This study aims to determine the success of hatchery fish, gurami (O. gouramy Lac), which maintained controlled by the temperature difference, so that can know the optimal temperature for hatching eggs. This research was conducted at Fish Seed (BBI) Sungai Alai, Muara Tebo Jambi.Egg samples used in this study were egg gourami (O. gouramy Lac) obtained from the mass spawning of carp Batanghari parent as much as 1440 eggs by stocking the 120 eggs / container. The container used in the study is an aquarium measuring 60 x 40 x 30 cm 12 units, which filled with water of 20 liter / container and each is equipped with aerator and the water heater thermostat.The design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 (four) maintenance medium temperature treatment of 260C, 280C, 300C and 320C, each with 3 (three) replicates. Observations are made to the success of hatchery fish gourami (O. gouramy Lac) and water quality parameters: temperature, pH and turbidity. A good temperature for hatching eggs are 300C and 320C in which the degree of hatching eggs amounted to 98.05% and 94.72%. Water quality parameters during the study support of fish life.Keyword : The temperature difference, Fish Eggs Hatching

One of the city community efforts to improve its economy is the cultivation of bird's nest. Bird's nest can be made at the shop (the home-stores) by conditioning the shop as same as habitat for birds swallow, so the bird nest cultivation has increased, including in the District Pasar of Jambi city.bird's nest Cultivation also come with negative impact, i.e. influence on public health. One of them is against the vector density. To find increased density vector can be analyzed through the presence of larvae in the pond water of bird nest building (container index, CI) and in places the water in the home and outside the home (house index, HI) around the location of bird's nest.The results showed that the bird nest cultivation in Jambi City Market District affect vector density; obtained CI = 7.91% and HI = 14.24%. CI and HI of this magnitude exceed the value of ≤ 5% dengue endemic area of Jambi city.Key words : Burung walet, vektor, jentik, container index, house index

Rice bran is byproduct result from process of grinder shell of rice become the rice, what is only used as livestock feed. Rice bran basically rich of substance of obstetrical nutrient of fat about 14%. Rice bran can be developed permanent upon which in making of food oil. therefore done by a research. The research use the method extraction use the hexane as a solvent to know the influence of time of extraction and difference of size measure of bran to yielded oil rate. This research is conducted by three types of size measure of bran that is 0,2 mm, 0,6 mm and 1 mm and variation of of time ekstraksi 4,5, and 6 clock. Early stage of research is preparation of raw material in the form of rice bran sieved and deliberated, hereinafter extraction, result of from extraction have to distillation to dissociate the pelarut from oil. Bran oil which obtain; get is later; then analysed by a rate, sour of free fat and peroxide number. Obtained a bran oil of at size measure of bran 0,2 mm and time extraction 6 clock with the oil rate 18,43 %, acid contents free fat 0,9 % and peroxide number 0,9 %.Key Word : rice bran, hexane, distillation, extraction, time, bran

But even so it does not mean that politics do not have laws that strategic position of a science, because of the axiology able to unlock the mystery of the law as well as the legal disciplines that have been there before.In a country which adheres to democratic governance system, though, still needed rules of the game through legal forms. Democracy without the rule would lead to anarchy. Principally, several enterprises undergo effort ( trade ) to want their works go forward and go on expanding. In the research that becomes the object of investigation is three counters handphone, that is, eughty three Cell, Mitto Cell, Hokky Cell, which the company has the Average Small Trade aspectssuch as communication within its activities sell a kind of the communicative products as new handphone, pulse physically and electrically, the physic type of the infrastructure facilities handphone such as : Chasing Handphone, Battery, Handphone Case, Headset, Etc.In this research, is used the secondary data, the investigation method is used by descriptive quantitative. There is also data collection methods practiced with two system, that is : library research and location survey. And then, the usage of analysis instruments is the approach concern with PayBack Period ( PBP ) and Profitability Index (PI).Result of the investigation has found in this research concern with PayBack Period for 2005-2009 is : counter handphone eighty three Cell has PayBack Period one of them is one year four months and counter handphone Mitto Cell PayBack Period was obtained one year three months and finally the counter handphone Hokky Cell PayBack Period was obtained one year three months.Thus, it is explanation above can be inferred that PayBack Period obtained or produced come from the income cash stream ( proceeds ) and capital outlays, so that can be identified by payback period of each counter handphone.Keyword : Payback Period, Profitability Indeks

Incidence of abortion is one indicator of the cause of the increased maternal mortality (MMR). In Jambi an increase in the incidence of abortion from the years 2008-2009. This study aims to obtain a picture of maternal characteristics that may affect the incidence of abortion in Room Inpatient Obstetric RSD Raden Mattaher Jambi including maternal age, gravida status of mothers and mother's education level.The research design used in this research is to study the documentation using the method of case-cotrol by comparing the number of cases with the control, taken in a retrospective study design samples. Total keseluruahn sample in this study amounted to 220 people with a ratio of 1:1 which totaled 110 cases and 110 people total control of the entire population of women who experienced abortion and abortion was not in Room Inpatient Obstetric RSD Raden Mattaher Jambi from October to April in 2009.Data collection was taken by looking at their medical data and registers pasien.yang experienced abortion and no abortion. From the test results (Chi-square) results showed a significant correlation between the incidence of abortion with maternal age, gravida status of mothers and maternal educational level with p-value for each variable: maternal age (0.000), gravida status of mothers (0.015) and maternal education level (0.000). Based on the results of this study can be recommended for health care institutions to further improve the quality of pre-natal care and provide health education or counseling in a more intensive and interesting in order to provide knowledge, particularly for mothers about the causes of abortion on maternal characteristics and complications that can be caused by abortion, but it also needs more developed community role particularly in mengkapanyekan family health programs, especially maternal and child health to the public.Keyword : Abortus,Gravida, Education Level

Issues regarding trade secrets is very urgent in the field of smoothness and continuity of a business. Maintaining confidentiality of information must be done by the owner of confidential information by performing the steps appropriate and inappropriate. This means that all the steps that includes measures of fairness, decency, and propriety that must be done. Maintenance is usually confidential relations between workers and employers who are owners of trade secrets. In the work environment needs to be regulated company procedures that can ensure the confidentiality of information. It should be clearly and firmly regulated also in the company regulations regarding the party responsible for the information confidential. Company gelamai perentak Bangko is sala a small company of three companies that produce similar snacks, such gelamai or better known as dodol. This business is located in jl. M. Yamin on the Bangko market. Company gelamai very strategic cross roads located in Bangko-Kerinci. During the period of 5 years from 2005 until 2009, these efforts have increased sales volume high enough on average 23.6% per year. But under his rule, shere market trends show a decline, in 2005 amounted to 37.8% and in 2009 dropped to 29.4%.These companies in marketing their products using a surrogate way to the shops or to retailers. Furthermore, the distribution of its products, this business using indirect channels and direct distribution channels by involving as many as 15 stores in Bangko, 30 retailers who are in the marketing area of Jambi province that includes:Jambi, county Batanghari, county Merangin, Bungo and Kerinci district. Meanwhile, outside the marketing area outside the province jambi / non-local namely propinssi southern Sumatra and West Sumatra provinces. As well as using two agents are individual agents who worked on local and regional Bungo western Sumatra and agents who serve the supermarket HWPI sun and theater department. in 2007 until the year 2010 the company began to expand the marketing area of Sumatra sumatra west and south.Key word : policies, channel ordering, gelamai
