Along with the times and the modernization of the capital Jakarta, influence on the existence of Betawi art and culture. The influence evident from the many people who are less supportive Betawi culture itself, among others, they prefer to watch the show and art of modern culture such as films or bands compared with the traditional arts such as lenong, gambang kromong , masks and others.Lenong a Betawi arts, theater or one of the Betawi people taking the stories of heroism and criminal as its theme. With Thus LKB which is an institution engaged in the preservation and Betawi arts development, should pay more attention to the art of Betawi culture lenong particular art, by holding performances. It aims to introduce and promote the cultural arts Betawi people in Jakarta and at the same time to develop and preserve Betawi arts, especially the arts lenong high value, which is now in the midst of modern art and culture.The purpose of this study was to find out that the show is a mix of public relations or media LKB, LKB to preserve the arts lenong Betawi . In addition , this study also aims to determine the mix of other Public relations conducted by the LKB preserve Betawi arts culture, particularly lenong Betawi arts.The method used in this study is a research method descriptive qualitative approach. Data used in the study form of primary data, through interviews with key informants and informants andsecondary data obtained from the literature study and observation . The results showed that the role of performance as one of the mix public relations LKB lenong in preserving Betawi arts , has been running with although its function is not optimal. That is in addition to preserving and developing a culture of Betawi art, especially Betawi arts lenong . performances also aims to introduce and promote the art and culture of Betawi to the people of Jakarta and the Indonesian people in general.Keywords: Culture of Betawi, Mix of Public Relations, Perfomance

This research purposes to identificate the mentality of student attitudes toward build entrepreneur.Background of this research are there is matter how to understand and improve the mentality of Student attitude toward entrepreneurship, where they still considered the main of important to build entrepreneurship is capital. That can describe the dominant factors much influence for all of the student.The Results for this research are intrepretation for mentality attitude to build entrepreneurship consist of the average of visioner is 4.37, creativity and inovative is 3.91, can make opportunity is 3.79, leadership is 4.02, and self confidence is 3.8. it can describe, it is still under average about some of student attitudes toward build entrepreneurship, it is especially creativity and inovative, can make opportunity, self confidence, so the solution is make understanding for all of student that one of important thing for growing entrepreneurship that build the high mental capability.Keyword: attitude toward, entrepreneurship

Women Community Empowering Program Sukapura Kiaracondong Bandung is the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Program conducted by PT Telkom and implemented in 2013. Corporate Social Responsibility program was done and it consisted of training and mentoring activities in the field of entrepreneurship, health and social activities. This study was to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT Telkom through the women empowering (Case Study At PT Telkom through the CSR program "Women Community Empowering at Sukapura Kiaracondong Bandung") In this study, a qualitative approach and case studies were used as a method of the research that suggested through this activity. It was as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the field of community development and women empowering. As a religious educational institutions, boarding schools since the first until now had a strategic role in the community. Pesantren are traditional Islamic educational boarding students live with and study under the guidance of a teacher who is better known by scholars. Pesantren now have fairly rapid growth, including exposure to the development of science and technology, so now it's not only religious knowledge is taught in pesantren curriculum but also in science and technology that are already included in the curriculum of modern education in boarding schools. The purpose of this study was to find out about the development of boarding until now, the activities at the school, and social culture that became a tradition at the school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the boarding school has developed very rapidly, and the presence of broader changes in the field of science and technology. Kiai and boarding are two things that can not be separated. The role of the pesantren kiai is very important. Scholars through the development of science and technology can be disseminated in a boarding school curriculum. The presence of electronic media and communication media at the school shows that boarding schools are already open to everything related to modern technology.Keywords: Socio-Cultural, Pesantren

Satisfaction and loyalty of an airline passenger is one indicator of the performance of the airline. Garuda Indonesia as one of today's national airline that continues to improve its performance. One way Garuda Indonesia is doing is to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of its passengers. Factors affecting passenger satisfaction and loyalty, including ticket price and quality of service. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of price and quality of service on the satisfaction and loyalty of passengers of Garuda Indonesia airline. To analyze the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable, a moderating variable was included, namely the diversity of flight time options that can strengthen or weaken the effect of satisfaction on loyalty passengers Garuda Indonesia. This study uses primary data collected from passengers Garuda Indonesia with a sample size of 160 respondents. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling. To analyze the data used Equilibrium Structural Modeling (SEM) with AMOS tools 18 and SPSS 17. Results of analysis indicated that the ticket price and service quality has a significant and positive influence on satisfaction and loyalty. However, the quality of service does not directly affect the loyalty significantly. Ticket prices impacted on satisfaction and loyalty significantly. Excellent quality of service satisfaction directly and indirectly has a positive impact on loyalty. But the diversity of flight time such as morning, noon and night did not influence prices and quality of service, the satisfaction, and loyalty of passengers Garuda Indonesia.Keywords:Ticket price, quality service, satisfaction and loyalty of passenger.

The development of information and communication technology is so rapid an impact on almost all aspects of life, including the education system. E-learning is emerging as an alternative form of education in the implementation of learning systems that allow the implementation is done anytime and anywhere. Nowadays, e-learning still has some shortcomings, particularly in terms of controlling student behavior that leads to educational ethics violations. Human resources play a very important role in the company. The superior man and professional in his work will be able to improve the productivity of the company. To get a superior and professional employees in her work, companies need to provide training for employees to produce a good performance. This research aims to mengevalusi the influence of the training provided by the company against the performance of its employees. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods using the questionnaire as a primary data collection techniques and by using probability sampling a sampling technique that is giving the same opportunities in population to be selected into the sample. The sample used as many as 40 of the subject and will be tested using the test of the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination test and regression equation using SPSS ver 22.0. Test results on the correlation koefisen, resulting in the existence of a relationship between variables X and Y, although weak, namely his relationship of 33.8% and the rest affected other variables. Based on the results of the test results obtained any t that there is presence of influence between training on performance of employees. As one of the Municipality in West Java Province of Indonesia, Depok has now undergone a very rapid change both in terms of government, economy, commerce and tourism. As a buffer city between Jakarta and Bogor, Depok is often associated with the Megapolitan City in the Jabodetabek area which has a population increase each year, high community activities up to traffic congestion in Jakarta. Judging from this, it is possible that the land in Depok City will also decrease, especially green open land which has benefits for water absorption, noise reduction and the development of a viable environment for nature, culture and the community / residents of Depok City. To overcome the diminishing green open spaces and cultural recreation areas in Depok City, the Government has the idea to develop several natural tourism objects into ecotourism which can be used as a counterweight to the problems of limited environmental quality in Depok City. Depok City Government optimizes at least 4 Situ which is currently being worked on in the context of ecotourism development. Although in terms of implementing the concept of ecotourism it is not as easy and fast as expected, but the Depok City Government has taken its role as much as developing natural tourism products into community-based ecotourism, but still experiences some obstacles from in the government itself, from the community and from the private sector as a wheel of tourism development. This study uses a content-descriptive analysis research method, by studying more information obtained from various reading sources and concluding it into a discourse.
