Abstract

Services are activities undertaken by a person or group of people on the basis of a material factor through certain system, procedures and methods in order to fulfill the interest of others in accordance with their rights. To find out customer response will service motorcycle service at CV Jaya Motor, the authors conducted quantitative research three variables consist of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, through the method of distributing questionnaires from 50 respondents. The research uses calculations through software SPSS version 23, for the analytic of data is used Multiple Regression consist of the Classical assumption test, multikolinearitas, Normality, Heteroskedastisitas, Autokorelasi, from the Classical assumption test can describe there is no multikolinearitas, Normality, Heteroskedastisitas, Autokorelasi symptoms, partial correlations independen variabels can be describe between service quality and customer satisfaction have low correlation, which is consist of 0.098 and 0,107, beside that for coefficient determination can be explained 58,7%, and regression model can be describe for service quality variables  Ү : 7,916 + 0,264 Customer Satisfaction: Ү : (7,916 + 0,264) + 0,264 X2, and model regression for service quality and customer satisfaction toward loyality can be explained : Y: 7,916 + 0,264 X1+0,264 X2 , the finally CV Jayaa Motor Bekasi must give attention toward service quality and customer satisfaction, because the result have been low correlation and give more impact for loyality

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kecerdasan emosional trader dalam bertransaksi valuta asing. Trader adalah Trader merupakan mediator antara nasabah dengan market untuk melakukan transaksi jual atau beli saham, forex, index, commodity di bursa internasional. Trader berperan dalam eksekusi transaksi setelah sebelumnya melakukan analisis teknikal maupun fundamental untuk melihat tren market. Untuk menentukan subjek menggunakan teknik kombinasi antara purposive dan snow ball sampling sehingga dipilih tiga subjek. Pengalaman dan informasi subjek telah dieksplorasi dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada lima domain yang muncul pada trader berdasarkan teori Goleman yaitu mengenali emosi diri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri sendiri, mengenali emosi orang lain dan membina hubungan..

Abstract

ABSTRACKQuality Control Cycle ( QCC ) is one method or program empowering employees to improve productivity . In this case , the Department of Work Shop Engineering PT . Muliakeramik Indahraya TBk , every year regularly convened Quality Control Circle ( QCC ) and also strengthening the work culture with the exercises of self-motivation to employees to improve employee performance . In that regard the author is interested in conducting research on this subject . Riser using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression , with a sample of 60 respondents. From the shows results that there is influence between the Quality Control Circle ( QCC ) and the Employee Performance Work Culture with less significant results , with the value of determination ( R ² ) were very minimal , namely 0.007 . But normality test each variable significantly greater than 0.005

Abstract

Green Product not just produce goods and services but involves all aspects of business activities started production processes, product offer and distribution of environmentally friendly products to consumers. Activity-based business environment, a new development in the production of goods and services, is a potential and strategic opportunities that have the double advantage (multiplier effect) both businesses and the community. This discussion aims to assess the application of the concept of green product that is closely related to business ethics, that every business activity must preserve the environment, has a concern for the environment, by applying environmental impact assessment, as the law requires environmental impact assessment (EIA) and the granting ecolabel label on every product in accordance with ISO14020 and ISO14024 standards. Assessment using a qualitative approach and examine the implementation of green management is done according to the law firm business ethics. From the results of studies in recent decades many companies are already implementing green product in productivity activities. The stakeholders have awareness of business ethics implement one consciousness produce environmentally friendly and healthy products. Moral motive that individual businesses can be the motor of the application of ethics in a business organization. Keywords: Green Product, business ethics

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction to The American Club Jakarta. The Method used is a survey with a causal approach. The result of the survey were analyzed by using a casual approach path analysis with software LISREL 8.70. A technique used in sampling is saturated sampling (total sampling), where all of the population is used as sample are 60 respondents. The results of this study are the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, the direct influence of compensation on job satisfaction, the direct influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, the direct influence organizational culture on organizational commitment, the direct influence compensation on organizational commitment. The indirect influence organizational culture on job satisfaction through the organizational commitment, the indirect influence compensation on job satisfaction through the organizational commitment. Based on these results concluded that the most dominant of direct influence on job satisfaction is compensation. While most dominant variation of organizational commitment is influenced by compensation.

Abstract

Credit is the biggest earning assets and the main source of income BPR. Loans have the risk of causing damage if not properly managed. Performance of Rural Bank lending can be seen from the quality of the non-current loans which amount does not exceed 5% of the total loan portfolio overall. In granting loans, the Management of Rural Banks must apply the principle of sound lending, since the credit is processed until the loan has been granted. Management of Rural Banks provide credit should conduct risk identification selectively applying Accurate Credit Analysis 5C, so expect credit credit default resulting in a stalemate in the future can be suppressed. Nonperforming loans at Rural Bank can be sourced from External and Internal, also because of weak monitoring and credit monitoring. On the other hand, factors stiff competition led to the precautionary principle does not run well, in which they perform less selective Credit Analysis so that the risk of a credit crunch with a substandard quality are very prominent. These conditions would have to be a management concern Rural Bank. In efforts to address problem loans management have to prioritize the completion of systematic and sustainable way. Rural Bank should monitor actively as a preventive measure to prevent non-performing loans to a standstill. Management must take action when borrowers found the problem and find solutions before the completion of credit into the quality of the jam. Management should set priorities for handling problem loans by putting in a family approach in the appeal of taking legal action. Credit Banks rescue people can do credit to a debtor in value can still be saved by way Rescheduling, Reconditioning and Restructuring. Rural Bank management can take action to remove the book if credit has been stalled quality and have attempted to meneyelesaikan but have not been successful. Priority settlement of non-performing loans were made consistently and continuously expected to restore the credit performance of Rural Bank, where credit quality is healthy so the development of productive assets and income from year to year continues to increase. Keywords: Non Performing Loans, Credit Quality

Abstract

Abstract  –  One of the things that the company's priority to achieve the goal is to have professional resources with the best employee performance in carrying out its work. One that can be affect employee’s performance is the existence of work discipline. This work discipline should be continue to be held and become the principle for employees, so that employee’s contribution in supporting the success of various functions of the company's operations become more optimal. The aims of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee’s performance Cipta Hotel Pancoran South Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study is 50 employee’s. The data were collected by using questionnaires and library studies. Data analysis is used the linearity test, simple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test. The result shows that the discipline of work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employee’s of Cipta Hotel Pancoran, South Jakarta. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.499, it means the relationship of work discipline to the employee's performance is quite strong. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.249 it means that work discipline affect of employee’s performance is 24.9% while the rest is influenced by factors others than work discipline it self. Key Word: work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Work health and safety is one of important thing that every company need to take concern, especially if employee work with big machine and more specific for employee that work in production department. With good work health and safety management, company will be able to improve the performance of employee. This paper try to analize the relationship between two variable (work health and safety with performance) and the respondents are employee from PT Frisian Flag (plant Pasar rebo). Form the calculation of the obtain result: There is a positive relation between two variables (work health and safety with performance) with correlation 0,583 and R square 34 %.Keyword: production, work performance, work safety.

Abstract

Job performance is one of the ways used by the company to measure how well an employee in carrying out the work and tasks within the company. A good company will use performance as a benchmark the success of human resources management within the company.With a good performance measurement, the company can assess and ultimately improve the deficiencies in the work of the employees. Employees with good performance is an employee who can reach the expectations of the company.A growing number of employees who have good job performance can give benefit for the company. The company will have the good performance so effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved in the work. Effectiveness and efficiency from company, will make the cost of production decreases and eventually the company's earnings will rise.Therefore the company should give you a good appreciation for employees who have a good level of performance, one of them by providing promotional Office for employees. Abstract

Leadership is a capability that is owned by someone to influence other in order to achieve the objective of the organization or company. Leadership is also a process influencing other and done continuously.
