This research aims to the shape of economic activities done around the community in Kuala Langsa Ports. This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Langsa by taking a sample of 30% of the total population (159 families) are directly related to the economic activity of the port of Kuala Langsa. Data collection techniques used is indirect communication, in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained in the qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) There are five (5) Economic Activity form communities do in Port of Kuala Langsa namely Fishermen, port workers 14 23.73%, 8.47% Employees harbor, 16.95% and 8.47 Trader % nautical travel services provider, 76.27% of them claimed to have a sideline to boost economic activity pendapaatan. Then 18.64% of the people have an average income per month exceeds UMP Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, while 81.36% is below the UMP Aceh or are classified as poor. (2) Of the five forms of economic activity that is done, when seen an increase in the average income before and after switching livelihood, there are 3 groups of economic activity that have increased the average income of the port employees, vendors and service providers of marine tourism and two groups of activity other economic decline average income.

Evaluasi Kinerja Pegawai merupakan suatu bentuk penilaian terhadap hasil kerja atau suatu proses lanjutan setelah mendapatkan hasil dari apa yang dikerjakan berjalan baik atau tidak, yang dikerjakan mencapai apa yang diingankan atau tidak dan dengan evaluasi kinerja dapat mengambil keputusan untuk kedepannya. Terutama dalam hal Kinerja Pegawai dalam Pelayanan BBN-KB yang selama ini di anggap rumit. Dari latar belakang di atas maka penulis membuat rumusan permasalahan, Bagaimana kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor di kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan dan apa saja hambatan dalam pelayanan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor di kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, maka dapat diketahui salah satu usaha pegawai kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan melakukan himbauan kepada masyarakat melalui media massa, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai yang ada di Kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan yang menyebabkan kurang cepat pelayanan dan urusan BBN-KB. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Evaluasi kinerja pegawai kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan sudah cukup maksimal dan baik.

The Law of Execution in the Administrative Court is different from the law of execution in civil courts. This research is to discuss (1) how the existence (presence) of Section Peace and Order in supporting local government programs in District Lubukpakam Deli Serdang, (2) What efforts are made Sexy Peace and Order in carrying out their duties and functions, (3) the obstacles and constraints encountered any Section of Peace and Order as well as the ways to overcome them. The method used is a qualitative description as a method of data analysis which took place at the Head Office study Lubukpakam Peace and Order Section. Sources of data in this study is the Peace and Order Section Head Lubukpakam. Data were collected by interviews and documentation by using the steps of editing, classification and presentation of data. The results of this study showed that the duties and functions of Peace and Order Section plays an important role in helping the main tasks of Head and Regional Head (Bupati) in establishing and running a local government program in the field of peace and public order in the district level. One way is to conduct a routine patrol of morning, afternoon, into the evening alternately. Efforts were made and the obstacles encountered and how to overcome divided into several areas: the institutional field, the field of networking, counseling field, field operations, field of action, and ends with anticipation field routine.Â

Black Berry Massenger atau kerap dipanggil BBM ini adalah suatu aplikasi yang terdapat di handphone blackberry dan juga smartphone yang berfungsi mengirimakan pesan singkat dengan kualitas yang tinggi. Dalam blackberry messenger juga terdapat berbagai informasi yang mengetahui seorang individu membaca pesan singkat blackberry messenger tersebut, terkirim pesan singkat blackberry massenger, aktif atau tidaknya blackberry messenger individu lain, memberikan peristiwa dan kabar penting lewat blackberry messenger. Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pengguna aplikasi blackberry messenger (BBM) terhadap interaksi sosial di kalangan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Swasta Krakatau Medan kecamatan Medan Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Swasta Krakatau yang duduk di kelas IX sebanyak 3 kelas yaitu 90 orang sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh maka dapat diambil sampel penelitian yaitu 90 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap 90 responden menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pengguna Aplikasi Blackbery dengan varaibel terikat Interaksi SosialÂ adalah signifikan dengan hasil Korelasi Product Moment adalah sebesar 0,97 sedengakan berdasarkan r tabel product moment untuk N=90 pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah diperoleh nilai 0,207 karena r hitung 0,9 lebih besar dari pada r tabel yaitu 0,207.

The purpose of this study was to determine program effectiveness empower street children and street children empowerment program that has been done in the House of Music on Foundations of Urban Social Working Group (KKSP). The study population was the whole street children in the House of Music - KKSP who move the red light intersection Simpang Pos totaling 193 street children. Samples were taken 10% of the number of street children that 20 street children. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Instrument filtering the data used were interviews and observation and tabulation of the data contained in a single tabulation. From this research, the writer can say that the empowerment of street children has been done in the House of Music - KKSP have some kind of empowerment programs such as the field of non-formal education, the arts of music and sports. Program services in the field of non-formal education and the art of music in its implementation has been effective because it has been the achievement of each of these programs. While services in the field of exercise undertaken by the manager of street children is still not effective. Limitations fasilisas and supplies to make street children prefer to practice the skills of music rather than sports.

Administrasi kependudukan berupa kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) sebagai media untuk dapat mengidentifikasi profil pribadi setiap warga negara, secara terus menerus dalam sistem adminisrasi pendataan kependudukan di Indonesia bergerak ke arah sistem yang lebih baik meski tidak mudah namun kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (E-KTP) diaggap lebih baik. Penelitian yang dilakukan di kantor kecmatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang, menjadi tempat perekaman, pendistribusian (E-KTP). Dalam perekaman pendistribusian ditemukan banyaknya kendala-kendala berupa tidak siapnya dan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia termasuksistem perekaman (E-KTP) yang berbasis elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat teknis perekaman data dan penyaluran elektronik kartu tanda penduduk di kecamatan lubuk pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data bersumber pada studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan masih terdapat aparatur yang memiliki pengetahuan minim dalam teknis perekaman dan pendistribusian E-KTP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan spiritual manusia yang mempengaruhi nilai moral, penyebab krisis moral, dan solusi terhadap permasalahan nilai moral. Nilai moral adalah sifat-sifat atau hal-hal yang penting atau berguna bagi kemanusian yang dilakukan secara terencana untuk mengubah sikap, perilaku, tindakan, kelakuan agar mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan masyarakatnya sesuai dengan nilai agama dan moral serta kebudayaan masyarakat setempat. Ada beberapa hal yang melatarbelakangi kemerosotan moral saat ini dan hal itu perlu diketahui sehingga kita mampu menemukan solusi yang terbaik dan membantu dalam penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Dalam pandangan Islam, terdapat tujuh tingkatan spiritualitas manusia dari yang bersifat egoistik sampai yang suci menurut perintah Allah. Tingkatan itu terdiri dari nafs amarah, nafs lawwamah, nafs mulhimma, nafs muthmainnah, nafs radhiyah, nafs mardhiah dan nafs safiyah. Penyebab krisis nilai moral tersebut antara lain: longgarnya pegangan terhadap agama, kurangnya internalisasi nilai moral melalui pendidikan karakter, derasnya arus budaya materialistis, hedonistis dan sekularististis dan penyalalahgunaan sebagian ajaran moral serta.perkembangan Teknologi. Beberapa solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi krisi nilai moral ini adalah menghargai sesama manusia,Â mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dan menguatkan fungsi pendidikan.

This study aims to look at the role of public administration office part Regent of Deli Serdang in improving services to the public. Quality of service can also be viewed on the quality of services delivered. Quality of service is best called excellent service that is the best form of service exceed, surpass, surpass the services provided by the other party or of the service time ago. Office administration common parts is one of the spearheads of Deli Serdang regency government dealing directly with the public must be implemented efficiently and effective. Along with the rapid development and increasingly complex needs of people deli serdang resulted in increasingly critical public with the services provided by the government serdang deli that had not been optimal and have a number of effective and efficient. So most people expect government employees serdang deli Deli Serdang regency administration particularly common parts can provide the best service. The method used manifold qualitative descriptive approach through data collection methods that are based on a literature review and in-depth interviews. The results of this study found the presence of the weaknesses in local government personnel in achieving maximum performance.
