especially in the dissemination of information and promotion. In addition to easier, do marketing through social media applications faster and cheaper. In this research case study was conducted at MIN 18 Jakarta. The study used descriptive-qualitative method, where this method describes the phenomena that exist in accordance with the current state of research. Social media is very useful for schools, this application is very useful in the dissemination of information and promotion. The development of internet technology that also impact on the development of social media is quite well utilized by MIN 18 Jakarta as a means of dissemination of information and promotion.

Abstract

Abstract  –  Manage by the leadership style of a leader is the proper techinique undertaken to improve the quality of human resourcesin order to produce optimal performance in achieving a common goal. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style to the achievement of employee’s work at Departement of Archives and Regional Library of District Bogor. The methodology is primary quantitative methodology. Document were obtained through surveys and questionnaire, and  samples taken using saturated sampling where all employee at Departement of Archives and Regional Library of District Bogor to be respondent, as many as 45 respondents. Research methodology consist of the Scale Likert, Correlation Product Moment consist of : correlation coefficient, coefficient determination, regression equation, test statistic with SPSS 21. Correlation coeficient receive is 0,733 it means there is a connection between leadership style and work achievement. The coeficient determination is 54% influenced by leadership style and 46% influenced by onother factor. And reggresion equation test Y = 22,038 + 0,524X, analyzable first : if X = 0 or without any leadership style then the work achievement is (22,038). Second : if the leadership style rises 1 point that will be increase work achievement (22,562).

Abstract

Abstrac- The journey of human life abstract-dalam of course, has always faced with a risk that happens and cannot be predicted before .Every human endeavour to divert the risk to the insurance company . Is to got the rights and able or to function optimally research methodology used writer is the descriptive method with a qualitative approach.berdasarkan the results of research on ajb the earth son of 1912 , then in the process of filing a claim refer to a insurance , especially the administration of an insurance claim as follows: 1 .Filing a claim which is made up of claims approved danklaim may be deferred , 2 .Checking documents , 3 .The process of approval, that a check of administration and financial, 4.penyelesaian payments.Documents that have already received approval and signed by the head of a branch and submitted to part a teller of for the withdrawal of funds claim . In the resolution of claim payments, done 8 ( eight ) working day.When in the process claims there are no obstacles, the finance division submit claim funds to teller for granted to customers, and receipts.As for the types of insurance claim; insurance claim individuals, consisting of a claim to death, a claim to the end of contract and a claim for redemption, while insurance claim a collection of consists of a claim to death, a claim to the end of contract, a claim to redemption, claims for medical expenses by the accident, a claim for in-patient care and surgical operation + outpatient.Also obstacles in payment implementation of insurance claim among other: delay in the process filing a claim insurance, do not bring completeness documents, customers forget check first completeness documents, and loss of policy and receipts proof of payment.

Abstract

This paper investigates on student perception of characteristics lecturers. The lecture is one of the oldest and, maybe still, the most widely used teaching method in tertiary educational institutions. It has been a primary component in the teaching and learning programmes of Universities since the very early days of university education (Bligh, McKeachie in Marmah 2014). Perception is a process whereby individuals organize and interpret their impression of sensory impression to give meaning to their environment (Robbins and Judge, 2009). The character is understood as the level of power in which the individual is able to handle the condition (Koesoema in Manalu 2014). The research method used descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in this study by questionnaire. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique. This research is conducted in BSI Cibitung with respondent amount 49 personnel of student. The objectives of this research was to find out student perception of lecturers characteristics.

Abstract

Research is aimed to analyze the influence of psychological contract and psychological well being on work enggagement. Methods of research using quantitative methods using purposive techniques. Subjects in this research is employee of PT Tulip Promo Sekawan. Which is 90 person. Measuring instrument used by a psychological contract scale based on the theory of Whyte, psychological well being base on the theory of Ryff and work enggagement base on the theory of Schaufeli dan Bakker. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. These result indicate significant relationship between psychological contract, and psychological well being on work engagement. Based on the results of the research, then obtained the following findings: (1) simultaneous psychological contract and psychological well being significant impact on work enggagement (2) partially psychological contract positive and significant impact on work enggagement, (3) partial psychological well being positive and significant effect on work engagement. That is psychological contract and psychological well being can be applied to be a predictor variables to predict work engagement.

Abstract

Every Company wants its employees to excel and work effectively. Thus need to be given motivation to encourage employee performance to increase. The type of motivation that can be given can be extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. With the encouragement to the subordinates is expected to generate the performance of employees can be maximized.The sample used for data collection in this study amounted to 50 (fifty) employees of telecommunication company in Jakarta. Likert scale used by writer to change qualitative data in questionnaire become quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of motivation on employee performance at one telecommunication company in South Jakarta which is engaged in the technology industry. The calculation of the questionnaire results using a simple linear regression formula. All of the author's calculations were assisted by the SPSS version 20 program released by IBM. Based on the analysis and data processing according to the calculation of correlation coefficient can be seen that the Motivation of Performance has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0.961 and according to the calculation of the coefficient of determination, can be known quite large is 92.3%, then influence Motivation on Performance can be seen through simple linear regression that is Y = 2,670 + 0,901X

Abstract

Performance appraisal is very important  on organitation. One of the goal from performance appraisal is to increase the work motivation of the employment so it can reach the maximum work. This research  to get know about the influence of performance appraisal to work motivation at Hotel Cipa Mampang Jakarta Selatan. The sampel that used are saturation sampling which are all of the 50 employed from Personnel&General Affairs, Accounting&Finance, Marketing, Front Office dan Food&Beverage and using likert scale. The research method use are : methods observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The calculate method that use are : test of correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and simple linear regression equation with the computer program of SPSS 17. The result of the coefficient correlation value 0,0721 shows the relationship between performance appraisal and motivation is strong. The determination test obtained R square is equal to 0,520 or 52% of the working motivation variables, which are influenced by performance appraisal, while the remaining 48% are influenced by other factor. The test of equal regression obtained by equation Y= 8,464 + 0,807X, if the coeffient of performance appraisal is 0, then the working motivation is 8,464.

Abstract

Competition in business today is getting tougher. To attract buyers is not enough just rely on products and quality of the goods, but also required services that can provide satisfaction to customers. The hope with the satisfaction, there will be customer loyalty, and end up gaining profits in the business. This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Fish Streat Branch Tebet. By using quantitative methods, data collection through observation methods, interviews, documentation and questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents. Based on questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents, obtained the results of calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.753 means shows there is a strong influence between customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. The result of calculation coefficient of determination, customer satisfaction to customer loyalty that is equal to 0,567% and the rest influenced by other factor not explained in this research. The regression coefficient test shows that Y = -3.240 + 1.219 X, indicating that there is a decrease in customer loyalty of -3.240, if customer satisfaction equal to 0 and every increase / decrease in customer satisfaction of 1, then can increase / decrease customer loyalty of 1,219 .Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study there are two variables that are variable X (Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance). This research was conducted to determine the discipline in relation Abadi PT Jakarta, the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta, and the influence of discipline on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta.Data in use is the primary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis of this study is no disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. To measure the effect of those variables used simple linear regression and coefficient of determination with the help of IBM SPSS computer application program 22. Based on the results of data analysis using the statistical method that is simple linear regression, the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) amounted to 37.4% with a correlation coefficient of 0.612. Partial assay results (Test T) indicate that significant berrpengaruh work discipline variables on the performance of employees who obtained that t is greater than t table. Based on these results it can be concluded that the disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. Keywords              : Discipline, Perfomance Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Disiplin) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui disiplin pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta.Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi computer IBM SPSS 22.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 37.4% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.612. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berrpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diperoleh hasil bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Kata Kunci          : Disiplin, Kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT To maximize regional autonomy and promote development, as well as to reduce donations from the central government, local governments must increase local revenue (PAD). One of them is by increasing the revenue from the market retribution.Sehingga if managed optimally in pungutannyanya it will be able to contribute large enough for the opinion of the Original Region. To achieve optimal results, it is necessary to collect efficiently and effectively by the officers. For this reason we conduct research related to the optimization of retribution revenue in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of retribution pengutan in Purwokerto wage market. The result of research indicate that the acceptance of Levy in Purwokerto wage market still not optimally show the acceptance equal to Rp 180,565,500,00 whereas according to the calculation with linear programming to achieve optimal result show the acceptance equal to Rp 196.662.000,00 with combination of merchant type average per day stalls 73 people, traders losing 389 people and traders lesehan amounted to 350 people. So there is a difference of retribution income per year Rp 16.096.500,00. While the withdrawal of retribution levies Kiosk traders and merchants lesehan been implemented Effectively because based on the calculation of effectiveness has value = 1, While the execution of retribution market retribution Los merchants show results that have not been effective with a value of 0.86 <1 Keywords: Potency and Effectiveness, Market retribution
