This research aims to know: patterns of supervision conducted by the supervisor of PI in the workplace. This research took place at PT. Jaringan Multimedia Indonesia (PT. JMI) as place for Industrial Practice Program. The key informants in this research were the industrial mentorsand students who participated in the industrial practice program. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data refered to the analysis of Miles & Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result shows that methods of supervision to students through mentoring that is focused on the handling of the case or case studies. So students are asked directly involved in work in the industry.

This study aimed to describe (1) correlation vocational learning interest with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015; (2) correlation learning achievement of welding practice subject with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015; and (3) correlation vocational learning interest and learning achievement of welding practice subject with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015. This study was ex-post facto. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression with two predictors. This study shows that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation vocational learning interest with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0.007 < 0.05; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation learning achievement of welding practice subject with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0.000 < 0.05; and (3) there was a positive and significant correlation vocational learning interest and learning achievement of welding practice subject with working interest in industry among the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri I Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0.000 < 0.05. The score of determinant coefficient (R2) was 0.127, it means that learning interest and learning achievement of welding practice subject gave contribution 12.7% toward working interest in industry, while 88.3% was influenced by other factors.Â

 This study aimed to describe: (1) correlation between job training achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; (2) correlation automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; dan (3) correlation between job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima. The type of this study was ex-post facto. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression that was started by normality test, linearity test, and independence test. This study shows that: (1)  there was a positive and significant correlation between job training achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; dan (3) there was a positive and significant correlation between job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima. The score of determinant coefficient (R²) was 0.365, it means that job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement gave positive contribution with interest in entrepreneurship 36.5%, while 63.5% was influenced by another factors that were not discussed in this research.Â

Facing the challenge of MEA, we require to filter for protecting the foreign cultures that are not the same with the culture of our nation, one of the solutions is a holistic character education. This study is for determining the effect of: (1) the family environment and the industrial work practice towards holistic character education, (2) the family environment and the industrial work practice towards the soft skills, and (3) the family environment and the industrial work practice indirectly through soft skills towards the holistic character education. This type of research is the ex-postfaco to with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. While the analysis technique using path analysis. The research population numbered 555 students of vocational hight school in Malang, and 126 students for sample. Sampling uses a random probability sampling group. The results showed: (1) there is a direct effect and significant correlation between family environment and industrial work practice towards holistic character education, (2) there is a direct influence of the family environment and the industrial work practice against soft skill, and (3) there is the indirect effect between family environment and industrial work practice through the soft skills of the holistic character education.

Learning process at SMK Ma’arif 2 Sleman still passive and uncontrolled, this condition affects to the student learning outcomes. The role of the teacher in the learning process needs to be improved with the right methods to make students more active and encourage student solve the problems. Problem Based Learning (PBL) is one of learning method which the characteristics capable of demanding learners actively and directly involved in the learning. The Aim of this study is want to know affect PBL method can increase the activity and psychomotor learning outcomes of students. The subjects were students of class XI SMK Ma’arif 2014/2015 academic year. Collecting data used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed an increase in activity of learners by 12.98% and psychomotor learning outcomes by implementing PBL increased 9.01%. The conclution using PBL method was known that activities of learners increase practical subject.

Researched was purposes to improve learning outcomes subjects starter and charging system in class XI TKR student of SMK Putra Tama Bantul Academic Year 2014/2015 by using STAD.           The experiment was conducted in SMK Putra Tama Bantul XI Academic Year 2014/2015 as a class by the number of study subjects was 26 students. This study is included classroom action research conducted in three cycles, each cycle carried out in four phases: 1. Planning the action, 2. Implementation of the action, 3. Observations, 4. Reflection. Data collection techniques in this class action research using test instruments in the form of questions about the pre-test and post-test was used to measure the improvement of student learning outcomes while the non-test instrument using observation sheet used to measure students learning activities.           The results showed that the application of the method of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) can improve student learning outcomes in subjects starter and charging system. This can be seen from the acquisition of the average value obtained by the students in the first cycle of 65.76 with a highest score of 75 the lowest value of 40. In the second cycle the average value obtained by students at 73.84 with a highest score of 85 acquisition lowest score of 60. In the third cycle of acquisition average value of 77.5 a high of 85. The activity of students in the first cycle of 23.07% is included in the low category. Activity of students in the second cycle 37.82% is included in the low category. Activity of students in the third cycle of 57.05% in the high category. Based on the results of action research can be concluded that the use of STAD method can improve learning outcomes and charging system subjects in class XI student of SMK Putra Tama TKR Bantul with success indicators 88.46% of the total students.Â

The purpose of this study is to increase the minimum mastery standard in automotive electrical systems repairing matter with subject applying Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model cooperative learning. This study used a classroom action research whitch was conducted in two cyles, each eycle consisted of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, dan reflection. The data were analyzed descriptively. The result proved that teaching learning process using STAD model cooperative learning increased the minimum mastery standard of students. Before applying STAD model cooperative learning, none passed the minimum mastery standard. After applying STAD model cooperative learning, there are advancement in term of the number of students passing the standard 48,48% in the first cycle and 87,88% in the second cycle. The average score reached 71,48 and 81,83 in the first and the second cycle. Therefore, this study concludes that STAD cooperative model increased the minimum mastery standard in automotive electrical systems repairing subject.

The design method was found a lot at the time the student will face a final project. Methods of existing designs such as: the method developed Holtzapple; Pahl & Beitz; Nigel Cross; Ibrahim Zeid; Dieter & Schmidt; and many more are choices that are often used in developing the students' final projects. The inconsistency of students in each passing step by step in the design step provides a product which is manifested not in accordance with the preliminary design of the designer and the needs of the market. Therefore, the design method that has a value of 3 E (Economies, Effective, and Efficience) through 7 (seven), namely: (1) analyze the needs of the market; (2) develop structuring issues; (3) gathering information; (4) identify the needs of the designer; (5) develop design concepts; (6) realize the design; and (7) compose the image detail to be done in a systemic, sequence, and structured.

This study aimed to know (1) correlation between carrier guidance with interest in entrepreneurship; (2) correlation between learning achievement with interest in entrepreneurship; and (3) correlation between carrier guidance and learning achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the eleventh grade students of TKR at SMK Al Munawwarah Kesugihan Cilacap in the academic year 2014/2015. This study was ex-post facto research. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression with two predictors. This study shows that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between carrier guidance with interest in entrepreneurship with the score of significance under 5%; (2) there was a positive and significant between learning achievement with interest in entrepreneurship with the score of significance under 5%; and (3) there was a positive and significant between carrier guidance and learning achievement with interest in entrepreneurship with the score of significance under 5% among the eleventh grade students of TKR at SMK Al Munawwarah Kesugihan Cilacap in the academic year 2014/2015. The score of determinant coefficient (R2)  was 59.9%. It means that carrier guidance and learning achievement gave positive contribution 59.9% toward the students’ interest in entrepreneurship, while 40.1% was influenced by other factors that were not discussed in this study. The carrier guidance gave contribution 13.2% toward interest in entrepreneurship and learning achievement gave contribution 26.7% toward with interest in entrepreneurship with the total contribution 59.9%.Â
