Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of capital budgeting in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Bandung Regency. This research was conducted because in carrying out their activities, MSME actors often experience limited capital. Therefore, it is necessary to make the right project decision. Capital budgeting is seen as an important thing done by business actors in making project decisions. This study adopts an exploratory and qualitative approach in measuring capital budgeting practices in MSMEs. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the practice of capital budgeting decisions is not fully applicable to MSMEs. This can be seen from project activities, planning activities and methods of assessing capital budgeting for SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a comparative map of local financial capacity of Kerinci Regency Government and Sungai Penu Municipality in Jambi, taking into account share and growth values ​​and using the quadrant method. Based on the survey results, Kerinci County is known to be located in the third quadrant and is classified as an independent prospective region. In addition, the region faces difficulties in exploring resource potential within the region as it relies on central government support. Quadrant III is characterized by PAD and DBH playing a major role in financing overall spending, but with the opportunity to experience declines due to lower growth rates. Sungai Penuh City belongs to the first quadrant classified as an independent potential region, but this quadrant is characterized by high market share and high growth value. Therefore, local governments are expected to maintain local independence in order to reduce their dependence on localities to achieve full local autonomy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine internal and external factors, and analyze Coffee Agrotourism in Renah Kayu Embun Village. development strategies. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the internal analysis of Renah Kayu Embun Village Agrotourism have strengths including attractive conditions, low entry fees, frequent community activities, extensive agro-tourism and adequate facilities. And the weaknesses are access to tourist sites, promotions that have not been intensive, the management that has not been maximized and there is no diversification of processed products. The results of the analysis of the external environment of Renah Kayu Embun Village Agrotourism obtained opportunities, namely cooperation with other parties, in accordance with government policies issued, in accordance with human needs for holidays, there is support from the local community and opportunities for investors to develop natural resources. The threats that exist Renah Kayu Embun Village Agrotourism are the same competitors, the interest of visitors to come back, the number of visitors decreasing during the covid-19 pandemic, the development of other agro-tourism that has characteristics and pest disturbance factors that tend to be difficult to control. Various alternative strategies for Renah Kayu Embun Village Agrotourism, namely the S-O strategy. Developing Agrotourism by adding various photo and tourist spots and continuing to increase promotions, S-T Strategy such as showing the unique characteristics of Renah Kayu Embun Village Agrotourism and further improving and maintaining product quality and systems marketing, W-O strategies such as optimizing Agrotourism by continuing to develop and strengthen the business of Agrotourism, Strategy W- T is to offer discounts (rebates) both on products and agro-tourism entrance fees and provide a sense of comfort for visitors

Abstract

Teenagers have obligations of education and achievement, and may even join organizations that help them meet their life needs. That's because when you're young, you're curious. As teenagers want to try many new things that define the lifestyle of teenagers. The purpose of this study is to know and describe in detail the dynamics of hedonistic lifestyles in young women. The methods used are quantitative using targeted techniques to obtain complete information. It is an interactive method that is used as a method of collecting data through interviews and involves two-way communication. Research has shown that hedonistic lifestyles are those who see happiness and pleasure unilaterally and take advantage of this to seek expected pleasure. Activities such as shopping, traveling, watching movies, and hanging out at the mall are spent 3-6 hours a day, 2-3 times a week, at the mall with friends.

Abstract

The technological development of the Indonesian people has brought about major changes in both the infrastructure that supports the lives of the Indonesian people and the quality of life of the people themselves. Expressways as a land transportation infrastructure for the people of Indonesia have undergone rapid development as evidenced by the emergence of various expressways connecting one city to another. Wheeled vehicles or cars as means of transportation have played an important role in society. The state of the Indonesian auto industry itself is currently very active, with many new players in the sector, so automakers are expected to face more competition, especially with the entry of auto products from South Korea. are forced to market. Around 1996-1997, they sold cars of the same class as Japanese and European cars. Analytical Methods Two analytical methods are used in this study, namely (1) descriptive and (2) descriptive, according to the problem formulation, research objectives, hypothesis formulation, and the nature of the data collected. A method of linear regression analysis. The correlation (r) between the two variables product differentiation and consumer intent using multiple correlation is 0.740, indicating a strong estimate between product differentiation and consumer intent. Based on the results, the coefficient value is 54.76%. This means that the product differentiation of Nissan cars can explain the consumer's 54.76% of his purchase intentions, while the remaining 45.24% are influenced by other factors that have not been studied. B. Intense competition for similar products, differences in consumer tastes, low customer loyalty, etc.

Abstract

Evaluation of making credit cards at Bank Mandiri Regional Office 2 Palembang. The design of this study used a research method that the author did use a qualitative approach with a descriptive tier. Data or information was collected through interviews with informants to customers.  This study uses data types that include: type of qualitative data obtained through interviews with informants besides that this researcher also makes references to books, laws, or searches. Data collection techniques used in this study include asking questions to informants, observing what is happening in the field, and taking photos of what is happening in the field. In this research, The current data analysis technique is analysis by collecting, condensing, grouping, and summarizing. based on the results of our investigation of the Evaluation of Credit Card Making at Bank Mandiri Regional Office 2 Palembang using evaluation theory according to Stufflebeam (Wirawan 2016:201), namely as follows: 1) Context consists of Objectives, Targets, and applicable rules, 2) Input consists of Human Resources, Funds, and budgets as well as Infrastructure and Facilities, 3) The process consists of The process of making a bank independent credit card 4). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of tax burden, liquidity, and firm size on profitability. The population of this study is automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The number of samples used is 48 companies by the saturated extraction method. The data processing program uses SPSS (Static product and service solution) version 25. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-statistic tests, and F-statistics. test, certainty test (R2) and correlation test (r). Results showed that the tax burden variable had a negative impact on profitability. Liquidity has a clear positive effect on profitability. The firm size variable has a negative impact on profitability. Based on the simultaneous test (F-test), the profitability of automobile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will be affected along with tax burden, liquidity and company size variables from 2017 to 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether capital structure and profitability affect corporate income tax partially and simultaneously. This research is included in the quantitative research. The population of this study is non-manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020, with a population of 370 people. The total sample consists of 17 companies, of which he made 68 observations over a four-year study period. Sampling by target sampling technique. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 to process the data. The analytical methods used include traditional acceptance tests including descriptive statistics, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation, and decision and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that capital structure has a partially positive and insignificant effect, profitability has a partially positive and significant effect, and at the same time the significant probability values ​​of capital structure and profitability are non-economic It has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on public interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Skills, Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Sungai Penuh City, totaling 23 respondents. Data collection in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses qualitative methods, while the analytical tools used are multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. he results showed that partially there was an influence between work skills (X1) on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic t table (2,239 ˃ 2,09302) with a significant value = 0,037 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work skills on employee performance is 8,5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) partially on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (2,729 ˃ 2,09302) or Sig = 0,013 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 11,2%. There is an influence between the non-physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (4,213 ˃ 2,09302) or sig = 0,000 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance is 33,2 %. There is a simultaneous influence between work skills, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the office of community empowerment and village in sungai penuh city is 53,0% while the rest (100-53,0%), which is equal to 47% explained by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine, in part and simultaneously, the effects of economic literacy and internal control on the entrepreneurial interest satisfaction of students in Class XII of Private Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Mulia Medan. The study population consisted of 37 class XII students from Private Vocational High School 2 Muria Medan. The sample for this survey consisted of 37 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical methods used are instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing, certainty testing, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) based on subtests (t-tests), financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest among students in Class XII of Private Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Mulia Medan, (2) a subtest-based (t-test) Internal Locus of Control, and (3) a simultaneous test of economic literacy (F-Test) and, based on the Internal Locus of Control, between private class XII students and interested in entrepreneurship at the same time.
