Principal performance against the various tasks and functions of the head of school as the principal as administrator edukator, Manager, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator is running optimally. The performance of teachers viewed from four aspects assessed i.e. completeness program teaching teachers, presenting lessons learned evaluation and analysis of results the pupils as well as program improvement and enrichment. Of the four aforementioned aspects specifically on program improvements and enrichment there are still weaknesses such as the preparation of a test and the material over and over again at each school, which shows that the level of creativity of teachers compile the material is still very limited. The participation of the community against the school officials have not yet fully demonstrated good cooperation is caused by the low academic ability Community Association (School Committee) so it has limited plays an active role in activities such as academic nature, the formulation of the mission, the vision in planning and supervision mechanism in the implementation of the management of the school. As for the supporting factors of implementing school-based management in SMP Negeri 13 Sarolangun, among others: the existence of a partnership between the school principal by all of the partieswho are in the school, a large Fund of support which can be technically or conceptually so that the implementation of school-based management reflect the democratization of education. PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. INTI INDO SAWIT SUBUR DESA BULIAN JAYA KECAMATAN MARO SEBO ILIR KABUPATEN BATANG HARI Etty Siswati

The purpose of this study was to determine .Partially Effect of work environment to employees performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari . Partially Effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Simultaneously the influence of the working environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and tools using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results showed that partially (1) work environment (X1) has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. By using t test showed tcount 3,011 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. (2) work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Based on the t test results showed the value of tcount 3,316 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. Then simultaneously by using F test showed that the value of fcount = 15:13 > ftable = 2.76. So that the working environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari.Key word: Work environment, Work discipline, Employees performance PT. The quality of life of the elderly will be preserved through physical activity or sport, because exercise becomes a very physiological stimulus involving all body systems. Proper physical activity and routine for the elderly will be very beneficial for both physical and psychological. Hatha yoga is believed to be an alternative non-pharmacological treatment in lowering blood pressure and some other diseases caused by vascular and metabolic disorders. Therefore with this research is expected to produce a preliminary assessment of how adaptation physiology of the cardiovascular system lungs in elderly against the practice of hatha yoga that is based on facts obtained, able to provide an understanding of the efforts to improve the quality of life of the elderly through physical activity. Methode of research is experimental research design quasi-experimental (Quasi experiment Design) without a control group with the approach of one group pretest-posttest. The sample in this research is the elderly who suffer from hypertension or high blood pressure are a total of 11 people who exercise hatha yoga for 12 weeks on a regular basis with the frequency of exercise three times a week. The results of this study showed changes significant reductions in blood pressure systole and blood pressure diastole in the elderly before and after the practice of hatha yoga, There are changes significant reduction average between Heartbeat elderly before and after the practice of hatha yoga, There is a changes a significant increase on average between frequency of breath just before and after the practice of hatha yoga. The suggestions: Yoga exercises are done in routine can be one of the non-pharmacological therapy in reducing the state hemodynamics mainly on the blood pressure of elderly who suffer from hypertension and the need to do more research on the examination system of immunology and more of the elderly against the practice of hatha yoga, accompanied by a review of the sport in elderly with control and treatment groups in order to obtain more in-depth resultsKeywords: adaptation, exercise, hatha yoga, elderly

Mandated in the local government law as stipulated in Article 354, that opened space for public participation in the implementation of local government for the realization of a good government. In this paper will be described how the importance of community participation in theory view and how the implementation of community participation, especially in the discussion and determination of regional expenditure budget in Jambi province. It is concluded that theoretically, community participation has an important influence in the formation of a rule of law. The importance of this participation is due to the mixing of political interests in local government. So the law or rules produced will bring the public interest, not a certain political pressure. In the discussion and stipulation of the regional expenditure budget on the legislative council, although it has been regulated by Act No 23 of 2014, and in the DPRD Code of Conduct, it has not yet been optimally implemented. Because the participation of the community is done only limited listening without any initiative to request ideas, suggestions or anspirasi community leaders presented at the hearing with opinions. It is therefore recommended that further regulation be established on the mechanism of implementation of community participation in the establishment of every legal product in the region. So it has a groove and procedures and legal umbrella that has legal certainty.Keyword: Participate of citizen in law making process

The purpose of this study was to look economic sectors that became the base sector and to look friction economic sectors in Tanjung Jabung Timur District. The method used Location Quotient analysis and shift share analysis. The data used Gross Regional Domestic Product. The results showed that base sector was mining and digging sectors, while for friction, mining sector has the highest Pnij value, then the highest Ppij or industry mix was trading, hotel and restaurant. Then, PPWij or competitive superiority was agriculture sector. The next, the highest Dij or change or enhancement during analisys period was agriculture sector. The policy implication of this research was develop the economic sector based on job creation. Hopefully, it will be able to absorb the workforce and increase the income of the society, whose the end purpose was the achievement of the society welfare.Keywords: Base sector, competitive superiority, friction sector, Society welfare

Quality of life research focused to the aspects of physical and psychological health. The research goal were to know the description of the quality of life of elderly in PSTW Budi Luhur and Paal V Village of Jambi City in 2016. This research design is quantitative descriptive research. The number of samples in the study were 20 subjects each elderly PSTW Budi Luhur and Paal V Village of Jambi city, elected by Proportional Random Sampling. Data collected by using the questionnaire of the WHOQOL. Data analysed as in an univariate and presented in the form of frequencies distribution and narration in tekstuler. The results shown that the quality of life of elderly have the same percentages which as many as 9 (45%) were good and 11 (55%) were poor quality of life of elderly in PSTW Budi Luhur has and also in Paal V Village. PSTW Management supposed to enhancer activities of daily living and social and more religious activities such as personal hygiene and places sircumstance, exercises and religious on a regular basis. The data in the research is the secondary data with quantitative method namely, the total of poverty resident, economic growth, shopping data regency/city in Jambi province in 2010-2013 by using panel data. The result of research indicated that as parcial economic growth (PER) and index human building (IPM) influence positive regarding poverty (Y) while direct shopping (BL) influence positive regarding poverty (Y). this thing look like claimed statistic –t value for variable PER (B1) which the value bigger from t-prob (-2,267347>0,0288), it means H0 refused H1 accepted. This thing indicated that economic growth (PER) as long period 2010-2013 influenced significant regarding poverty regency / city in Jambi province. For statistic –t value for variable index human building IPM (B2) claimed the value which bigger from T-prob (1,490156<0,1440), it means H0 accepted H1 refused. This indicated that IPM influence nothing significant regarding development or rising poverty regency / city in Jambi province. However, as simultaneous for economic growth (PER) and index human building (IPM) and direct shopping (BL) influence significant poverty development (Y) regency/city in Jambi province. In the current era of globalization, requires improving the quality of human resources, in particular for government officials in providing services to the public. Many attempts were made by the government and the community to improve the situation. But the performance of the civil service is still cause for concern. Well as civil servants, motivation and discipline are the factors that important role in achieving business goals of an organization. This study aims to determine partially the effect of motivation and discipline on the performance and simultaneously the influence of motivation and discipline on the performance of the Directorate General of Land Transportation Ministry of Transportation. The independent variables are motivation and discipline, the dependent variable is the performance. The research method uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire based on Likert scale. The sampling method is done randomly. This study population of 60 people and all of the population being sampled (saturated sample). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis it can be concluded there is a significant and positive impact partially between motivation on the performance, and there is a positive and significant effect partially between discipline on performance. F Test results support the hypothesis that motivation and discipline simultaneous effect on the performance by 72.3 percent. Other factors that can affect the performance that not yet be studied in this research , recommended for further research.Keywords: motivation, discipline, employees’ performance

The Background of this researches are to know the development of working capital and operating profit in the automotive industry in 2010-2014 and to measure the impact of Net Working Capital to Operating Profit in the automotive industry the period 2010-2014. Net Working Capital is an analysis of the interrelations between the current assets by current liabilities. Working capital is also called short-term financial management. In a broad perspective, the short-term financial management is the company's efforts to make adjustments to changes in short-term finance; Companies must respond quickly and effectively, operating income is a measure of corporate profits derived from operating activities are still ongoing. The automotive industry is to design, develop, produce, market, and sell the world.In motor vehicles in 2007, more than 73 million motor vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles manufactured worldwide, In the automotive industry, there are 18 companies consisting of: PT. Astra International Tbk, PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk, PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk, PT. Elephants tungglm PT. Indomobil Sukses International, PT. Indospring Tbk, PT. The research using descriptive method and uses a simple linear analysis using SPSS 23.0.
