Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine program effectiveness empower street children and street children empowerment program that has been done in the House of Music on Foundations of Urban Social Working Group (KKSP). The study population was the whole street children in the House of Music - KKSP who move the red light intersection Simpang Pos totaling 193 street children. Samples were taken 10% of the number of street children that 20 street children. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Instrument filtering the data used were interviews and observation and tabulation of the data contained in a single tabulation. From this research, the writer can say that the empowerment of street children has been done in the House of Music - KKSP have some kind of empowerment programs such as the field of non-formal education, the arts of music and sports. Program services in the field of non-formal education and the art of music in its implementation has been effective because it has been the achievement of each of these programs. While services in the field of exercise undertaken by the manager of street children is still not effective. Limitations fasilisas and supplies to make street children prefer to practice the skills of music rather than sports.

Abstract

Mahalnya biaya masuk ke TK/PAUD dan rendahnya pendapatan keluarga menyebabkan banyaknya anak usia dini yang tidak dapat menikmati pendidikan TK/PAUD. Semua benda di sekitar kita bisa dijadikan media belajar. Salah satu media yang aman dan murah bagi anak adalah media belajar dari limbah plastik. Pemamfaatan limbah plastik yang aman bagi anak, murah dan mudah diperoleh adalah alternatif mainan yang dapat dimodifikasi atau dibentuk menjadi media belajar melalui pendekatan bermain sambil belajar yang menyenangkan agar anak usia dini dapat berkreatifitas dengan memamfaatkan sumber daya yang terbuang dan dapat mempertinggi proses penalaran yang cinta lingkungan pada anak, sehingga ketika orang tua mendaftarkan anaknya masuk ke TK/PAUD  biaya pendaftaran tidak mahal karena biaya media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagian besar adalah media dari limbah plastik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) serving the community in the administration of Population Administration at Medan Johor Sub-district office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is Medan Johor Sub-district Office on Jln. Cipta No. 16 Pangkalan Mashhur, Medan Johor. Techniques of collection the  data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique carried out provides a clear picture of the research problem to be discussed and subsequently the data is presented qualitatively by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus in the administration of population administration services in the Medan Johor Sub-district office has been going well. Related to responding to the applicant, speed, accuracy, accuracy, and responding to complaints, while regarding the timeliness indicators have not been implemented optimally. The supporting factor of responsiveness is in the form of a community that can listen well to the instructions of officers. Besides the inhibiting factors of responsiveness in the form of a network that is suddenly offline, people who do not want to be invited to cooperate, and the absence of printing machines in Medan Johor Sub-district office.

Abstract

AbstractThis study is aims to determine the role of PPkn teachers in preventing bullying in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan. The population were all eighth grade students consisting of 8 classes totaling 253 students. Determine the sample using the Slovin formula with the results of 72 students, with a percentage of 28% from each class as many as 9 students per class. Data collection instrument was by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using a simple statistical technique. The results showed that PPKn teachers played a good role in preventing bullying in students which can be seen from the acquisition scores on variable X, as many as 5769 were included in good criteria and seen from the  percentage of 80.12% from the expected 100%. The results of data processing also show bullying which is expressed through the acquisition scor on variable Y, as many as 2868. Bullying behavior ever occurs in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan in the 2020/2021 academic year which is also shown at 39.83% from the expected 0%.----------------AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru PPKn dalam mencegah terjadinya bullying pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan. Populasi pada penelitian yakni seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 8 kelas yang berjumlah 253 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasil 72 siswa, dengan persentase sampel sebesar 28% dari tiap kelas yakni sebanyak 9 siswa per kelas. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dengan menyebarkan angket. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn berperan baik dalam mencegah terjadinya bullying pada siswa yang dapat dilihat dari skor perolehan pada variabel X, sebanyak 5769 termasuk dalam kriteria baik dan dilihat dari persentase sebesar 80,12% dari yang diharapkan sebesar 100%. Hasil pengolahan data juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa pernah melakukan bullying yang dinyatakan melalui skor perolehan pada variabel Y sebanyak 2868. Perilaku bullying pernah terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 yang ditunjukkan melalui persentase sebesar 39,83% dari yang diharapkan sebesar 0%.

Abstract

AbstractThe partner in the PKM program is the group of working housewives at Amal Tani Plantation village, Sirapit District, Langkat Regency. Based on the observation in the village, there are a lot of palm sticks wastes from the palm plantation. The interview carried out to the creative housewives resulted in some problems that they face, namely: (1) their husbands work only as the labor in the palm plantation, so the income is not sufficient for the family, (2) the knowledge of the women about the palm sticks waste from the palm plantation is still low, (3) the knowledge in business management is still low as well, (4) there are no special production tools in making tissue boxes, bags, and purses. The solutions proposed to solve the problem of the partner are: (1) empowering the group of creative housewives by using the resources in the village such as the sicks waste from the palm plantation for gardening rib-broom, bedroom rib- broom, plates, fruit basket, mineral water container, bag, and purse. (2) training about the rib waste from the palm plantation and the accompaniment followed-up by the practice to process the sticks waste from the palm plantation by presenting a competent source, (3) training and the accompaniment of business management in marketing and accounting, (4) providing the production tools and design making and the other kinds of handicraft made of rib waste from the palm plantation. The success of the service program will be measured from the output, such as: (1) the guidance of using the sticks waste from the palm plantation to become the gardening rib broom, bedroom rib broom, plate, fruit basket, tissue box, purse and bag, (2) product innovation from the sticks waste of the palm plantation, such as the yard broom, bedroom broom, plate, fruit basket, tissue box, purse and bag, (3) the report of the financial transaction in the cash book, (4) production tools to make the tissue box, purse, and bag by using ATBM.Keywords: Empowerment, Accompaniment, Palm Stick Waste, Product Innovation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis activity aims to build character in developing the potential of students who have intelligence, skills, and personality. The mentoring method is carried out through several stages of activities, including: preparation, implementation, evaluation and reflection, as well as follow-up. Thus, the mentoring program that has been carried out can improve teacher competence in the preparation of authentic character-based assessment instruments in the realm of skills. Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Character ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk pembentukan karakter dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan, keterampilan, dan kepribadian. Metode pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap kegiatan, antara lain: persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi, serta tindak lanjut. Dengan demikian, program pendampingan yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan instrument penilaian autentik berbasis karakter pada ranah keterampilan. Kata Kunci: Penilaian Autentik, Karakter
