Abstract

Supermarkets are a place to supply daily necessities ranging from nine basic commodities to household needs. Every day there are several sales transactions, which that data will increase continue. Usually these sales data are only used as store archives, actually in sales data there are information that can be used to find out the most sales simultaneously so that a method is needed to find out which products has selling well using apriori algorithm and tools rapid miner help. From the results of analyzing the sales data, consumers who conduct basic needs product transactions obtained from the purchase of dominating item combinations are a combination of Indocafe Jar 200g and Kapal Api 165g items with the highest support value of 0,213. Then, the buyers of item combination which dominates Max Creamer 450gr item and Kapal Api 165gr confidence value are 0,958 and the buyrs combination of Gulaku Kuning and Kapal Api 165g support value are 0,259 From these results, concluded every consumer buys Indocafe Jar 200g there is an indication that consumers will also buying Api Kapal Api 165gr as well as Gulaku Kuning with Kapal api 165g and Max Creamer 450gr and Kapal Api 165gr.

Abstract

Abstract  - One of the most important sectors in determining the success of the development process in developing countries is transportation. Existing transportation such as land, air and sea transportation. Of the three types of transportation, in Indonesia, the fastest development of island transportation. The rapid growth of transportation is evidenced by the increasing number of motorcycle transportation by 7.40% per year. This amount is supported by factors in the development and utilization of information technology that is increasingly growing in Indonesia. Behind that, it turns out there is support from the many companies developing technology to build transportation applications. As with online transportation that can provide land transportation facilities only by utilizing smartphone technology. The development of online transportation is one of the important factors in the use of transportation vehicles in Indonesia. Previous transportation has the facilities and infrastructure in the use of transportation is still minimal, namely the lack of providing services to the community so that people do not feel satisfied. Therefore, we conducted a study to evaluate the success factors of using land transportation from an online transportation application in the perspective of customer satisfaction using the AHP method that can overcome complex, unstructured problems such as expert thought, from the results obtained by the main factors that are very influential with the success of an application can be seen from the level of technological confidence of the application.Keywords: Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

DM (Delta Modulation) is one of the waveform coding methods that converts analog waveforms into digital waveforms, by encoding binary numbers 1 when analog waveforms rise, and encodes binary numbers 0 when analog waveforms drop, and if analog waveforms are flat will be encoded binary numbers 1 and 0 alternately. So that the row of binary numbers 1 and 0 will show the fluctuation of the analog signal form. Problems faced in Delta Modulation when the ups and downs of analog waveforms are too steep or too tilted so that analog waveform changes cannot be followed, there will be slope overload noise, which causes SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) to shrink because it is unable follow the analog wave changes which are too high to produce a large noise. For this reason, Adaptive techniques are made, so that excess can be avoided, thereby reducing the Noise and SNR expected to be obtained. ADM (Adaptive Delta Modulation) reduces load tilt errors, and seeks to increase dynamic range. Adaptive algorithms adjust the step size (from various step sizes) to the signal power level and thus increase the dynamic range of the coding system. This paper discusses Delta Modulation techniques for increasing SNR with ADM techniques, as well as performance comparisons between DM and ADM.

Abstract

Apel merupakan jenis buah-buahan dimana memiliki beragam jenis warna pada kulitnya tersendiri, ada yang berwarna merah, hijau maupun warna kuning. Buah apel juga memiliki banyak jenis dan mudah ditemukan dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Setiap jenis buah apel memiliki ciri yang berbeda sehingga akan diperoleh pendapat yang berbeda oleh setiap individu yang menyebabkan tingkat akurasi yang berbeda. Teknologi klasifikasi saat ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses pemilahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode orde 1 dengan algoritma multi SVM yang bertujuan untuk pengenalan pola buah apel menggunakan analisis tekstur pada citra grayscale dan ekstraksi fitur warna pada citra warna. Hasil ekstrasi fitur akan menjadi input bagi multi SVM untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis apel. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dari 50 citra, yang terdiri dari 35 citra data latih  dan 15 data uji. Hasil akurasi metode ini mencapai tingkat akurasi hanya sebesar 86%.

Abstract

The cooperative is a business entity that is very well known by pro people, because the cooperative is group of individuals who run its business based on family principle, Pancasila and the Undang-Undang 1945. The cooperatives development in Indonesia indicates a positive trend and known by the public. One of them is Cooperative Mekarsari. This filled Mekarsari cooperative is getting better every day. Cooperative Mekarsari provided many services to members, one of them is about the granting of credit or loans. Granting of credit given is usually devoted to the retirement, although not close the possibility of members who are not retired can ask loan. However, data processing in granting credit Cooperative Mekarsari is still done manually, giving rise to some problems, such as the granting of credit or loans still recorded using handwritten into the book loans, still merge the recording of data between loan and installment, there is no limitation work space that allows the data become no secret. By looking at it, then this requires the existence of a Cooperative system to facilitate development in the processing of the data and provide services to its members. And to assist in the process of developing such a system, it is necessary to use an appropriate method, i.e. the Rapid Application Development  method. Abstract

Pustaka Aysha is one of the online bookstores in Shopee and Tokopedia. Shopee and Tokopedia are online shopping sites that are top ranked in Indonesia. The amount of competition that exists between stores so that requires a marketing strategy. This research uses clustering techniques in data mining marketing strategies. Clustereing is one technique in data mining to find data sets that have similarities with other data or data dissimilarity with others. The clustering process is carried out using k-means and k-medoids on the sales transaction data of the Pustaka Aysha bookstore in Shopee and Tokopedia on March 2019 and consists of each of the 488 data divided into 3 clusters namely the first cluster for the most product in demand, the second cluster for products that are quite popular and the third cluster for products that are of little interest. Both of these algorithms will be clustered evaluation to find out which algorithm has better performance in this research, the evaluation process is carried out using davies bouldin index to maximize inter cluster distance and minimize intra cluster distance, so the results obtained that the k-medoids algorithm have performance better than k-means.

Abstract

In the business environment, especially in the business of selling a product, it definitely requires a user-friendly tutorial or instructions for using the product, the tutorial can be in the form of flow pictures or in the form of interactive two-dimensional (2D) or three-dimensional (3D) animation. The tutorial can function as a tool for introducing a product for buyers and potential buyers so that buyers' interest will increase and add buyer knowledge about the product. Now the author is encouraged to make a teaching aid using two-dimensional interactive animation that is user-friendly and interesting for PT. Global Core Fibertech. By using two-dimensional sketches to explain the product and use the video directly displayed the bioseptic tank's working system can allow customers to be interested in the product and not close the possibility that other competitors will gradually follow the animation method. With the design of the two-dimensional interactive animation, it is expected to increase the effectiveness, quality and intensity of its sales. With the technology used, the tools for making Adobe Flash CS6 as an application for making interactive animations, Adobe Photoshop CC as an application for making Bioseptic Tank and Actionscript sketches to move the animation process and application development methods used are Waterfall.

Pharmacy Information system currently uses a manual system in recording sales transactions and drug stok records. Besides being inefficient, the use of manual systems also requires a lot of energy and time so that work effectivenes is not achieved. Drug sales information system at the Bekasi people’s Pharmacy covers the sales process, the payment process to the making of a recapitulation of sales reports. Abstract

PT. Asia Berjaya Mobilindo merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang penjualan, perawatan serta penjualan suku cadang mobil bermerk Mazda. Pengolahan data pegawai pada PT. Asia Berjaya Mobilindo masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan menimbulkan beberapa kendala bagi pegawai terutama pada saat pengajuan cuti dan penerimaan gaji.  Pengajuan cuti yang ditujukan ke manajer HRD dilakukan dengan menggunakan surat cuti dan harus diserahkan secara langsung, adanya keterlambatan dalam pendistribusian slip gaji dan adanya kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji yang menyebabkan pegawai menerima gaji tidak sesuai dengan yang seharusnya diterima oleh pegawai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi pengajuan cuti, slip gaji dan rekap absen karyawan yang sesuai dengan PT. Asia Berjaya Mobilindo dengan menggunakan metode Framework for The Application of System Thinking (FAST) dengan diagram Unified Model Language (UML) sehingga sistem yang dibangun mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pada pengolahan data pegawai pada PT. Asia Berjaya Mobilindo dan memudahkan pegawai dalam mengajukan cuti, melihat slip gaji dan melihat absen.
