<![CDATA[Management Information System is a computer-based system to process patient medical data and administrative data owned by the hospital. Based on the initial survey conducted in the field, all facilities and infrastructure supporting the use of SIMRS have not been fulfilled, such as computers, networks that have not been connected to all parts of the SIM RS installation. Residency method is qualitative using USG and Fishbone method. Informants in the residency amounted to 2 people with the subject of 1 person being the Head of the SIM Installation of the Hospital and 1 staff of the SIM Hospital. The results of the identification of the problem found that the facilities and infrastructure to support the use of the SIM Hospital were not yet optimal, the SPO in the SIM RS installation was not yet optimal, the implementation of tasks was not yet optimal in accordance with the organizational structure, the vision and mission of the SIM RS installation was still joined to the Vision and Mission of the Dumai City Hospital. The priority of the problem is that the facilities and infrastructure to support the use of the SIM Hospital are not met with a total score of 13. Recommendations It is hoped that an assessment of the Vision and Mission of the SIM Hospital should be made separately so that the objectives to be achieved from SIM installation, pay attention to infrastructure such as computers and internet networks for implementation. SIM RS which is integrated into all units, further clarifies the main tasks and functions of the RS SIM Installation, providing training related to the management of the RS SIM for HR in the SIM Hospital Installation.]]>

<![CDATA[This examination is persuaded by the ineffectiveness of the ticketing process using a ticket blank by the Ditlantas officer unit of the Polda Metro Jaya in tackling traffic violators. For this reason, the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate uses a new program issued by the National Police Korlantas, namely E-tickets. This e-ticket program has been operating since December 16, 2016. However, in the implementation of the ticketing process using e-tickets, it is still not optimal and not as expected. Hence, a review was directed that aims to determine the description of the use of e-tlang by Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya officers, the factors that hinder the application of e-tickets. This exploration was directed utilizing a subjective methodology utilizing illustrative examination strategies, as well as information assortment procedures by interviewing, observing and reviewing documents. The aftereffects of the investigation discovered that the utilization of e-tickets was still not ideal. This is because of a few variables, to be specific 1) Legal Substance Factors 2) Law Enforcement Factors. 3) Factors of Facilities or Facilities. 4) Factors of Community Legal Culture. 5) Natural or Environmental Factors. In light of the aftereffects of the examination above, it very well may be presumed that the utilization of e-tickets by Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya officers has not been effective. <![CDATA[Typhoid fever is an infection of the digestive tract caused by Salmonella typhi (Eberthella typhosa) results in inflammation of the small intestine and the lumen of the digestive tract. Ceftriaxone antibiotic treatment costs for hospitalized typhoid illness patients in 2020 were the focus of this investigation. A cross-sectional strategy was used in the study design, which was based on the collecting of medical records and funding records. From October 2021 to December 2021, the trial was conducted at Hospital X. A sample of typhoid patients admitted to the inpatient ward of Hospital X, with BPJS payment status, was used for this study's data collection. For typhoid patients at Jombang Regency X Hospital, the average cost of ceftriaxone antibiotics totaled IDR 1,502,796 per patient.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological developments in the current era provide many conveniences and benefits for various agencies, including educational institutions. Teachers as one part of educational institutions really need to take advantage of technological developments as a means or media in teaching so that learning does not seem boring. In fact there are many teachers who often focus on books oriented. This causes the students’ learning process to be not optimal, especially in learning foreign languages such as English. Of course, if learning only focuses on books, it will make students feel bored and lazy to learn English. Vocabulary as one of the important aspects in English cannot be taught with books alone, because in learning it requires interesting media to be able to make students more enjoy and interested in learning vocabulary. Based on this, this study aims to determine whether using pictures as learning can improve the vocabulary of students. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The research subject is class VII with the research instrument is a test. In analyzing the data, in this study the mean score formula was implemented. The results showed that picture as a learning medium greatly affects student learning outcomes in terms of vocabulary. Where, there was a significant increase in students' vocabulary after using pictures as treatment. Picture itself makes students more enthusiastic in learning because the pictures used attract students' attention. Finally, this research also explains the potentials that can be used or developed in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Identification is an important examination in determining a person's identity in forensic anthropology. One of the parameters that can be used to determine a person's biological profile is height. Estimation of height based on the length of the femur is the most widely used method, because it has a significant correlation coefficient value to height. The purpose of this study was to determine the estimation of height based on the length of the femur in the Bugis. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach to 40 students of the Faculty of Medicine UMI who are Bugis ethnicity with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by using Pearson correlation test and simple linear regression test. The results obtained that the mean height of the male is 171.42 ± 5.63, the female is 153.91 ± 6.18, the mean length of the right femur for the male is 44.54 ± 3.20 and the left is 44.32 ± 3.19, while the length of the left femur for women is 37.15 ± 3.12, and the right is 37.18 ± 3.05. With Pearson correlation analysis, obtained r value between 0.828 and 0.928 which indicates a significant correlation. The regression formula obtained between the length of the left femur and height in men is Height = 100,627 + 1,597 x (Left Femur for Men), while for the right femur, Height = 98,772 + 1,631 x (Right Femur for Men). The regression formula for the length of the female left femur and height is Height = 92.891+1.643 x (Female Left Femur) while the length of the female right femur is Height = 88.528+1.758 (Female Right Femur). This formula can be used on the Bugis. Height can be estimated by measuring the length of the femur using a linear regression equation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the implementation of the Village Fund Program and the cause of the delay in Disbursement of the fund in 2021 in Musi Rawas. The Village Community Empowerment Service (DPMD) was investigated along with The Government Finance and Asset Management Office. The research method is descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collected by conducting interviews and collecting documentation. The results reveal that the delay in disbursement was caused by some factors such as administration, system, and human resources.]]>

<![CDATA[The occurrence of a crisis situation caused by COVID-19 forces the head of the room to adjust its leadership to the conditions of the preparation, implementation, and evaluation during the COVID-19 crisis situation so that it can run the survival of an inpatient room. This study aims to determine the "Factors Related Leadership Leadership With Indoor Leadership Management of COVID-19 Crisis In Padang City Hospital 2022". This type of the research is Crossectional study. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang and RSI Ibnu Sina Padang. With the sample of 183 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used questionnaires with univariat and bivariat analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that the personal characteristics of the leader in the good category are 51.4%, the factor of led group in the poor category of 51.4% and the category situation factor is 51.4%. From the results of the Chi Square test were obtained by all p _ value <0.05, there is a relationship between personal characteristics of leader with crisis management stage, the relationship between led group by the stage of crisis management, and the relationship between situation factors and the management stage. With the conclusion that there is a relationship between each factor studied by indoor leadership in the management of the COVID-19 crisis situation. The expected advice for hospitals can provide communication training and caring behavior the spatial leadership to face of the crisis so that it can improve nurse performance in providing nursing care. ]]>

<![CDATA[In the current era of BPJS, the role and existence of type D hospitals is absolutely necessary, especially in a tiered referral system for BPJS participants. This study aims to identify the readiness of human resources (HR), administration and management of the development of the XXX pratama clinic into the D Pratama General Hospital (RSU). This study uses qualitative methods with operational research. Using analysis of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study found that the XXX Pratama Clinic had started preparations for RSU D Pratama by completing the human resources according to the minimum requirements for operating RSU D Pratama. Administration and management readiness is up to standard. XXX pratama clinic to RSU D Pratama must complete human resources including at least 2 basic specialist doctors, the number of nurses is adjusted to the number of beds, pharmacists, radiographers, and analysts.]]>

<![CDATA[The Government of Indonesia through The Financial Services Authority (Orotitas Jasa Keuangan-OJK) has encouraged public companies to report performance related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities as part of supporting the achievement of sustainable finance in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is a long-term impact on sustainability performance which is represented in firm value. This research is a literature review research sourced from scientific journal articles that are adapted to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that the impact of sustainability performance needs to be investigated further because the results of previous studies showed inconclusive results. Even so, ESG performance should be a good signal because the company has considered other aspects besides short-term profits. ESG performance reporting policies required by OJK need to be balanced with a strong legal environment and proper supervision. This will improve the quality of information received by users of financial statements that can be reflected in the value of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[There are more and more cases of sexual harassment crimes in Indonesia, not only among teenagers but also young children who are the targets of sexual crimes. What happened made the government issue a law as a preventive measure to reduce the level of sexual violence against children, namely Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection with the aim of "Effectiveness of Using Animated Video Media on Knowledge of Prevention of Sexual Harassment in Early Childhood in Aisyiyah Kindergarten" . The introduction of sex knowledge education in early childhood must of course be conveyed in an attractive and effective media. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to examine the condition of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument. The data collection technique was done by triangulation (combined). This type of research is case studies, which are qualitative studies in which researchers conduct in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, against one or more people. The results of this study where according to Informant I and Informant II animated videos are very effective in providing information to increase knowledge to early childhood about sexual harassment.]]>
