Abstract

Independent Multipurpose Cooperative, Tasti, Pagar Alam City, currently granting credit, the data collection process for the selection of prospective members and prospective credit recipients is still done manually, so they must come to the cooperative to find out whether it is still eligible to receive credit or not, officers must evaluate the data. is to form a decision tree classification model for creditworthiness in cooperatives. The analytical method with the C4.5 Algorithm, the C4.5 Algorithm is one of the algorithms for performing data mining using data classification techniques. The C4.5 algorithm is used to search for knowledge in the data, by finding the relationship between input variables or criteria attributes with target variables or decision attributes. The resulting knowledge is converted into the form of a decision tree so that it is easy to understand. The C4.5 algorithm was chosen because it can make a decision to be able to predict whether a customer is eligible or not to be given credit. The attribute used is income with specified criteria. The results obtained from this study are predictive information on the feasibility of providing credit to cooperatives using the C4.5 algorithm by getting an accuracy value of 93% with an AUC value of 0.898 where this classification is classified as Good Classification or good.

Abstract

To minimize production down time that caused by equipment damage, it is necessary to have sufficient spare part availability. But sometimes this is hard to fulfill because of the price of spare parts and there are any specifications that are difficult to find. One of the equipment that has a vital role in steel manufacturing process is a gas valve actuator that has a function to regulate the flow of gas volume used in the billet reheating process. Most actuator problems are caused by the control circuit, while the mechanical and actuating devices can still work normally. Replacing the actuator unit will require a large cost, as well as a relatively long response time. From these problems, a control system is designed that can be applied to the actuator units that are already available by utilizing Arduino UNO as a processor, to reduce down time due to equipment damage. The method applied to this tool is to compare the input signal value with the actual gas valve opening position from the potentiometer. Based on the results of data collection shows this control system has an average error value of 0.7075%. The results of the tests carried out show that the Arduino UNO-based control system can operate the actuator unit effectively, to be used in the billet reheating process.

Abstract

Classification is one method of data mining techniques for classifying data by system according to predetermined rules. In this study, the algorithm used was K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm and the data used in this study was the community data obtained from Kantor Desa Gampong Uteun Geulinggang, Dewantara, in Aceh Utara. The main focus of this study was to analyzing and applying K-NN algorithm in a web-based system to classify data on beneficiaries of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Gampong Uteun Geulinggang, Dewantara, Aceh Utara. This study used 16 (sixteen) criterias, namely house status, floor area, floor type, gas cylinder, refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, television, jewelry/gold (10 grams), computer/laptop, bicycle, motorcycle, car, cow, buffalo and goat. The data was classified into 3 classes, namely worthy, not unworthy and very unworthy. The results of this study with a value of k = 3, obtained a precision value of 97%, recall value of 95% and the accuracy value of 97%.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi informasi pada saat ini begitu pesat dan digunakan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan misalnya multimedia yang terdiri dari teks, bunyi, gambar, musik, animasi dan video dapat digunakan dalam media pembelajaran. Media Pembelajaran berupa cerita rakyat yang berasal dari Papua masih jarang ditemukan sedangkan kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran tentang cerita rakyat Papua sangat dibutuhkan guna menjaga keberagaman dan kekayaan budaya serta adat istiadat di Papua. Salah satu kekayaan alam di Papua adalah pohon sagu yang tersebar luas diseluruh daerah pesisir Papua. Tanaman Sagu di daerah Sentani memiliki banyak jenis dan kualitas terbaik di dunia dan memiliki cerita yang diturunkn secara turun temurun kepada orang Sentani. Dari Latar belakang tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk merancang dan membangun animasi tiga (3) dimensi berbasis cerita rakyat tentang asal usul Sagu di Sentani. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pengembangan multimedia versi Luter Sutopo yang terdiri dari enam (6) tahap yaitu concept, design, material collecting, Assembly, testing dan Distribution. Aplokasi perangkat lunak yang digunakan adala Blender 2.9.1, Make Human 1.2.0, Reallusion, Hanbrake 1.3.3, Adobe Audition cc 2020, Wonder Sare Filmora X. Hasil pengujian alpha testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh scenario berjalan dengan benar dan pengujian beta testing dengan kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 99% menjawab tampilan menarik, 97% menjawab mudah dipahami dan 98 % menjawab dapat menjadi bahan promosi sehingga layak dipublikasikan.

Abstract

Student Creativity Program is a program organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as a national level student creativity event as an effort to grow, accommodate, and realize students' creative and innovative ideas. Based on 2017-2021 data, each year an average of 63,337 proposals are received, administrative and substance evaluations involve complex assessment components and are carried out manually so that it takes a relatively long time in the calculation process. Then a special method is needed that speeds up the processing of assessment data. This research was conducted on the substance of the Entrepreneurship Sector to predict the feasibility of a proposal to get funding applying data mining with the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms with a comparison between Euclidean Distance and Manhattan Distance. From the results, it is known that NBC produces 96.49% accuracy and 0.912 Kappa. K-NN with the largest Euclidean Distance calculation in K-5, K-7 and K9 with an accuracy of 99.04% and Kappa 0.975, K-NN Manhattan Distance calculation produces the greatest accuracy of all the methods used by researchers, namely 100% and Kappa 1,00 categorized as Excellent. So the conclution is that the K-NN method with K-5 which produces the greatest accuracy and Kappa can be recommended to PKM stakeholders in funding feasibility algorithms.

Abstract

Rice milling into rice, (Rice Milling Unit, RMU) is needed to process the harvested grain into rice. In determining the location, the consideration of road access to consumers is still used and it is often far from the rice fields, the source of the grain material to be milled. This paper aims to analyze the ideal location with the consideration of being in a rice field cluster and the area of the rice field, so that it can accommodate crop yields around the cluster, namely the location of the spatial coordinates and the area (hectare). Primary data was obtained by the author from the Department of Agriculture of Malang Regency and the data was processed as input for analysis. Analysis of determining the location of the center of the rice field cluster using the Weighted K-Means Clustering method by comparing several alternative cluster points (K) and the area of rice fields, testing the variation of K is, K = 5, 6, 7 and 8. Optimal test results at K = 7. Calculations using the R language. The test results obtained that the cluster center suggested 7 clusters to accommodate the rice harvest in 7 regions, namely in the west, north (1), middle (2), south (3), east (1) and west (1 ) . Evaluation of the location of the existing RMU, there are 5 locations, so that for the next planning, you can add 2 more clusters to build the RMU and accommodate a more even rice harvest.

Abstract

The medical image system in the form of digital examination results using Computed Radiography (CR) needs to be analyzed, this can be done by knowing the quality of the image contrast resolution and the quality of its spatial resolution. This study conducted a comparative test between two methods of analyzing contrast resolution of medical images. Image quality on Computed Radiography can be determined using contrast resolution analysis, namely calculating the CNR value and PSNR value. The study was carried out using a phantom to represent the density of the bone. The voltages used are 50 kV, 60 kV, 70 kV and 81 kV, respectively. With each voltage, the tube current and exposure time (mAs) were varied 1.6 mAs, 2 mAs, 4 mAs, 8 mAs, 16 mAs, and 32 mAs. The higher the CNR value obtained, the better the image quality. While the PSNR value to get the optimal quality of medical image contrast, the current-time variation of 4 mAs and 16 mAs must be used. Due to the time-current variation, a high PSNR value is obtained, which indicates that the noise of the medical image is getting smaller so that a good contrast quality of the medical image is obtained. Both of these methods can be used to test the suitability of X-ray device, especially for quality control of medical images

Abstract

Public figures often receive widespread public attention because they can exert a meaningful influence. On Twitter, the users can freely express their opinion through tweets. There are about 456,000 tweets sent in a minute which with this large and diverse number will make Big Data. Big Data has valuable potential for better decision-making. This large amount of tweet data can yield valuable information through sentiment analysis. This study aims to conduct a sentiment classification of Indonesian public figures using Twitter's data. This study used 1,034,329 tweets collected from Twitter in the period November 2021 until March 2022. Tweet classification is done by building a classification model using the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory algorithm. Sentiment toward public figures in Indonesia is 45.98% negative sentiment, 28.04% positive sentiment, and 25.98% neutral sentiment resulting from this study. The highest positive sentiment is obtained by public figures when there is content or news that is relevant to the public figure, while the highest negative sentiment is obtained when there is content or news that contradicts the image of the public figure.

Abstract

AbstrakSistem komunikasi generasi kelima (5G) telah diperkenalkan pada tahun 2018 dan memiliki kelebihan antara lain kecepatan transfer data yang tinggi serta bandwidth yang sangat lebar. Berdasarkan regulasi yang ditetapkan oleh frekuensi kerja yang digunakan untuk sistem komunikasi generasi kelima (5G) terbagi menjadi beberapa band yaitu untuk high band 28 GHz, middle band 15 GHz dan low band 3,5 GHz. Penelitian ini akan melakukan optimasi bandwidth . Penelitian ini mengusulkan optimasi bandwidth desain antena mikrostrip persegi panjang dengan metode slit, dan elemen parasitik pada frekuensi kerja 15 GHz untuk komunikasi 5G. Metode celah digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilaireturn loss sedangkan element parasitik digunakan untuk meningkatkan bandwidth dari antena yang diusulkan. Tujuan dari optimasi yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan desain antena yang memiliki bandwidth yang lebar dan bekerja pada frekuensi 15 GHz dikarenakan pada penelitian sebelumnya optimasi bandwidth yang dilakukan hanya kurang dari 20%. Dari proses simulasi didapatkan peningkatan bandwidth sebesar 169,075% dan Return Loss meningkat sebesar 48,65%. Penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai disain antena penerima pada sistem komunikasi generasi kelima (5G) dimana penambahan celah dan elemen parasitik dapat mengoptimasi bandwidth .Kata Kunci: antena, mikrostrip, slit, peningkatan bandwidth, elemen parasitik

Abstract

This research focus on the factors which affected m-Services utilization in airport from airport’s functionaries point of view. Also, the background of this research is related to some former researches which defined some models that may increase the exertion of electronic mobile based service application (m-Services) such as: TAM, UTAUT, and UTAUT2. However, the former literature reviews only elucidate the factors which affect the increasing of m-Services or mobile technologies/ self service technology exertion from customer point of view. While, there are less of them apprising the factors affected m-Services adoption from airport’s functionaries point of view. The purpose of this study is fulfilling the lack in the literature review by apprising the study towards airport’s functionaries point of view. To reach the purpose of the study, this study applies literature review method. The literature review’s source of this study is originated from some international journals which discuss the factors of airport’s functionaries side. The result of this study are the Explanation of the factors affected m-Service adoption or mobile technologies/ self-services technology from airport’s functionaries point of view and the development of conceptual model related to the factors affected m-Services adoption from airport’s function perspective.
