The first Paradigma Journal was published in 2006, with the registration of the ISSN from LIPI Indonesia. The Paradigma Journal is intended as a media for scientific studies of research, thought and analysis-critical issues on Computer Science, Information Systems and Information Technology, both nationally and internationally. The scientific article refers to theoretical review and empirical studies of related sciences, which can be accounted and disseminated nationally and internationally. Virus sebuah jenis penyakit yang berupa mikroskopik dengan organisme super kecil yang dapat menyerang manusia dan terkadang sangat mematikan. Ada berbagai macam virus yang ada dan menyebar di masyarakat akan tetapi masyarakat tidak dapat mengetahui dan tidak dapat mengidentifikasi jenis virus yang terkena dirinya ataupun yang ada disekitar mereka, dikarenakan masyarakat kurang memiliki pengetahuan dalam identifikasi jenis virus. Untuk mengidentifikasi jenis virus dapat digunakan sebuah metode forwad chaining dimana jenis virus dengan metode tersebut dapat dikenali dengan gejala-gejala yang ada sehingga jenis penyakit virus dapat diketahui dan dapat diobati secara dini. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah alat sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi jenis virus, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengantisipasi jenis virus yang akan menyerang tubuh mereka beserta orang disekitar mereka. Dari hasil alat sistem pakar tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui jenis virus secara dini, dan dapat membantu para ahli pakar dalam menangani pengurangan masyarakat yang terkena berbagai macam jenis virus.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi penggunaan sistem kearsipan surat berupa surat masuk dan surat keluar yang digunakan oleh staf atau pegawai instansi di Universitas Nasional. Pada tahap analisis ditemukan masalah dalam sistem pengelolaan kearsipan surat di Universitas Nasional yaitu masih menggunakan proses manual dalam mengarsipkan surat seperti menggunakan buku catatan arsip dalam mencatat surat masuk dan surat keluar dan surat yang disimpan dalam lemari dikelompokan sesuai jenisnya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan proses pengolahan surat masuk dan surat keluar menjadi lambat. Selain itu menurut jumlah data statistik jumlah surat masuk dan keluar semakin banyak contoh pada tahun 2020 berjumlah 1000 surat. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut peneliti membuat suatu aplikasi elektronik arsip (e-arsip) surat berbasis web di Universitas Nasional. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Adapun metode tambahan yang digunakan yaitu metode First In First Out (FIFO). Indonesia has become one of the countries with a diverse population so that it has the potential to experience social change, one of which is the influence of the media. Media is an information content that is almost a part of human life. One of the impacts of the media is in the health sector, one of which is in determining the Family Planning program. Family planning is one of the Indonesian government programs designed to reduce the speed of population growth. Since the implementation of the Family Planning Program in Indonesia many tools have been used to prevent pregnancy, namely contraception. Selection of a good contraction is certainly one important thing to plan. In determining good kotrasespi certainly there are influences from various things one of which is the media. Measurement of the influence of the media in determining the Family Planning program can be known by applying data mining. Research conducted with data mining uses a standard methodology called the Cross-Industry Center Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM). The use of decissin tree in this study was done by comparing the same method by looking at the results of three models namely Split Validation, Cross Validation and Decision Tree Split. The results of Split Validation produce an accuracy of 90.50%, Cross Validation produces an accuracy of 91.58% and Decision Tree Split produces an accuracy of 89.83%. The best results are obtained by using cross validation where with the results of research on 1473 records the accuracy value is 91.58% and the AUC value is 0.690, where the results are obtained from the calculation of the True Positive (TP) 1328, False Negative (FN) ) 36, False Positive (FP) is 88 and True Negative (TN) 21. Exposure to the media is said to be good or influential if they do not have children and are Muslim and educate their husbands in junior high school with a low standard of living but the wife has a college education. The rapid development of technology causes a series of electronic applications to replace the role of humans as accuracy and accuracy in a job. Based on observations in the industrial sector, there are still few who use the services of human hands to sort an object. Sorting by color is one of them. This IoT-based color detector is a simulation of a tool designed to help ease human work in sorting an object. Generally, color detection techniques are still manual, requiring the user to adjust from where the tool is located. Therefore, we need a tool that can detect colors that can be adjusted through IoT-based applications (Internet of Things) using the TCS3200 color sensor as a color detector, Arduino Uno as Data Processing and Microsoft Visual Basic .NET applications as the media interface. Supported by the HMI (Human Machine Interface) system as a system that regulates the process of running a job, and a Servo Motor as a rotary actuator (motor) in directing a running object, color detection will be more accurate and efficient. So that users can get or make it easier to detect the color according to the desired amount.

In the current era, information dissemination tends to be easier to do, this is due to the development of the internet and smartphone technology, which causes everyone to act as a sender and receiver of news without having to be filtered. This will certainly lead to new problems, especially potential violations of the law or criminal acts of the ITE Law such as illegal content. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply cyber-risk management so that cyber risks in the aspect of illegal content can be managed. Based on research conducted using the NIST 800-30 Framework on several students in Lubuklinggau City, the behavior or actions that are usually carried out related to handling the dissemination of information on social media or the internet are in the aspect of not understanding differences in information containing illegal content and lack of understanding of legal consequences. in disseminating illegal content information on social media it is included in the high risk category, furthermore the inability of the public to assess the reliability and pleasure of sharing information without knowing the information's credibility falls into the medium risk category, and finally students are happy to read controversial information even though the information is not clearly its credibility is included in the low risk category.

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) is an annual agenda for every institution or educational institution in order to accept new students in its environment. Often these agencies or institutions often experience problems in managing the administration of new students, one of which is Raudhatul Athfal Sirojul Falah. The problems that occur in administrative matters include the frequent problems of inputting new student data and it is not organized so that the data becomes difficult to find. So that in this study a PPDB information system will be created to solve this problem. The information system that will be created is in the form of a UML (Unified Modeling Language) design, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and LRS (Logical Record Structure) as well as a website with the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and bootstrap library. The result of this research is the construction of a PPDB information system at RA Sirojul Falah in the form of a website using the spiral method with the hope of helping the PPDB RA Sirojul Falah committee in managing new student data effectively and efficiently.

Manual financial management is one of the causes of data loss and report files. Meanwhile, financial reports are data that must be accounted for. As with our observations, the Darusalam Mosque (Pakuan Baru Village in Jambi City) quite often experiences these classic problems. With the use of Android-based application technology, it is hoped that the mosque's financial data will be more organized, neatly archived and transparent. The digital financial management or accounting system allows flexibility in accessing mosque financial reports. Therefore it is necessary to build a Mosque Financial Management System Based on the Android Platform. The Android-based financial management application will later be launched on Google Playstore, so that all parties who need this system can download this application for free. The application of applications with a whole series of good software engineering must be carried out in accordance with applicable business processes and do not change the flow of data and reports that have been running for years. The application of the Website-based application and the Android Platform that we did, was able to produce automatic and computerized mosque financial management and was considered very good in user testing

Aplikasi Jakarta Kini (JAKI) dirancang sebagai aplikasi yang dapat mewujudkan kota pintar efisien dan efektif dalam mengubah Jakarta menjadi kota metropolitan yang cerdas dan lebih baik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan aplikasi jakara kini (JAKI) dan variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam variabel dari metode DeLone and McLean yaitu: kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kegunaan, kepuasan pengguna, manfaat bersih. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 170 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh sifnifikan 59,4% terhadap manfaat bersih. Masyarakat telah dapat merasakan manfaat Aplikasi JAKI dalam memenuhi kebutuhan warganya akan informasi terkini dan dapat mengatasi permasalahannya dengan menghemat waktu berupa pelaporan kepada pihak terkait melalui penggunaan teknologi. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI untuk memaksimalkan kegunaan Aplikasi JAKI menuju kota metropolitan yang cerdas dan interaktif.

Standar dan regulasi untuk teknologi jaringan wireless telah mengalami beberapa perubahan, terbaru IEEE merilis standar baru untuk memperbarui standar jaringan wireless sebelumnya dengan nama IEEE 802.11ax atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Wi-Fi 6. Tidak seperti halnya pada jaringan kabel, di dalam penggunaan jaringan wireless memiliki berbagai permasalahan, salah satunya adalah masalah kerentanan keamanan hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan frekuensi yang sifatnya lebih terbuka dibandingkan dengan menggunakan jaringan berbasis kabel, dengan adanya kerentanan keamanan jaringan wireless tersebut, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengamankan jaringan wireless adalah dengan mengaktifkan wireless security protocol di perangkat access point yang digunakan, namun cara ini dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas throughput yang di dapatkan oleh pengguna jaringan wireless. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pengaruh penggunaan wireless security protocol mode WPA2-AES dan WPA3- SAE terhadap throughput jaringan wireless 802.11ax. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan wireles security protocol berdampak pada penurunan kualitas throughput jaringan wireless 802.11ax, dimana pada channel width 20 Mhz mengalami penurunan hingga 0.9% baik untuk WPA2-AES maupun WPA3-SAE dan di channel width 40 Mhz mengalami penurunan hingga 1.79% untuk WPA2-AES namun untuk WPA3-SAE kualitas throughput dapat terjaga serta di channel width 80 Mhz mengalami penurunan hingga 1.48% untuk WPA2-AES dan 9.50% untuk WPA3-SAE.

Impaired thyroid function is often difficult to identify because the symptoms are not specific. The symptoms of thyroid disorder are very similar to various complaints due to modern lifestyles so it is often overlooked. As a result, patients often do not notice a problem and do not have to consult a doctor. Therefore, there is a study that implements methods to predict the disease which will facilitate the patient in diagnosing and early detection of thyroid levels. This research aims to predict against thyroid disease with the data used is the secondary data obtained from the UCI repository, this data is about the patient data affected by thyroid disease, while the method uses the J48 algorithm because in some studies, the J48 algorithm is proven to have good performance in detecting an illness, as well as producing high value of Accuasy and AUC. The stage of data analysis is based on the CRISP-DM method while algorithm testing is done with Weka tools. Results of the test obtained an accuracy value of 99.645%, and a AUC value of 0.992 thus the accuracy has Excellent Classification level.
