<![CDATA[Cooperative capital does not diminish and obscure the understanding of cooperatives themselves, but in reality that any association that is engaged in the business, the capital has a very important position, and therefore the board is required to be more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in managing the cooperative, with a good board skills will further enhance the trust and participation of members in exercising their rights and obligations. This research was conducted in the Village Unit Cooperatives Farmers Fresh Merangin District, which aims to determine the factors that affect the growth of capital at Farmers Fresh Village Unit Cooperatives.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, in which researchers want to describe the situation and condition of the factors that influence the growth of capital in cooperatives Fresh Farmers Cooperative. The research was conducted in KUD Tani Fresh by the number of subjects or informants are 4 people are: chairman, secretary, treasurer and one of the representatives of the employees.The findings suggest that the factors that affect the cooperative capital partumbuhan education level, and management level pendapatn cooperative, then the interview is happening in the field is the development of co-operative capital is also influenced by the credit crunch and electricity fee, and at some point in the event the price of fruit is too cheap or dropped so that could affect the development of co-operative capital.It is suggested that the entire board of the cooperative can pay attention to the factors that affect the cooperative capital, so the development of co-operative capital to develop properly, then the board members or the cooperative and all parties associated with lending to the cooperative to be able to cooperate in the settlement perkreditannya so that no bad debts.Keywords: Factors affecting the growth of capital]]>

<![CDATA[Applicability of Act No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Autonomy, which focuses on the district / city that gives broad authority, real and responsible to the area. The success of the implementation of regional autonomy is determined by the preparedness and ability of the region itself to manage and empower all potentials and resources available. In conjunction with the implementation of development in Bungo district, the civil servants in particular Bungo Bungo at the District Secretariat should also be able to improve the quality of work, in order to support the performance of the government to improve the quality of the extras in serving the community. Because employees are domiciled as an element of the State apparatus has a duty to provide services to the community in a professional, honest, fair and equitable in the administration of state duties, governance and development. In essence, civil servants is one of the main driving factors in the implementation of the development of both national and local levels.The purpose of this study alone, namely: 1) To determine the effect of competence on employee performance at the District Secretariat Bungo partially .; 2) To determine the effect of promotion to employee performance at the District Secretariat partially Bungo; and 3) To determine the effect of competence and promotion to employee performance at the District Secretariat Bungo simultaneously.This study used a descriptive method and quantitative analysis. The study population as many as 163 employees by the state in 2013, sampling technique in this research is based on a table Krejcie error of 5%, resulting in a study sample to 114 employees. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires. Technique using multiple linear regression analysis and testing continued with the R Square and partial hypothesis testing and simultaneous with the t test and F.Of multiple linear regression equations were conducted, the results of the study showed behold Competence (X1) and Promotion (X2) has an influence on employee performance. Where based on the results of t-test (partial) and F test (Simultaneous) showed behold Competence and promotion has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, where competence has a greater influence than the promotion in order to improve employee performance. This explains behold if the employee has a good competence in carrying out his job, and supported by the implementation of the promotion, it will be able to improve employee morale, thereby increasing the performance of the employees themselves in carrying out its duties and functions substantially.Keywords: Competence, Promotion and Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[In the water works many problems can not be solved with available formulas. This is because the equations were derived from a certain condition that is not necessarily the same situation with the conditions of the planned the water works. Therefore, the hydraulic modeling is very useful. PLTGU Cilegon has several problems, among others: 1. in the event of high sea waves in the Java Sea, the sea water entering through the in take and can cause damage to the blade mixer behind the trash rack; 2. Trash and sediment sucked into thein take until the base so that it can inter fere with the performance of the cooling system. To overcome these problems several alternatives proposed by the pond wave absorbers.The first alternative (addressing sediment and litter) is performed with an entrance aperture variations to determine the water leveland wave in the channel. The second alternative is to be made baffles channel, where the channel baffles makes natural variation door openings. The third alternative is to regulate the water level and wave into the channel by increasing the dimensions of the channel.The results of the simulation in the laboratory, baffle channel before the in take tract with the door dimensional variation sand water level setting and the waves can be used so that thein take tract waves, sediment and trash can be overcome.Keyword: hydraulic modelling,PLTGU Cilegon, the channelbaffles]]>

<![CDATA[One of the methods in the application of Network Planning on construction projects is the Critical Path Method (CPM).Use of critical path method is to be able to know the the critical path of a project in which an activity can not be delayed, so that the execution time can be controlled to determine the earliest and the latest of starting time. As such factors can delay the project in minimizingRoad Improvement Works Sp. Berembang - Sp. Small Jambi has a contract value of Rp. 9,969,162,000.00 and the turnaround time is 217 calendar days. Application of CPM on the job resulted in an accelerated completion of work to 210 calendar days and 6 work items that are on the critical path. Acceleration time of completion of the work provides implementation costs Rp. 9,956,247,162.00 or additional profit of Rp. 12,914,838.00.Keyword: Time management, Critical path method, road construction]]>

<![CDATA[The low of students ability to understand the biology materials is abstract at grade XII IPA this indicate by the score everage class are under SKBM 60,this made the author did this research. Biology material at grade XII is abstract material its protein synthetic.In learning activity , biside students factor teacher factor and the way of teaching are also infhience outcome Throught the method that has been used in doing the learning activities.This research used playing method with DNA,RNA set in increasing students ability in protein synthetic materials.This research has been done in 2 cycles at grade XII IPA 1.This playing method is not only used it’s self but also it accompanied by other method like lecture and playing method.Playing method wich has been used in this research is past of role play method.through this playing method,students learn to understand the protein synthetic of their experience by doing the game activity by them selfes.Base on the outcome the analysis data shown that there is an increase of learning outcome. At the first cycle ,the mastery test score only 12.5% with the everage 37.8,while the second cycle increased to 84.2% with the everage score 66.1 .The students activity also increased with the everage score is enough in the first cycle be came excellent in the second cycle. <![CDATA[Islamic court has function to resolve the receiving, checking, prosecute and make decision on cases submitted in to the field of Islamic Civic Law, and one of which related is to Istbat Nikah, it’s mean that court decisionof marriage to be valid and official. Istbat Nikah happen because the existence of the unlisted marriage before at the official marriage registrar. This act was carried out for their own interests without regard to the law applicable. Istbat Nikah very important to avoid the consequences, such as difficulty of obtaining a birth certificate, obtained a heritatance and earned retirement. To resolve this matter, it is necessary to manage the substantive law applicable in religion justice according to the social and cultural of Indonesian. <![CDATA[This study is intended to explain the influence of Discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the department's Office of Education and Culture, Batang day.Analissis method used is quantitative method that uses path analysis tool (part analisysis). Testing the significance of the study variables influence employee Discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) as an independ- ent variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Test performed F and t test.The results of hypothesis testing for the effect of variable discipline to employee performance shows that the value of t = 2.503 at 78 degrees and α = 5% greater than the value daari t table = 1.665. This significant effect and variable individual discipline on employee performance. Great influence on the performance of employee discipline is 8.80% (0.088) > The magnitude of the indirect effect of education employees through employee training on job performance is 4.10% (0.041).The results of hypothesis testing for the effect of variable motivation on employee performance showed the value t = 2.163 in the degrees of freedom = 78 and α = 5% greater than the value of the t table = 1.665.The third hypothesis testing results on the influence of variables on the performance of discipline and motivation shows that the value of F count = 11,800 in the degrees of freedom = 77 and α = 5% greater than the value of F table = 3.960. This means that together there is a significant influence of variables on the performance of discipline and motivation.The amount of influence jointly given by the variables on the performance of discipline and motivation is 0.235 or 23.5 percent of the independent variables are influential or well explain the changes in the performance of employees and 76.5 percent are influenced by other factors not included in the model.Based on these results it can be concluded that the influence of Discipline and motivation together significantly affect employee performanceKeyword: Discipline and Motivation, Office of Education and Culture department, Batanghari.]]>
