Abstract

The purpose of the study ( 1 ) to determine whether there is a correlation between  motivation of learning and knowledge KKPI with achievement learning of base profession in Islamic vocational school of Yogyakarta academic year 2013/2014, ( 2 ) to determine whether there is a correlation between motivation of learning and achievement in learning in Islamic vocational school of Yogyakarta academic year 2013/2014, ( 3 ) to determine whether there is a correlation between knowledge KKPI with achievement learning of base profession in Islamic vocational school of Yogyakarta academic year 2013/2014.This research was conducted in Islamic vocational school of Yogyakarta academic year 2013/2014. The population in this study were all students of class X TO which total 30 students and this study used a sampling saturated or study populations so that the entire population were sampled. This research is correlational and ex post facto categorized. With the questionnaire data collection techniques, and documentation about the test. The validity of the items were obtained from the product moment correlation. About the reliability obtained with the formula stated alpha and reliable. Before the data were analyzed first tested the prerequisite analysis is normality test, test and test intercorrelations linearity. Analysis using multiple regression analysis and partial correlation.Based on the analysis of the results obtained the following results. ( 1 ) there is a positive and significant correlation between motivation to learn ( X1 ) and knowledge KKPI ( X2 ) together with achievement learning of base profession ( Y ) ; ( 2 ) there is a positive and significant correlation between motivation to learn ( X1 ) with basic vocational learning achievement ( Y ) ; ( 3 ) there is a positive and significant correlation between knowledge KKPI ( X2 ) with achievement learning of base profession ( Y ).

Abstract

This research is correlational and ex post facto categorized. With the questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation of learning outcomes.The validity of the items obtained from the product moment correlation. About the reliability obtained with the formula stated alpha and reliable. Before the data were analyzed first tested the prerequisite analysis of the normality test, linearity, and multicollinearity test. Analysis using partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Based on the analysis of the results obtained the following results : ( 1 ) There is a positive and significant correlation Motivation Learning ( X1 ) with the learning outcomes Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) ; ( 2 ) There is a positive and significant relationship of Parents Socioeconomic Status ( X2 ) with learning outcomes Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) ; ( 3 ) There is a positive and significant correlation Motivation Learning ( X1 ) and Socio-Economic Status of Parents ( X2 ) together to learn Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) .

Abstract

             This research is to improve the learning process and results in learning a tune-up motorcycle  using the demonstrationmethod of class XI SMA 1 Playen.              This research is a classroom action research (PTK), using the demonstration method.Subyek this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Playen.Theimplementationofthisstudyusing3cycles,there is a (planning), implementation (actuating), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). Collecting data in this study are observations of student learning process and student learning outcomes test data pre-test, postesI, II, III and documentation as a support to the two data. Further observation data based on the observation of student learning just learning the positive process of learning student and test data were analyzed for comparison. Indicators of success in this classroom action research that student learning increases towards positive along with the use of methods of demonstration, is to see an increase from the pre-cycle to end the first cycle, the first cycle to the second cycle and the secondcyclebycycle III.             From the results of this study concluded that the method could improve the demonstration of positive student learning, from the first cycle of 30%, 50% second cycle and third cycle of 80%. Learning is also more effective with students indicated more quickly adapt as a positive activity, especially in terms of increased student asked, noting the test and work on the problems. Demonstration method can improve the learning outcomes  students of class XI SMA 1 Playen as evidenced by an increase in the average yield final test first cycle of 64.09; second cycle of 77.82 and 78.86 for the third cycle. So it proved with the increasing positive student learning canalso improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendidikan Vokasi atau Pendidikan Kejuruan bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didiknya untuk siap memasuki dunia kerja/industri. Salah satu sarana efektif untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut yaitu dengan pengembangan Unit Produksi pada institusi pendidikan. Bengkel Prototipe Honda PT. Otomotif  FT UNY merupakan salah satu bentuk Unit Produksi yang terus bertahan dan eksis selama 20 tahun. Selama 20 tahun, Bengkel Prototipe Honda PT. Otomotif FT UNY telah meluluskan 48 mahasiswa yang pernah mengambil bagian untuk mengelola operasional bengkel. Lebih dari 90% alumni PT. Otomotif FT UNY yang ikut ambil bagian dalam pengelolaan bengkel mampu meraih kesuksesan di dunia kerja/Industri. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan Bengkel Prototipe Honda PT. Otomotif FT UNY khususnya dalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Fokus pembahasan yaitu pada perencanaan, proses rekruitmen, pengorganisasian, peningkatan kualitas, dan pengawasan serta pemberian kompensasi/penghargaan bagi pengelola  (Bengkel Prototipe Honda PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using mdsolids software mechanics materials course to improve learning outcomes and learning independence of student Mechanical Engineering Education Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University of Yogyakarta.This research was conducted with quasi-experimental methods. The results of the study were collected with the test group, and analyzed by t-test. Independence of student learning during the lesson observed, further analyzed by calculating the gain scores.The results of the t test of the difference test provides information that the average achievement of the experimental group was significantly different from the control class. The results of the experimental class learning better than the control class. Students who use the software program Mdsolids in mechanics of materials courses after having observed an increase in independent learning and learning at each end of the five overall aspects of the independence of the measured category has a high learning independence with an average achievement score on the five aspects of learning independence of 0, 73.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) the contribution of achievement motivation and creativity of learning on learning outcomes meperbaiki suspension system; (2) the contribution of achievement motivation on learning outcomes meperbaiki suspension system; (3) the contribution of creativity to learn the learning outcomes meperbaiki suspension system on students majoring in engineering light vehicle Vocational School Bhara TRIKORA II Paguyangan Bradford School Year 2014/2015. The research hypothesis; (1) There is a positive and significant contribution between achievement motivation and creativity of learning to improve the learning outcomes of the suspension system; (2) There is a positive and significant contribution to the achievement motivation on learning outcomes improve the suspension system; (3) There is a positive and significant contribution to the creativity of learning to improve the learning outcomes of the students' suspension systems engineering light vehicle program Vocational School Bhara Trikora II Paguyangan Bradford School Year 2014/2015.         The study was conducted on May 16, 2014 till October 8, 2014 at the Vocational School Bhara Trikora II Pahuyangan Bradford. The population in this study all class XII students numbered 106 students. This study uses a sampling technique Simple Random Sampling with Harry King guideline nomogram calculations and obtained a sample of 76 students. This type of research is correlational research and categorized Ex Post Facto. Techniques of data collection by questionnaire and documentation. Test validity using product moment correlation formula. Test reliability using Cronbach alpha formula. Analysis using multiple regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out (1) the correlation  between students’ learning styles and measuring equipment achievement of the tenth grade students of Automotive Engineering Expertise Program of State Vocational High School Piri Sleman in the academic year 2013/2014; (2) the correlation between parents’ attention with measuring equipment achievement of the tenth grade students of Automotive Engineering Expertise Program of State Vocational High School Piri Sleman in the academic year 2013/2014; (3) the correlation between students’ learning styles and parents’ attention with measuring equipment achievement of the tenth grade students of Automotive Engineering Expertise Program of State Vocational High School Piri Sleman in the Academic Year 2013/2014.The kind of this research is correlation study and categorized as ex post facto. The population of the research was 105 students while the sample was 82 students counted from Isaac and Michael formula. The technique of sampling used in this research was simple random sampling. The technique of the data collection was questionnaire and documentation. Item validity was computed from product moment correlation. Item reliability was calculated by using alpha formula. The technique of data analysis used in this study was partial correlation and doubled correlation analyses. Precondition testing analysis (normality, linearity, and multi co linearity testing),Based on the data analysis, the results were as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between students’ learning styles (X1) and measuring equipment achievement (Y); (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between parents’ attention (X2) with measuring equipment achievement (Y); (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between students’ learning styles (X1) and parents’ attention (X2) with measuring equipment achievement (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menggambar 3D-CAD melalui penerapan jobsheet berwarna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TPB (Teknik Pemesinan B) SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: observasi, tes, kuesioner, wawancara, dan hasil kinerja/praktik siswa berupa gambar model 3D-CAD. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa menggambar 3D-CAD menggunakan jobsheet berwarna meningkat secara signifikan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh (1) meningkatnya jumlah job yang sanggup dikerjakan siswa dalam durasi waktu 6 jam pelajaran yaitu dari 7 job pada pra-tindakan menjadi 9 job pada siklus I dan II; (2) meningkatnya rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh masing-masing siswa yaitu dari 72,62 pada pra-tindakan menjadi 86,94 pada siklus I dan 83,30 pada siklus II; (3) Meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang memenuhi syarat KKM yaitu dari 16 siswa pada pra-tindakan menjadi 25 siswa pada siklus I dan II atau jika dalam prosentase 55,17% : 86,21% : 86,21%.
