Abstract

Abnormalities in the liver can be used to identify the occurrence of disorders of the liver, one of which is called liver cancer. To detect abnormalities in the liver, segmentation is needed to take part of the liver that is affected. Segmentation of the liver is usually done manually with x-rays. . This manual detection is quite time consuming to get the results of the analysis. Segmentation is a technique in the image processing process that allocates images into objects and backgrounds. Deep learning applications can be used to help segment medical images. One of the deep learning methods that is widely used for segmentation is U-Net CNN. U-Net CNN has two parts encoder and decoder which are used for image segmentation. This research applies U-Net CNN to segment the liver data image. The performance results of the application of U-Net CNN on the liver image are very goodAccuracy performance obtained is 99%, sensitivity is 99%. The specificity is 99%, the F1-Score is 98%, the Jacard coefficient is 96.46% and the DSC is 98%.  The performance achieved from the application of U-Net CNN on average is above 95%, it can be concluded that the application of U-Net CNN is very good and robust in segmenting abnormalities in the liver. This study only discusses the segmentation of the liver image. The results obtained have not been applied to the classification of types of disorders that exist in the liver yet. Further research can apply the segmentation results from the application of U-Net CNN in the problem of classifying types of liver disorders.

Abstract

In the production of musical instruments, PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia uses wood as the main material with a production process and model that is in accordance with company regulations to produce a quality musical instrument. In the process of producing musical instruments, PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia still uses industrial machines manually. Problems that occur every year the demand for musical instrument production is always increasing, the amount of production demand must of course be balanced with the readiness of capable machines/production tools because the use of manual machines in the production process reduces efficiency. Therefore, in this study the author contributes to making PLC-Based Pneumatic Brushing Machines to increase company productivity by applying automatic production machines. The design of the brushing machine system is carried out using a 3-phase electric motor as a conveyor and brush drive, a solenoid valve as a pneumatic cylinder driver, and a proximity sensor as an object detector (wood) which is controlled using an Omron PLC, as an automatic controller. The operator only puts the wood on the conveyor, then the wood will be cleaned automatically by a brush controlled by PLC. Based on the results of the feasibility test, the overall machine in the production process is running effectively marked by increased production yields and spots on the wooddisappearingr. Pneumatic works optimally in generating air pressure to move industrial engine components, proximity sensors as wood detect cane to detect wood with a maximum distance of 8 mm, and brushes are clean wood with a width of between 200 mm to 700 mm and a wood thickness of 14 mm to 700 mm. d 23mm. The implications manufacture of this hardware implantable to keep pace with the demand for musical instrument production from PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing with the ability of increasingly sophisticated production machines

Abstract

A video game is a game that has rules in it that must be obeyed when the game takes place so that the video game ends either in a win or a loss, played with a device / console. Video games themselves consist of various kinds, one of which is 2D video games. A 2D game is a game that only has 2 spaces or 2 axes, namely the X and Y axes. This research was conducted with the aim of incorporating Islamic elements into a video game so that players can recognize and learn Islamic elements through more interesting media. The result of the research is a 2D game called "Omar's Adventure" which was designed using the Unity game engine, and applied the Finite State Machine (FSM) method in making the game. The FSM given in this game will make several NPCs move / react according to the player's movements to add interactivity in playing it. The resulting game contains the adventure of Omar, where he needs to pass the levels or obstacles that prevent him from his goal in the form of the path of goodness

Abstract

Schools are institutions for students to carry out early stages of education that are tailored to their level. Developments that continue to show their existence have a very rapid impact, for example school institutions. Currently, there are permanent schools (pondok/pesantren) or public schools (state/private) with their respective performances. However, the tendency of parents to choose the best school according to him without paying attention to the child's growth and development first. This often occurs after the transition from elementary school to junior high school (SMP). Especially for the Aceh area, where the majority of children are directly in hostel with the hope that the child can grow optimally without reviewing the advantages and disadvantages. The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has contributed a lot to the problems experienced by society with the birth of various kinds of intelligent systems. The development of an intelligent system based on this expert system can be a solution to the problems that arise for parents now, can determine the type of school children will go to in the future. by implementing a method that is able to make decisions by providing the best solution. The purpose of this study is to build an intelligent system that is able to provide decision support in determining the type of school. By providing services to parents in the form of a web service-based interface system. As well as understanding the type of child's ability before deciding to be in a boarding school or public school, especially at the junior high school level.

Abstract

The dangers of health problems in dental disease are common for children and adults. Many dental problems get priority treatment based on data from Riskesdas, about 67.6% of the Indonesian population suffers from dental and oral problems. This affects other parts of the organ that are interrelated. Therefore, this study formulates how to solve the determination of dental disease, by applying the UDB model in machine learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of machine learning Binary Decision Tree (BDT) in the classification of classified dental diseases identified by decision trees in determining the results of dental disease predictions including groups and how to solve them. The research methodology in the first stage of data collection was carried out directly with the dental clinic at Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital. Then input the dental disease data along with the dental disease symptom data. The final stage is dividing the attribute values in viewing the value at a predetermined branch which is then in the form of a decision tree as a reference for the final prediction. The results of the assessment have each value indicating a high level of accuracy, with an accuracy of 92 percent and an inaccuracy of 8 percent of the 40 data points tested. Furthermore, the conclusion of this study can produce an appropriate classification of dental disease and is able to produce accurate results seen from a small error rate

Abstract

Malaria is one of the numerous acute and chronic diseases. Even malaria can pose a threat to a person's safety. The original cause of malaria was an infection with a protozoan of the genus Plasmodium, which was transmitted by the bite of a mosquito. This Anopheles mosquito parasite infects red blood cells throughout the body, resulting in an enlarged spleen. This research aims to make it easier for physicians to classify blood images as malaria-infected or not. If the input is a blood image, then SURF Feature Extraction will be used to extract the blood image. We therefore obtained weight results based on the extraction results. The weighted results generated by the SURF extraction process will be classified using the KNN Algorithm to determine whether or not an individual is infected with malaria. This study's tests compared various distance formulas utilized by the KNN classification method. Comparing the results of malaria blood image classification using the KNN classification method with variations in the distance formula, it is evident in table 7 that correlation is the optimal distance formula for malaria parasite blood cells recognition, followed by cosine. According to the results of KNN's tests, it is not optimal at classifying blood images containing malaria, but these results are categorized as good
