The preparation of the Shopping Expenditure Analysis (ASB) aims to serve as a guideline for the North Mamuju Local Government in drafting the Work Plan and Regional Work Unit Budget (RKA - SKPD) documents and establishing specific regional revenue and expenditure budgets for Assistance and Technical Training activities. This ASB model can be used SKPD in calculating the total ideal budget for each type of activity as well as its distribution into each shopping item. In formulating our ASB models based on the Budget Implementation Document (DPA) data of all SKPD within the Government of North Mamuju Regency. The DPA data used as the basis covers the previous budget DPA. This is with consideration that the budget contained in the DPA has been run by each SKPD. The ASB models obtained are the result of equalizing the activities that appear in the DPA document. So it can be effectively used in determining budgets for pre-existing or uniform types of activities. The emergence of new types of activities, or those that can not be synchronized with existing models, requires that changes in this ASB document be made.

This study aims to determine the value of companies in the manufacturing sector consumer goods sector cosmetics subsector and household equipment. In this research the measuring instrument used to know the value of the company is measured using Tobin's Q ratio. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies consumption sector cosmetic subsector and household purposes listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2013 until 2015. Research It uses a quantitative descriptive method to analyze data. The results showed that the existence of companies that get the value of the company under one meaning that there are still companies that fall into the category of companies that are valued low (undervalued).

Efforts to improve the quality of public services in the Land Board of Makassar City have been so often done in the service of the issuance of certificates of land rights, efforts to improve the quality of public services seems to have not undergone significant changes and improvements, both improvements ineffectiveness and administrative inefficiency. This study aims to analyze the organizational values underlying employee motivation in providing the Issuance Service of Land Rights Certificate in Makassar City. The research method used is qualitative approach with case study research type. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the Motivation of Public Service in the Service of Issuance of Land Rights Certificate in applying the organization's values to the employees, that is Less Maximum because of the complaints of the society either from government institutions such as Makassar City Council, Makassar District Court and the existence of service less maximal due to land certificate issue. This shows the lack of commitment of employees in providing excellent service in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization and regulation No. 1 of 2010 pertaining to land services that have not been fully implemented as well as the rules that have been set.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of the accounting and internal control system, both simultaneously and partially to the accountability of cooperatives in palu. The data used in this research is data collected by distributing questionnaires on 62 cooperatives in the city of Palu, method of analysis used is multiple linear regression.Based on the analysis result of multiple linear regression can be summarized as follows: (1) Application of the accounting and internal control system simultaneously have a significant influence on the accountability of cooperatives in the city of Palu.(2) Application of the partial accounting has a significant influence on the accountability of cooperatives in Palu. (3) Internal control system partially have a significant influence on the accountability of cooperatives.

This study aims to determine the income of red curly chili farmers in the village of Happy Sub-district Palolo Sigi District. Data collection method used is survey method to obtain primary data directly from original source. The process of data analysis in this research is done qualitatively and quantitatively. The population in this study is all red curly chili farmers in the village of Happy Sub-district Palolo Sigi District. The sample in the study was taken through incidental sampling approach. The results showed that the acceptance of red curly pepper with a half acre of land that is equal to Rp. 56.705.000,00 with profit ratio of 3 times. Acceptance of red curly peppers with a land area of one-third hectare is Rp. 50.195.500,00 with profit ratio of 2.69 times. Acceptance of red curly pepper with a land area of one quarter hectare is Rp. 43.736.500,00 with a profit ratio of 4 times. This indicates that the income of red curry chili farmers in the village of Happy Sub-District Palolo Sigi Regency is better income.

One effort to realize a quality family is through family planning program (KB). The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect the performance of Field Officers KB in implementing KB extension tasks. The research used is descriptive research which is used to give deep picture about the empirical condition in the field. This study determines the object of Performance of Field Officer of KB, PPKBD and SUB PPKBD. Data collection was done through questionnaires distributed to representative respondents. The respondents of this research are EUS Community, Religion Leader, Village Apparatus in Research Area. The population of this study is the EFA community in Donggala District spread throughout the District within Donggala District. Determination of the size of the sample based on the characteristics of the District, then obtained a sample of District by 10 Districts. Each of the sub-districts was drawn by 30 minimal samples from the EFA community, village officials and religious leaders of each sample. The results showed that factors affecting the performance of family planning instructors in carrying out extension work were good. Factors that affect the performance of PPKBD in carrying out extension KB tasks are also quite good. Factors affecting the performance of SUB PPKBD in carrying out extension KB tasks are also included good category.

The purpose of this study to determine the Public Service Against Increasing Public Satisfaction At the District Office Palolo Sigi District. The research used is survey research. The study was conducted in the District Office of Palolo Sigi Regency in 2014. The study population is the entire number of mandatory citizens of ID card in Palolo Subdistrict Sigi Regency as many as 14.016 people, and the sample of 100 respondents with sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of the research shows that public service to increase the satisfaction of society, it can be said satisfactory and effective for public satisfaction, and Public Service to Improving Satisfaction of Public at District Office of Palolo Kabupaten Sigi can be said satisfactory, because between the feeling and expectation of society as user of service and value accepted society to the service satisfy the people.

Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan setiap perusahaan berkepentingan dengan pengukuran kinerjanya, Kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh laba adalah fokus yang utama dalam penilaian kinerja perusahaan, oleh karena laba bukan saja sebagai indikator kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban penyandang dana tetapi juga sebagai unsur penciptaan nilai perusahaan yang memperlihatkan prospek perusahaan dimasa mendatang. Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kebijakan hutang (leverage). Kebijakan hutang yang dilakukan perusahaan tentunya mengandung resiko, perusahaan akan dihadapkan pada pengeluaran yang bersifat tetap dan tentu saja biaya tersebut mengandung risiko.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media social terhadap minat beli konsumen pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu. Definisi Operasioanl dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu variable bebas adalah Media Sosial (X) dan variable terikat adalah Minat Beli (Y). Indikator dari variable X adalah kemudahan dalam bertransaksi, kepercayaan terhadap media social. Adapun indikator dari variable Y adalah Minat Transaksional, Minat refrensial, Minat preferensial, dan Minat eskploratif.Minat Transaksional yaitu kecenderungan seseorang untuk mereferensikan produk kepada orang lain. Minat preferensial, yaitu minat yang menggambarkan perilaku seseorang yang memiliki prefrensi utama pada produk tersebut.Preferensi ini hanya dapat diganti jika terjadi sesuatu dengan produk prefrensinya.Minat eksploratif, minat ini menggambarkan perilaku seseorang yang selalu mencari informasi mengenai produk yang diminatinya dan mencari informasi untuk mendukung sifat-sifat positif dari produk tersebut.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Gapura Angkasa di Makassar Bandara Internasional Hasanuddin yang terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Gapura Angkasa di Bandara Internasional Hasanuddin Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT Gapura Angkasa di Makassar Bandara Internasional Hasanuddin yang terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja. Berdasarkan uji variabel bebas F (gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja). Melalui pengujian (R) koefisien korelasi diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah hubungan yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 60,8%.
