<![CDATA[The development of internet technology is so rapidly today many gave birth to various types of social media. Social media is becoming very popular because it provides easiness in communication. In terms of marketing activities, social media applications have an important role, especially in the dissemination of information and promotion. In addition to easier, do marketing through social media applications faster and cheaper. In this research case study was conducted at MIN 18 Jakarta. The study used descriptive-qualitative method, where this method describes the phenomena that exist in accordance with the current state of research. Social media is very useful for schools, this application is very useful in the dissemination of information and promotion. The development of internet technology that also impact on the development of social media is quite well utilized by MIN 18 Jakarta as a means of dissemination of information and promotion.]]>

<![CDATA[Marketing strategy is needed in any business, no exception in the business of education. But for marketing public schools and school image is needed to shape the reputation of the school so that parents are interested in sending their children to the state school. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 18 Jakarta also attaches importance to the Service Marketing Mix and Brand Image to build its reputation. So the purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of Service Marketing Mix and Brand Image both separately (partial) and jointly (simultaneously) on the Reputation of Educational Service Providers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 18 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire of 83 samples from 480 parents of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 18 Jakarta. Then, the regression equation formula is determined after the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisitas, and correlation test on each questionnaire results and scores for both the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results showed that the Marketing Mix of Services and Brand Image both separately and together significantly affected the Reputation of Providers of Educational Services in Jakarta 18 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with 99% accuracy.]]>

<![CDATA[The motion control of a container port on an industrial conveyor involves non-linear movement by varying the speed of the conveyor. The stability control of the conveyor system is in the starting current or starting torque of the synchronous motor. The starting performance of the motor requires rapid dynamics and precise regulation, hence the need of a direct control is becoming an urgent demand. A non-linear movement for the starting current of the motor can be effectively controlled through simulation. A synchronous motor is usually specified when constant speed and the power factor correction is required. However, subject to many loads, the starting current and starting torque heat up the fuse of the armature rotor and stator. Full state feedback control through simulation has been shown as not being able to stabilize a conveyor movement. Therefore, the need for direct control is important to stabilize the system. The starting current at a synchronous motor should be able to perform better, even for cases where the controlling parameter model was uncertain or changing over time. A reference of any controller model will be selected to stabilize the non-linear motion of the motor. Then the simulation studies will be performed to observe the performance with any controller on starting current of motor. A one objective simulated annealing will be used to optimize the system in decreasing a starting current synchronous motor. <![CDATA[Learning foreign language has been the part of our educational systems. It has been taught from the early stage of education. However, there are still many difficulties in learning. And there are many challenges for the teachers to make it as a fun learning. This research aims is examine how can the interactive games can help the students to understand about questions tags better and can be used in the daily conversation. Meanwhile, the observed population that was used for the research was the students of English For All (EFA) English Course in Cirendeu, Tangerang Banten. The students were Junior High School students. The writers used the descriptive qualitative methods as using interactive games which was using oral test and conversation activities to learn how much their improvement in understanding about question tags. <![CDATA[Faktor terpenting untuk dapat melihat perkembangan suatu perusahaan terletak dalam unsur keuangannya, karena dari unsur tersebut juga dapat mengevaluasi apakah kebijakan yang ditempuh suatu perusahaan sudah tepat atau belum serta dapat diketahui apakah perusahaan dalam kondisi sehat atau tidak. Salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan adalah dengan laporan keuangan. Analisis Rasio Likuiditas dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya bila jatuh tempo. Analisis Solvabilitas merupakan rasio untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek dan jangka panjang perusahaan. Kedua rasio tersebut dapat menjadi acuan pertimbangan bagi para pemberi modal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif. Untuk metode analisa datanya menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Kondisi keuangan perusahaan PT Mayora Indah Tbk dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya masih likuid namun untuk rasio solvabilitas terlihat cukup tinggi sehingga kondisi keuangan perusahaan dapat dikatakan kurang sehat. Namun kecenderungannya menurun sehingga masih dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi para investor.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar siswa kelas X AK 3 SMK Negeri 1 Klaten tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan menggunakan dua metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan angket dimana data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis data kualitatif melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis kualitatif tersebut kemudian dilengkapi dengan analisis statistic deskriptif untuk menghitung skor Aktivitas Belajar Akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Kelas X AK 3 SMK Negeri 1 Klaten Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor Aktivitas Belajar kelas X AK 3 dari 72,61% pada siklus pertama dan mencapai 82,46% pada siklus kedua. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw mampu meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar siswa kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Klaten secara klasikal tanpa dominasi dari beberapa siswa saja.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan bisnis di bidang food and beverage saat ini sedang mendominasi. Sehingga persaingan dalam bisnis ini semakin ketat. Maka diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang baik untuk dapat bersaing dalam bisnis ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode tingkatan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) dan uji Cohran utk mengetahui asosiasi-asosiasi yang berhubungan dengan merek minuman Haus!. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness merek minuman Haus sangat tinggi dengan empat asosiasi-asosiasi yang membentuk merek minuman haus! ini. Business developments in the food and beverage sector are currently dominating. So the competition in this business is getting tougher. So we need a good marketing strategy to be able to compete in this business. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach using the brand awareness level method and the Cohran test to find out associations related to the Haus! drink brand. The results of this study indicate that the brand awareness of the drink brand haus! is very high with four associations that make up the drink brand Haus!.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to knowing the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT Indo Suhar Jaya Bogor Branch. The population of employees of PT Indo Suhar Jaya Bogor Branch was 110 employees. sampling in this study using the slovin formula as many as 52 employees. The data was collected through using a Likert scale that was administered using Microsoft Excel 2013 software and IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software. The research methods will be used in the form of a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. This study has 3 findings in accordance with the hypothesis proposed, namely: (1) that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) that motivation and work Environment have a positive effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendeketan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan sampel jenuh atau non probability sampling dimana semua populasi yang ada dijadikan sebagai sampel. Populasi yang dimaksud adalah seluruh karyawan kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN, berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam satuan skala likert. Dalam pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan software SPSS 26 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang meliputi uji instrumen, uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN.]]>
