Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build Application of Outpatient Registration in the hope that patient registration process easier to do, efficient and has been usingthe latest technology by using Web-based application. In the event of a problem can be detected and repaired more easily and quickly. The current system at Meilia CibuburHospital is a hospital-based hospital system, a running system that has been running well and has helped get the required data officer. But on the desktop technology-based application side is limited by the access that must be in one network of Meilia Hospital only. The author studied the existing system and make the application of Outpatient Registration with the aim of renewal of hospital application technology into web-based application of course with no disrupt and almost the same for the workflow officers with existing systems.

Abstract

Learning media always develops every year, one of which is animation. Basically animation is one form of entertainment, and by making learning media can make children, especially elementary school students, become more happy in learning. Learning methods used in elementary schools still use the lecture or face-to-face method to students, so it is necessary to add more interesting learning media. In the teaching process, the teacher only uses the media as a guide to teaching, especially the Science course, as a result students find it difficult to know clearly about the living costs, especially regarding the type of animal classification. In this study the authors took research material from the results of observations and interviews of several students in elementary schools, teachers and related parties. For this reason the author made the Animal Classification Interactive Animation Program as a Learning Media in Bekasi IV Elementary School of Elementary School became one of the solutions for elementary school students in learning the types of animal classification and simplifying and improving efficiency in the learning process.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia dapat diketahui dengan kemampuan setiap daerah menghasilkan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) sehingga dapat diketahui potensi kemampuan daerah mengerakkan perekonomian,  pertumbuhan ekonomi mempunyai korelasi yang cukup erat dengan pertumbuhan trafik barang di pelabuhan Kobisadar, Maluku Tengah  mempunyai potensi yang baik karena daerahnya diliputi pelabuhan laut yang dilalui kapal penumpang dan barang, sehingga memberikan kontribusi pada perkembangan ekonomi nasional, namun fenonema masalah terjadi ditemukan kondisi bangunan ruang tunggu penumpang dan gudang yang sudah rusak berat, dermaga yang sudah tidak memiliki karet fender sandar pelabuhan, kerusakan pada  causeway dengan trestle, kondisi kantor pelabuhan yang kurang baik, dan fasilitas yang masih kurang, oleh karena itu diperlukan investasi dari pemerintah/swasta yang bersinergis, metode penelitian yang digunakan  survey dan pengamatan lapangan langsung yang dilakukan bulan Januari ? Desember 2016, adapun hasil dari penelitian bahwa nilai investasi tingkat Net Present Value (NPV) dan Benefit/Cost Ratio (B/C ratio)    bernilai positif yang berarti proyek memberikan keuntungan, dan dapat dilanjutkan, serta nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) bernilai  persentase yang tinggi dari suku bunga bank yang ditetapkan, artinya proyek menguntungkan bagi investor untuk membangun pelabuhan laut Kobisadar sehingga menambah pendapatan masyarakat disekitar pelabuhan dan meningkatkan perekonomian di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, juga meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional

Abstract

: This study aims to determine the effect of management technology and information systems on employee performance at dr. Masbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City. The method used in this study is a survey approach, this type of research is associative and the research used is explanatory ( explanatory research). The sampling technique used is a random sampling of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and cyclical assay. From the results of the study, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and management information systems on employee performance at dr. Masbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City t count 6,865> t table (1,661). Second, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and information management systems on employee performance at dr. Kasbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City where t count is 4,257> t table (1,661). Third, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and information management systems on the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City (48.325)> F table of 2.359. Together, technology and information systems manage the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City with a determination coefficient of 50.4%. And from the results of R2 (coefficient of determination) states that the variable technology and information systems management the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City which is 50.40%, while the remaining 49.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The government as an actor in providing public services needed by the community is responsible for providing the best service and continuously striving to improve the quality of public services. Service success can be measured by community satisfaction in terms of services provided by public service providers. Therefore the public service provider must continue to strive and innovate so that the quality of public services becomes even better. For that reason, in building a system design that aims to improve public services, i use the prototype method. The application of the system is very important for the information system developer to support the success of the information system whether it is going according to plan and in accordance with the wishes of the user. The prototype was created with the aim of providing equal perception and initial understanding in the basic process of the system to be designed, so that good communication will be established between the designer and the user of the system. With the existence of a public service management information system so that it can ease the duties and obligations of public service providers. Abstract

Koperasi sebagai salah satu bentuk badan usaha yang penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, karena saat ini koperasi menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan dana dalam upaya memperbaiki taraf  kehidupan, pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari–hari dan mengembangkan usaha, hal tersebut didukung dengan data BPS bahwa capaian kontribusi koperasi PDB naik cukup signifikan dari 1,7% menjadi 4,48% dari jumlah koperasi sebanyak 152 ribu dan anggota 26 juta. Sistem berjalan saat ini Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Tirta Mukti PDAM Bekasi masih manual sehingga membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para anggota koperasi. Oleh karena itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem Peminjaman Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Tirta Mukti dan sekaligus merangcang sistem yang terkomputerisasi dengan metode waterfall, UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan aplikasi software berupa java netbeans. Sehingga menghasilkan sistem pengolahan data dengan cara yang lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien dari mulai adanya master data, data transaksi, sampai dengan terbentuknya laporan. Dengan sistem ini keamanan data lebih aman karena dibuatkannya validasi login, Dalam segi penyimpanan data lebih aman dan rapi karena disimpan dalam tabel, dalam pencarian data lebih mudah, dan dalam penyajian data yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

The booking system lubricating oil at Pt. Xyz is currently using the system is recording data konvensianal lubricant conducted in units Means. The system runs has many drawbacks dianataranya allow for mistakes, takes a long time in the search process data and the reporting process. Based on the above problems, the authors want to do research to build applications Grease Openness Booking online.This application is built using ASP, consisting of the order data (penjadawalan) of oil to produce booking reports oil depot locations and Support Unit. In addition to using ASP programming language ordering application system lubricating oils also use tools for typing noteped ASP, and Microsoft Office Access database for writing, Mozilla Firefox as a browser, Microsoft paint for image editing.

Abstract

The decline in oil and gas exports since 1990 requires the government to take policy steps to increase non-oil exports so that state revenues continue to grow. One of the non-oil and gas exports that is a mainstay of Indonesia is tunat fish which has the HS code 160414. Italy is a country where the demand for tuna is quite high. In order to maximize the value of Indonesian tuna exports to Italy, a method is needed to optimize the value of Indonesian tuna exports to Italy. The purpose of this study was to find out the best method to predict the value of tuna exports to Italy in the application of fuzzy logic in order to optimize the value of exports. The results showed that the Mamdani method was a good method. The Mamdani method has results that are close to the actual results with an error rate of 1.1%, so the Mamdani method can be used as the recommended method in optimizing the optimal amount of export HS 160414 Indonesia to Italy.
