Abstract

The objectives of this article are to present description of the meaning of character and character building, the importance of character building in the term of education and also the role of character building towards the nations' improvement. The writer found that character is the actual state of an individual, which distinguishes himself from other individuals. Meanwhile, character building is a system that instills the values of character to an individual, includes: science, awareness, willingness and action to be able to carry out those values both to God the Almighty, himself, others, his environment and also to the nation and country. Character building is an education that is implemented anyone personality to be a good person. Furthermore, by applying learning centered at the learners, it will produce an excellent learner not only for their cognitive but also for their character. Then, they will be able to face the problems and challenges in their life.In addition,to strengthen the moral character of the nation, character education from an early age is needed. Of course, starting from the moral education in the family, school and neighborhood. The writer suggest that the government should prepare some policies that are directly related to education such as preparing a better education curriculumin order the old generation can have an excellent character. And also to the formal education institutions (schools)as the right facilitation for developing generation characters, should be able to prepare certain approach including curriculum development and effective innovation as teaching-learning method.

Abstract

Barang gadai bukan termasuk pada akad pemindahan hak milik dan bukan pula kadar atas manfaat suatu benda (sewa menyewa),  melainkan hanya sekedar jaminan hutang piutang,  itu sebabnya ulama sepakat bahwa hak milik dan manfaat suatu benda yang dijadikan jaminan (marhun) berada di pihak rajin (yang menggadaikan).

Abstract

The learning communication is a process of delivering a concept or an idea from someone to others in order to achieve the message effectively and efficiently in learning. There are 4 functions as stated by William I. Gordon: (1) Function of social communication, (2) expressive communication, (3) ritual communication and (4) function of instrumental communication. The principle of communication consists of respect, emphaty, audible, clarity, and humble. The effective communication in learning incredibly have the impact towards the achievement goal.

Abstract

Manusia terlahir ke dunia dengan membawa potensi (fitrah), fitrah-fitrah tersebut harus mendapat tempat dan perhatian serta pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lingkungan manusia untuk mengembangkan dan melestarikan potensinya yang positif dan sebagai penangkal dari hal-hal yang negatif sehingga manusia dapat hidup searah dengan tujuan Allah yang menciptakannya, yaitu penghambaan dirinya kepada Allah untuk memperoleh energi, keberuntungan dan kebahagiaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBahasa Arab adalah salah satu bahasa manusia yang digunakan oleh bangsa Arab sejak dahulu hingga sekarang. Bahasa ini merupakan salah satu rumpun bahasa Semit yang masih digunakan manusia, karena beberapa rumpun bahasa Semit ada yang sudah punah disebabkan oleh kepunahan penuturnya.Bahasa ini adalah bahasa yang unik dan memiliki kekayaan baik dari kosa katanya maupun susunan kalimatnya. Kekayaan yang dimiliki bahasa biasanya tidak dimiliki oleh bahasa-bahasa lain, seperti bahasa Inggris, Indonesia dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu contoh yang tidak dimiliki bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia adalah pembentukan kata dari bentuk tunggal ke bentuk jamak. Dalam bahasa Arab setelah bentuk tunggal ada mutsanna (kata yang menunjukkan dua), sedangkan dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia tidak terdapat bentuk kata mutsanna, yang ada hanyalah tunggal dan jamak. Pembentukan-pembentukan kata ini juga mempengaruhi perkembangan makna dalam bahasa ArabPerkembangan makna meluas dalam bahasa Arab, mendapat perhatian besar oleh para ahli atau pakar bahasa Arab. Hal ini dilakukan, melihat banyaknya kata-kata Arab yang digunakan sebagai istilah khususnya dalam bahasa Indonesia mengalami perkembangan makna secara meluas. Salah satu contoh kata yang mengalami perkembangan makna dari makna aslinya adalah kata الورد (wirid). Kata ini pada asalnya bermakna إتيان الماء (sumber mata air) kemudian mengalami perkembangan makna menjadi bacaan-bacaan setelah solat (wirid).Di samping contoh di atas, masih banyak kata-kata dalam bahasa Arab yang mengalami perkembangan makna seperti itu. Olehnya itu, sudah merupakan keharusan bagi para ahli bahasa Arab melakukan pengkajian dan pendalaman terhadap kata-kata yang dianggap masuk dalam kategori kata yang mengalami perkembangan makna meluas.   ABSTRACT Arabic language is a human tool used by arabic people in the past until this present. This language is one of Semit language families which is still used by human being because there are some of these languages that do not exist anymore caused by the loss of speaker.This language is quite unique and has a lot of enrichments either the vocabulary or the sentence constructions. Sometimes, the language has its own character which is not owned by other languages such as English, Bahasa Indonesia and others. One of the examples which is not possessed by those two languages are the word formation of singular to the plural form. In arabic language, after the singular form, there is mutsanna (word that shows two) while in English and Bahasa Indonesia do not have that formation, only plural and singular forms. This formations really influence the development of meanings in Arabic language itself.The development of Arabic language meaning is wide and it attracts the experts’ attention because there are a lot of arabic words used as a term especially in Bahasa Indonesia which has wide development of meaning. One of the word examples which get a huge change from the original meaning is الورد (wirid). The origin of this word means إتيان الماء (source of water) then, the meaning develops to be the incantation (script) after praying (wirid).Beside the examples above, there are still many Arabic words that experience such a change or development of meaning that is why it is a must for the experts of Arabic language to investigate and examine the words which are involved in the category of wide meaning development.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a general explanation of Islamic views of multilevel marketing (MLM). This research will make it easier for us to identify each type of multilevel marketing that established in a company. Because the concept of multilevel marketing that applied in every company is not same one to another, then, in the discussion of it can not be generalized to all multilevel marketing companies, but is to identify the certain points that applied in the it system. This research is a library-based research, conducted through the study of literatures that discuss about the economic theories, multilevel marketing and also the classical and contemporary book of fiqh.
