Jurnal Teknik Komputer merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Jurnal ini berisi tentang karya ilmiah hasil penelitian yang bertemakan: Networking, Robotika, Aplikasi Sains, Animasi Interaktif, Pengolahan Citra, Sistem Pakar, Sistem Komputer, Soft Computing, Web Programming, Data Mining, dan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Problems regarding health complaints and community needs for herbal medicines always increasing in every year. The purpose of this research is to implement the Asy-Syifa CARE’s e-commerce website which has a function as a media for promotion and selling of herbal medicines by online way. This research took a case on Asy-Syifa CARE startup, by collecting data through the secondary data sources. Data collection techniques carried out by the author is using literature studies on scientific journals related to e-commerce websites as a media for product promotion and sales. The results of this research is an e-commerce website using framework CodeIgniter version 3.1.9 that uses the MVC programming concept (Model-controller-view). Expectations from the results of this research is can helping Asy-Syifa CARE startup in improve the quality of their product branding in digital marketing, so they able to increase the revenue statistics and be able to compete with another e-commerce website competitors.

Congestion major cities in Indonesi caused by the proliferation of the use of private vehicles. Some expressing he thinks about busway user through the social media and other web site, This opinion can be used as a sentiment analysis to see if the user busway proposes a review of positive or negative. The results of the analysis sentiment can help in the sight of and evaluate the use of busway, also expected to improve and transjakarta facility from so they tend to have an opinion positive. Based on the results of the analysis, sentiment it is hoped people will switch to using the will of course will reduce congestion. In the study also added the stages preprocesing by using the framework gataframework to complete the process that cannot be done on tools rapidminer. The methodology that was used in this research was it is anticipated that analysis the sentiment of the by the application of an genetic algorithm for an election features with an algorithm naive bayes. From the results of the testing to the case in research it is found that classification algorithm naive bayes based genetic algorithm having the kind of accuracy that good enough 88,55 % and value of auc reached 0,813 % with the level of the diagnosis classifications good. So that in this research classification algorithm naive bayes based genetic algorithm can be recommended as algorithms classifications good enough to analyze the busway user sentimen. Based on analysis is expected to private transport users will switch to using the busway will reduce congestion

The development of information and communication technology-based smartphones and mobilephone growing rapidly. It is characterized by the number of smartphone users in the community. Utilization of information and communication technology is implemented in the form of knowledge application. One of these applications on the world agricultural expert system based on mobile. Knowledge of this expert system has many sources including research or research and observations that have been practiced by experts and issued either through web resources and other sources such as agricultural books, journals and others. This expert system uses Forward Chaining method using base database organized into a table in a rule that an expert and user can draw conclusions from what has been diagnosed by this expert system. Application of expert system designed and developed as an expert tools and users in diagnosing pests and diseases of rice plants and horticulture of the analysis by an expert and analysis according to the book or internet media. This expert system will show the questions will then be selected by the user to find a solution on the diagnostics program that has been done on this expert system. In addition the expert system is equipped with the paperwork to determine how plant pest management, plant species and type of fertilizer.

The use of information technology has a very broad scope. One of them is in the field of funeral. Funeral is often a "backward" issue in this life. Even if we look at our "nature" as human beings, we will all experience what is called death. The thing we need to prepare for death besides worship is that we need to prepare our final rest right. We often forget this, even though if we see the phenomenon that the world mortality rate is increasing every day, even Indonesia is one of the countries with a very high mortality rate. The high mortality rate is not in line with the number of locations or burial places available. This has become a problem that must be solved and become a problem that is quite serious and needs serious handling. One of the solutions to this problem is the use of information technology to record the overall mortality rate and also record the availability of existing locations to bury it. That way the government can monitor every problem that exists and can provide solutions that can be disseminated easily by utilizing information technology, the author uses the Waterfall method to facilitate the process of needs analysis until testing the design of building information systems public cemetery (TPU) Pondok Rajeg Bogor.

The decline in oil and gas exports since 1990 requires the government to take policy steps to increase non-oil exports so that state revenues continue to grow. One of the non-oil and gas exports that is a mainstay of Indonesia is tunat fish which has the HS code 160414. Italy is a country where the demand for tuna is quite high. In order to maximize the value of Indonesian tuna exports to Italy, a method is needed to optimize the value of Indonesian tuna exports to Italy. The purpose of this study was to find out the best method to predict the value of tuna exports to Italy in the application of fuzzy logic in order to optimize the value of exports. The results showed that the Mamdani method was a good method. The Mamdani method has results that are close to the actual results with an error rate of 1.1%, so the Mamdani method can be used as the recommended method in optimizing the optimal amount of export HS 160414 Indonesia to Italy.

The condition of weather changes in Indonesia is uncertain, so it difficult to predict clear and rainy weather. This is still a major problem for people who are drying clothes especially in the rainy weather conditions. Usually clothes is often left out traveling, with weather conditions like this make some people feel anxious because they do not have time to lift the clothesline in the rainy weather conditions. To overcome these problems the authors make an automatic clothesline prototype using LDR sensor, rain sensor, and moisture sensor using Arduino Uno. In addition to these sensors there are also additional such as fans and DC motors. From the results of testing tools that have been made tools can work well. The tool can work when the sensor will read the weather around, LDR sensor and rain sensor function to detect the weather around, while the humidity sensor serves to detect the condition of the clothes whether in wet or dry conditions.

Determination of the pattern of purchasing goods and layout of goods based on the tendency of consumers to buy goods canbe one solution for the Bogor Sangkuriang Lapis Shop in developing marketing strategies so as to increase sales of Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang products. The algorithm that can be used to determine the pattern of purchasing goods and this layout is the Apriori Algorithm which is one of the data mining algorithms in the formation of rule mining associations. With frequent items in a priori algorithm by producing a small frequent, without doing candidate generation and minimizing the completion stages starting at k-1 items or the first stage in the a priori algorithm then used with the FP-Growth method where this method is very significant with the a priori algorithm , efficient in terms of time, the completion stage is faster, produces less frequent items and is more detailed in describing frequent item results because frequent results with a value <1 are still shown, not deleted. This research produced the most sold products for layer cakes are Original Cheese, Cheese Brownies, Full Talas. Based on the rules of the final association, it is known that if you buy the Bogor Sangkuriang Lapis Original Cheese cake layer, you will buy the Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang Brownies Cheese and Full Talas Cheese with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 70%. Based on these results the company can make the decision to develop a strategy that is done next

Computer networks have become an important point in companies that have many branch offices to coordinate the transfer of data. PT Indo Matra Lestari's connection uses a VPN system using the PPTP method. Data Center is used as a VPN server, the client is the Head Office and Citereup Branch Offices. Between the Head Office and the Citereup Branch Office there is no direct connection so access to data made between the Head Office and the Citereup Branch Office is slow, because the data must pass through the Data Center before reaching its destination. Moreover, the data accessed is private to the company and only accessed on the local network. The solution used to create a direct and secure network path between the Head Office and Branch Offices is to use the EoIP Tunnel on the proxy router. Tunneling method in EoIP can make network bridging between proxy devices, EoIP Tunnel will change to Virtual Interface on the proxy router so that it is as if the proxy router is connected locally. Tunnel ID on the EoIP Tunnel functions as a tunneling path security. The application of the EoIP Tunnel makes the point to point connection point between Mikrotik devices faster in data access because the data access is directed to the destination. In order for this EoIP Tunnel connection to run optimally and well, a network management is needed in managing internet bandwidth usage

To fund the ongoing development at this time the State requires income from various sources such as income from exports. Export is an activity of sending goods abroad where the activity will produce value. And Indonesia's export value which is quite high comes from non-oil and gas exports, one of which is the export of processed tuna 160414. One of the destination countries for the export of processed tuna which is quite high is Italy. The purpose of this study is to find out the best method for predicting the value of processed tuna exports to Italy in the application of fuzzy logic in order to optimize the value of exports. The results showed that the Sugeno method is a good method. The Sugeno method has results that are quite close to the actual results with an error rate of 41%, so the Sugeno method can be used as a recommended method in predicting the optimal amount of Indonesia's 160414 HS exports to Italy.
