Abstract

Internet is one of the clearest evidence of rapid technological developments in the field of information and telecommunications. The Internet brings a huge influence in the pattern of life of the world community, especially the developed countries, This research was conducted in the southern area of Tangerang. The number of respondents is 30 students SMP and SMU in the area sepatan tangerang south. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire while the variables of concern in this study are independent variables (internet) (X1) and dependent (learning process) (Y). Researchers use validity test, reliability test, T-test, correlation coefficient and regression equation, result of research indicate that internet usage (X) have an effect on student learning process (Y) coefficient of determination value (R2) that is 0,032 which has the mean that influence of internet usage to learning process development is 3.2% and the rest influenced by other variables and also obtained Regression equation Y = 7,953 + 0,131X1, result from regression equation indicate that there is influence of internet usage toprogressof student learning process. Abstract

Abstract  – Amerind Bio-Clinic (ABC) Laboratory is a health lab in West Jakarta serving a full range of laboratory tests, including routine check up to high-tech checks such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The ABC Laboratory has been known as the Inspection Referral Center in Indonesia. Therefore, the ABC Laboratory of Jakarta should have the equipment and laboratory materials that can support its vast operational activities. To meet the needs of equipment and materials so much and to be on time, the ABC Laboratory should have excellent planning, budgeting and procurement mechanisms. To collect data, this research used observation, documentation and interview method. Meanwhile, the research method used is descriptive research that is problem-solving procedure by describing the object of research at the present time, based on facts that appear. The planning, budgeting and procurement process of ABC laboratory has been well implemented, with the following schedule: planning December 19-28, 2016, budgeting January 3-10, 2017 and procurement January 11-13, 2017. The conclusion of this research is planning, budgeting and procurement mechanism of equipment  & materials at the ABC Laboratory has been running well. Abstract

Research is aimed to analyze the influence of psychological contract and psychological well being on work enggagement. Methods of research using quantitative methods using purposive techniques. Subjects in this research is employee of PT Tulip Promo Sekawan. Which is 90 person. Measuring instrument used by a psychological contract scale based on the theory of Whyte, psychological well being base on the theory of Ryff and work enggagement base on the theory of Schaufeli dan Bakker. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. These result indicate significant relationship between psychological contract, and psychological well being on work engagement. Based on the results of the research, then obtained the following findings: (1) simultaneous psychological contract and psychological well being significant impact on work enggagement (2) partially psychological contract positive and significant impact on work enggagement, (3) partial psychological well being positive and significant effect on work engagement. That is psychological contract and psychological well being can be applied to be a predictor variables to predict work engagement.

Abstract

According to sociologist David Mc Cleiland, a country said to be a developed country, it takes at least 2% of the population in a country to be an entrepreneur by profession. According to Agus Muharram, based on data from the year 2012 currently the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia has reached 1.56%. This means that Indonesia is not fulfilling the criteria of a developed country. Therefore, according to Purdi E. Chandra, entrepreneurship education is very important to create new entrepreneurs, so as to accelerate economic growth and can keep pace with other countries.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of education and training, toward student’s motivation entrepreneurship so that in the end they are interested in entrepreneurship. The research was conducted on the campus of Bina Sarana Informatika Jatiwaringin Jakarta. Data collected through questionnaires to 135 samples / respondents. Data were processed and analyzed using the techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program version 18.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of education on entrepreneurship motivation, as well as there is a positive and significant correlation between training toward entrepreneurship motivation and there is a positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation towards interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords:  Education, Training, Motivation and Interests entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Every Company wants its employees to excel and work effectively. Thus need to be given motivation to encourage employee performance to increase. The type of motivation that can be given can be extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. With the encouragement to the subordinates is expected to generate the performance of employees can be maximized.The sample used for data collection in this study amounted to 50 (fifty) employees of telecommunication company in Jakarta. Likert scale used by writer to change qualitative data in questionnaire become quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of motivation on employee performance at one telecommunication company in South Jakarta which is engaged in the technology industry. The calculation of the questionnaire results using a simple linear regression formula. All of the author's calculations were assisted by the SPSS version 20 program released by IBM. Based on the analysis and data processing according to the calculation of correlation coefficient can be seen that the Motivation of Performance has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0.961 and according to the calculation of the coefficient of determination, can be known quite large is 92.3%, then influence Motivation on Performance can be seen through simple linear regression that is Y = 2,670 + 0,901X

Abstract

The implementation of the recruitment is important in search of new employees that has the quality of very difficult , especially the having particular qualification .Especially on pt jamsostek ( persero ) the center of working in the area of security labor trying to recruit and choose an employee with position in accordance with inventiveness and skill , remember the purpose recruitment and selection on PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre, is to got the right and able to function optimally.Research methodology used writer is the method descriptive               with a qualitative approach. In the process recruitment and selection on PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre, be done in online, covering, among other: 1. Publication job application, 2. Received a letter job application, 3.Delivery job application, 4. Building a database, 5. Administrative selection, 6. The transmission of letters call, 7. The implementation of the selection online, 8. The implementation of the selection, 9. The implementation of the selection health and interview user, 10. The implementation of  the training preparation work (dpk),                  11. Removal of candidates an employee (probation 3 months), 12. Removal of permanent workers. The implementation of the recruitment and selection PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre use the third party. System on the line test recruitment and selection is conducted objectively by the lppm and management human resources PT Jamsostek (Persero) Centre. .

Abstract

Performance appraisal is very important  on organitation. One of the goal from performance appraisal is to increase the work motivation of the employment so it can reach the maximum work. This research  to get know about the influence of performance appraisal to work motivation at Hotel Cipa Mampang Jakarta Selatan. The sampel that used are saturation sampling which are all of the 50 employed from Personnel&General Affairs, Accounting&Finance, Marketing, Front Office dan Food&Beverage and using likert scale. The research method use are : methods observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The calculate method that use are : test of correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and simple linear regression equation with the computer program of SPSS 17. The result of the coefficient correlation value 0,0721 shows the relationship between performance appraisal and motivation is strong. The determination test obtained R square is equal to 0,520 or 52% of the working motivation variables, which are influenced by performance appraisal, while the remaining 48% are influenced by other factor. The test of equal regression obtained by equation Y= 8,464 + 0,807X, if the coeffient of performance appraisal is 0, then the working motivation is 8,464.

Abstract

Competition in business today is getting tougher. To attract buyers is not enough just rely on products and quality of the goods, but also required services that can provide satisfaction to customers. The hope with the satisfaction, there will be customer loyalty, and end up gaining profits in the business. This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Fish Streat Branch Tebet. By using quantitative methods, data collection through observation methods, interviews, documentation and questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents. Based on questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents, obtained the results of calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.753 means shows there is a strong influence between customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. The result of calculation coefficient of determination, customer satisfaction to customer loyalty that is equal to 0,567% and the rest influenced by other factor not explained in this research. The regression coefficient test shows that Y = -3.240 + 1.219 X, indicating that there is a decrease in customer loyalty of -3.240, if customer satisfaction equal to 0 and every increase / decrease in customer satisfaction of 1, then can increase / decrease customer loyalty of 1,219 .Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty
