<![CDATA[This study aims to identify factors that influence of job performance and career development at the Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defence. Data were collected from 65 respondents using self-administration questionnaires, and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that work experience, competencies, and training directly affect performance, but only work experiences that directly affect career development. Finally, performance directly affects employee career development. Implications and suggestions are explained in the paper.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test and determine the increasing value of wooden chair seats and drum variations based on business capital, production process, and product marketing. The subject of this study is the RW community, 18 Harapan Jaya Sub-district - North Bekasi. The results of this study are the lack of capital so that small businesses Karang Taruna is less able to compete in the market so that access in marketing is hampered and Marketing System is only limited from word to mouth and relying on social media from some members of youth caustic so minimal prospects. From some of these things have an effect on the selling value of the products of youth cadets that are far from the desired expectations. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for organic rice at the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). This study has a type of quantitative research with respondents as many as 270 people who are customers of the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). The research method will be conducted using primary data with structural equation modelling as a data processing model. This research is expected to produce a deep understanding of the factors that significantly influence the decision to buy other organic products and managerial proposals that are necessary for the development of the organic food business, especially rice.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out how to manage village finance and the effectiveness of managing village funds for development and economic empowerment of rural communities in Bondowoso District. Three sub-districts in the Bondowoso District, namely Curahdami, Wonoasri, and Tenggarang Subdistricts as field area, and the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The results of this study indicate that: the villages in Bondowoso District have managed village finances well, but in certain cases, they are still not orderly in administration, so that they sometimes experience delays in disbursing village finance for the following period. The discussion and implications of the findings are discussed in the article.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study was to investigate the relevancy of capital asset pricing model (CAPM) in Indonesia. CAPM states investor who has willingness to take higher risk should compensate with higher return as compensation. Hypothesis testing uses the one sample t-test to validate the return portfolio is not equal to zero. The result of the study revealed that portfolio with highest risk did not provide highest return. Supposition of the results is because limitation of CAPM theory (frictionless market and everyone has risk averse profile). This creates low risk anomaly phenomenon in Indonesia stock market which lower risk portfolio can provide higher return and contractive monetary policy magnify the portfolio performance differences.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the effect of human resources and infrastructure quality on investment growth in the Economic and Business Faculty (FEBI IDX Investment Gallery) IAIN Lhokseumawe. Data were collected using secondary data, and multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that only investment has a significant effect on investment growth. The implications are infrastructure development have an important role to support investment and the number of potential investors in investing in the Islamic capital market.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research sample is the regular customers of the company PT. Indosteger Jaya used accidental sampling technique and obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of organizational learning and innovation in improving the competitive advantage of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Mojokerto area. The study was conducted using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. In total, there were 100 IKM leaders in Mojokerto who became the respondents in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that organizational learning and innovation have a positive and significant effect on improving SMEs’ competitive advantage. The results of this study also prove that innovation can mediate the relationship between organizational learning and SMEs’ competitive advantage.]]>

This research is a descriptive qualitative form by combining PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) analysis techniques and Non Parametric Statistics. The results of this study state that the level of education, place of business, community involvement, and KTM perceptions of the level of community participation in KTM development and the field of community participation indicate the existence of a link between participation in the progress of KTM development. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference.
