Abstract

One of the methods in the application of Network Planning on construction projects is the Critical Path Method (CPM).Use of critical path method is to be able to know the the critical path of a project in which an activity can not be delayed, so that the execution time can be controlled to determine the earliest and the latest of starting time. As such factors can delay the project in minimizingRoad Improvement Works Sp. Berembang - Sp. Small Jambi has a contract value of Rp. 9,969,162,000.00 and the turnaround time is 217 calendar days. Application of CPM on the job resulted in an accelerated completion of work to 210 calendar days and 6 work items that are on the critical path. Acceleration time of completion of the work provides implementation costs Rp. 9,956,247,162.00 or additional profit of Rp. 12,914,838.00.Keyword:  Time management, Critical path method, road construction

Abstract

Red bricks used as building walls/ Masonry in the city of Jambi in general has not been in accordance with the standards set.Research on the physical characteristics and suitability of the volume of work the Unit Price Analysis Work (AHSP 2013) has been done to the red brick produced in the village Pijoan and the village Setiti.Laboratory examination showed the red brick from the village Pijoan and village Setiti not meet the requirements in terms of compressive strength and dimensional standards used in AHSP 2013. The Large enough absorption of water implied that before using the red bricks must be soaked first so that the existing water in mortar is not reduced because of the red brick absorbed. Abstract

From the research results can be known the factors that affect the performance of the building. ICU Room Facilities, Jambi Provincial Hospital, the biggest is done by A21 on the first day that is equal to 91.771%. LUR level on the 2nd day, produced by A22 that is equal to 91,979%. While the level of LUR on the 3rd day generated by A9 of 91.146%. The predetermined variables are Education, Worker's Wage, Workers Health, Inter-Worker Relations, Managerial or Management, and Conformity of Use Simultaneous tools have no significant effect on the productivity of roof structure work. Partially or individually variables that have a significant influence on the energy level of work is the variable Work Experience and the variable of Conformity. Age / Age Comparison Variables have dominant influence on labor productivity level in the Improvement of Space Facility ICU RSUD Raden Mataher Jambi Province. Results of SPSS: 1)  Test Validity, Based on the results of the study, can be concluded in 18 valid questions if r arithmetic> r table. And Variable Variable P12 is a variable that is not vailid, because this variable is not vailid because of the clarity of important question intentions, so the respondents have a big difference of perception and in the end cause the question becomes vailid; 2) Test Reliability, got all variables Cronbach's Alpha for test Reliability questionnaire can meet Cronbach Alpha value between 0.7-0.9, indicating the research questionnaire has a high Reliability value;3) Normality test, In the normality test, the researcher uses Shapiro-Wilk because the tested data is smaller than 50, whereas if more than 50, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova part. Abstract

Time management is a necessary part of the process to ensure project completion time. Time management system centered on whether or not the running project scheduling, wherein the scheduling has provided specific guidelines for completing the project activity more quickly and efficiently. One of the projects is the scheduling of network planning using critical path method (CPM). Use of CPM can find activities that should not be delayed, and if delayed causing project delays. Abstract

Heavy equipment is a unity that can not be separated in the work of development of infrastructure. Heavy equipment is more profitable than using manual tools because it can get the job done faster development, so the timing of the work can be achieved with the construction optimal.Pekerjaan landfill (final processing) is one job that requires heavy equipment production capacity optimal, because the The job has a job excavation, pile and transport of large volumes, Based on theoretical calculations and analysis in the field, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study are as follows: Difference in production capacity and the efficiency factor of heavy equipment as follows:a. Abstract

Produktifitas dan waktu kerja suatu alat berat merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek kontruksi agar dapat mengurangi keterlambatan kerja yang menyebabkan pemborosan biaya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai produktifitas dan waktu kerja alat berat pada proyek jalan di ruas jalan Mendalo Darat (Sp.Tiga) – Bts. Kota Jambi. Alat berat yang akan dianalisa dalam penelitian ini adalah tandem roller merk Jumma, pneumatic tyred roller merk Sakai, pneumatic tyred roller merk Dynapac dan asphalt sprayer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan kapasitas produksi alat berat secara actual, yaitu perhitungan kecepatan alat berat, passing alat berat faktor efisiensi alat dan kapasitas produksi alat berat yang digunakan sesuai dengan yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil analisis produktifitas alat berat dan waktu kerja yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tandem roller merk Jumma produktifitas sebesar 21,87 m3/jam dan waktu kerjanya 4 hari, pneumatic tyred roller merk Sakai sebesar 19,51 m3/jam dan waktu kerjanya 4 hari, pneumatic tyred roller merk Dynapac sebesar 17,58 m3/jam dan waktu kerjanya 4 hari, dan asphalt sprayer sebesar 19,51 m3/jam dan waktu kerjanya 4 hari.

Abstract

Productivity becomes a dominant issue in the construction services industry. High productivity will result in efficient use of resources and cost savings, so that construction companies will achieve adequate profit and have a high competitiveness (competitiveness). Labor productivity can be affected by the energy it consumes and the regular schedule of rest breaks. Rest is needed to restore the physical and mental fitness of the workforce. This research was conducted on 37 masons of building construction work. The work under study is a masonry job. The results showed that age, education, and experience did not significantly affect the productivity. Break time masons, in the form of stolen breaks and management factors, quite a lot ie 1 to 6 minutes per observation (30 minutes). Based on heart rate examination, there is a decrease in productivity in the afternoon. But the mason has not been exhausted yet. So it can be concluded that the amount of break time stolen by the mason in the middle of work greatly affects the stamina of the mason.Keyword : masons, Rest time, Productivity

Abstract

Jalan candi muaro jambi merupakan jalan satu-satunya menuju daerah pariwisata candi muaro jambi. Untuk data teknis jalan lama data existing sebagai berikut: Lebar badan jalan = 4 m, lebar bahu jalan kiri dan kanan = 1 m. Hal ini sering menimbulkan kemacetan dan kecelakaan lalulintas dikarenakan lebar jalan yang kecil. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka direncanakan pelebaran jalan ini sepanjang 4,05 km. Adapun data teknis untuk pelebaran jalan baru data existing sebagai berikut: Lebar badan jalan = 4,5 m, lebar bahu jalan kiri dan kanan = 1,2 m. Artinya ada penambahan rata-rata untuk lebar badan jalan 0,5 m dan masing-masing bahu jalan 0,2 m dari existing. Dengan pelebaran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan transportasi sehingga jalur tersebut memiliki lebar yang memadai untuk dilintasi kendaraan, memberikan keamanan, kenyaman serta keselamatan bagi pengguna jalan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam melakukan analisa, perhitungan yang dilakukan penelitian berdasarkan data dari Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Simpang Candi Muaro Jambi. Adapun tujuan mengetahui lintasan kritis proyek peningkatan jalan simpang candi muaro jambi dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM), menghitung waktu yang optimal untuk menyelesaikan proyek peningkatan jalan simpang candi muaro jambi dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) serta membuktikan manfaat metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dalam mengatasi masalah pengendalian waktu dalam proyek kontruksi. Dari hasil analisis diketahui jalur lintasan kritis terdapat pada 5 pekerjaan.

Abstract

Jambi city is one of the cities that began to develop on the island of Sumatra in the field of infrastructure and the economy, so development is one activity that is enhanced by the local government in the framework of the welfare and prosperity of the people of Jambi. Abstract

The rapid development of construction projects in Indonesia is directly proportional to the tools created and developed to assist and facilitate activities in the work. The tools no longer fully use human power but humans are only a part of the process of operating the tool. Limited land in the city of Jambi became the main reason in the construction of high-rise buildings. Thus, special technology is needed in order to facilitate the implementation of such development. One of the tools used is the tool for foundation work. Deep foundation construction has a more complex structure compared to shallow foundation construction. Therefore, in the construction of high-rise project, the use of jack in pile is considered very appropriate. One of the advantages of jack in pile is environmental disturbance such as vibration and noise can be minimized. In this research will discuss one type of Jack in Pile that is type Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD). Where in this case the effectiveness of the use of Hydraulic Static Pile Drivers (HSPD) on the Odua Weston project will be discussed according to the literature and supporting data available.Keywords: Effectiveness of Pollution, HSPD, SWOT Analysis
