Abstract

Abstract - The museum is a place for permanent exhibition of objects that deserve public attention, such as historical heritage, art, and science; a place to store antiquities; to show the public for the needs of study, education and pleasure. But in this day and age the museum is only considered as a place to store antic and old-fashioned things, a lack of interest in the community to make the museum as a place of visit in adding insight and knowledge.The lack of publications and information about the museum is also a factor in the community's lack of interest in the museum. The Indonesian National Museum held its 240th Anniversary event on April 21, 2018 to April 29, 2018, by publishing these activities through Instagram social media, because of the pattern of people today who use Instagram more. Where the National Instagram Museum informs about what activities are on the 240th Anniversary of MNI so that more Indonesian people know and are interested in attending the event.

Abstract

This research is entitled Semiotic Analysis Meaning Motivassi Working on "Zona Nyaman" Song Lyrics by Fourtwenty. This study aims to find out the meaning contained in the lyrics of these songs. The theory used and relevant in this study is the Roland Barthes Theory The method in this study uses qualitative methods. The subject of this research is the lyrics of the Zona Nyaman song. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting object research, dissecting research objects and dying means signs. This study found several conclusions that the meaning contained in the comfort zone song "Empattwenty's work has a motivational member meaning in the life of each temple. Abstract

Internet users are already getting lots of Indonesia on the population. The most popular application is social media. However, the use of social media is not a bit of the information disseminated. hoax It is experienced by the company McDonald where scattered information in a media hoax promotion McDonald whatsapp. Researchers interested in knowing whether or not there is a relationship of exposure information hoax McDonald on whatsapp against consumer confidence. Then, the determination of the respondent's purposive sampling technique done so obtained 45 samples in areas of Jakarta where never get information on hoaxes whatsapp With quantitative methods using correlation kendall's tau in data processing through the program SPSS version 17.0. The results obtained so that the value of the coefficient correlation research indicated by number of 0.270 meaning there is a close relationship of McDonald's hoax information whatsapp against consumer confidence with a significant level of p = 0.016 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in 2018 World Water Day Convention carries out a communication strategy by socializing various activities in overcoming Clean Water problems. The 2018 world water day theme “Natural For Water”, Activities carried out include Certification of Situ, Lake, Pond and Reservoir, Biopori Campaign and Rainwater Reservoir, Clean Action of Cikapundung River, Conservation of Nature for Water. This research is to find out the communication strategy of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in Socializing the 2018 World Water Day Commemoration with the theme "Natural For Water". Abstract

Employees are one of the keys and long-term investments that can improve the development of the company and maintain the existence of the company. One of the factors that support to improve the company is the existence of good work motivation for employees. PT. Citra International Underwriters (CIU Insurance) experienced a decrease in work motivation caused by reduced communication between employees. As an effort to increase work motivation, PT Citra International Underwrites carried out a family gathering which was held on January 20, 2018 in the Taman Hutan Raya, Bandung, West Java. Family gatherings that are carried out successfully and employees can increase work motivation. In this study researchers used a qualitative approach and case study, as a research method that illustrates that by implementing a family gathering can improve good relations with employees so that employee motivation will increase. Keywords: Program, Employee Relations, Work Motivation

Abstract

One of Instagram's presence is that it has other functions, besides being able to build a brand, Instagram can also build personal branding of its owners. Similarly, Bowo Alpenliebe uses Instagram to form his personal branding by making videos using the Tik Tok application. The purpose of the research is to find out the use of Tik Tok as a personal branding on Instagram. Research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of Bowo Allpenliebe's research have formed 8 personal branding concepts, namely; Specialize in uploading videos on their Instagram accounts (Ability, Lifestyle, Mission, Product and Profession). Personality, Bowo is a creative boy. Difference, the account contains videos of his creation using the Tik Tok application. Seen, in uploading the Tik Tok video, always try with a variety of songs and movements, and do it continuously and always filled with positive and negative comments. Unity, Bowo has many fans and haters. Firmness, Bowo has followed the times to form his personal branding by creating and uploading Tik Tok videos through his Instagram account. Good name, Bowo has tried to establish his good name through his Instagram account. Bowo Allpenliebe has also formed a personal branding using 4 features of 9 features in Instagram, namely; Unique and Interesting Cover Image Options, By (using) Audio, using Narration For Video Branding and also using the appropriate Hashtag, due to the creation of Video using the features provided in the Tik Tok application.

Abstract

Film is one powerful tool in the hands of people who use it effectively for a purpose, especially for the general public as well as children who do use more emotional aspects than their rational aspects, and immediately speak to the hearts of the audience convincingly. Films are also very helpful in the learning process, what is respected by the eyes and heard by the ears, faster and easier to remember than what can only be read or only heard. AKOM BSI Jakarta Program Study  Broadcasting develops its expertise to try to penetrate the film world through multimedia technology. In collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) during the "Pekan Kerja Nyata Revolusi Mental", this PSA film "Aku Indonesia" was used as an information media to the public, which later became a commercial film right on target for the audience. The film produces a quality and quality video in delivering messages that are right on target at this time. The benefits of this research are to provide creative and varied film breakthroughs in order to improve the nation's intellectuality, as well as increase the repertoire of film library. The research method used is Literature, Observation, Interview, Design and Implementation, Documentation. The formulation of cinema production steps consists of the process of Pre Production, Production and Post Production.The implementation of this film production is expected to be a reference and information in producing quality according to the rules of the world of cinematography and multimedia systems.Keywords: Sinematografi, PSA, Insctrutional, Media

Abstract

Abstract - Each dealer has its own way to monitor the activities or prospects of each customer, the process of recording prospect activity is still using a conventional system where the method of recording is done manually, therefore made an online application to upload an online consumer database that can be accessed by all dealer salespeople. Each application must have its own icon or logo, the logo comes from the word logos which in Greek means word, thought, speech, reason. The use of the logo can be done anywhere, one of them is the logo on the SEE SYSTEM application, SEE SYSTEM application is newly created and has never had a logo before, the purpose of this research is SEE SYSTEM logo design to build awareness as an online application for prospecting database customer activities as well to analyze the philosophical meaning of the SEE SYSTEM logo. Keywords: Dealer, Logo, SEE SYSTEM

Abstract

Friendship relationships are becoming increasingly important for everyone who has friends. As social beings, humans certainly have the need to socialize with their environment, so that they also make friends, and some even reach the stage of friends, husband, or wife. This kind of relationship or relationship is a study that cannot be separated from interpersonal communication. In this article, the author wants to describe one of the relevant communication theories, namely the FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation) theory. This FIRO theory is in accordance with the phenomenon described in this paper about the importance of friendly relations in interpersonal communication. The author finds an implementation of the assumption of the FIRO theory, namely human needs which consist of the need for inclusion refer to the need to be known and interact; the need to hold control is seen in human desires that make a difference in their social environment; and affective needs refer to the need for compassion, attention, and love from friends.
