Pregnant gymnastics is a movement excercise therapy for pergnant women. This therapy is aimed at preparing women physically as well as mentally for quic, safe and spon tenous delivery, Research in PUSKESMAS of Rawasari of Jambi City shows that women’s picture of pregnant gymnastics is 59 %, their knowledge 71,7 % and their attitude 61,55%. Despite the fact that many women do not prctice pregnant gymnastics, PUSKESMAS functionaries keep educating them about the importance of pregnant gymnastics for baby delivery process. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of leadership and disciplinary sanctions against employment of employees at PT. Mega Finance branch Muara Bulian . The analytical method used is quantitative tool which uses linear regression analysis . significant variables influence the leadership (X1) and Sanctions Work as an independ- ent variable, and Employee Discipline (Y) as the dependent variable done t test and test F. Results of hypothesis testing on Leadership variables influence the Employee Discipline that amounted to 10 531 t count > t table of numbers and figures a significance of 1.67866 (Sig) 0000 <) 0.05 (5%) with this it can beaon the level of significance seen that this leadership has influence on Employee Discipline. Results of testing hypotheses on variables sanctions work against Discipline Employee that the value t count equal to 3,605 and the significant level of 5% was obtained t table 1.67866 this case we can see that the value t calculate equal to 3,605> of the numbers t table 1.67866 and figures significance of (Sig ) 0001 <) 0.05 (5%) with this itaon the level of significance ( can be seen that the sanctions this work has an influence on Employee Discipline. Results of testing the hypothesis on the variables of leadership and disciplinary sanctions against employees' job directing that the value of F obtained F count with a significance level of 70 074 (0.000 < 0.05). F value table at 3.19 this means that F count (70 074 )> F table (3.1) thus ditolaktinya Ho and Ha accepted, meaning that leadership (X1) and Sanctions work (X2) has positive effect simultaneously or together Employee Discipline against the PT. Mega Finance branch Muarabulian Batang regency.Adjusted R Square generated at 0.738. So we can conclude percentage Leadership influence and Sanctions Against Public Employee Discipline in PT. Mega Finance Branch Muarabulian by 73.8% and 26.2% influenced other variables that are not researched in this study. Keyword: Leadership, Work Sanctions. Discipline Employee at PT. This experiment aims to determine the effect of the combination of palm oil waste residue / Palm Kernel Meal (PKM) and pulp out as a growth medium for the cultivation and production of maggot (Hermetia illucens) which can be used as an alternative to fish feed. Media culture is a combination of material experiments 4 kg PKM (100%) and pulp out (0%) treatment A, 3 kg PKM (75%) and 1 kg pulp out (25%) treatment B, 2 kg PKM (50%) and 2 kg of pulp out (50%) treatment C, and 1 kg of PKM (25%) and 3 kg of pulp out (75%) treated D. All of these treatments using a container closed the outdoors. Each container treatment added as much as 5.2 liters of fresh water, then stirred evenly. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and LSD test.The results of the analysis of the experiment 21 days for growth are not significantly different (P <0.05). The average value of the best treatment in A (weight 0.18 ± 0.68 g/individul and length 17.26 ± 1.06 mm), followed by treatment B. (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and length of 17.07 ± 1.06 mm), C (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and 17.04 ± 1.06 mm of length) and the lowest in the D (0.16 ± 0.68 g/individual and 16.98 ± 1.06 mm). While the yield significantly different (P <0.05), the best biomass production of 1.66 ± 0.1/kg for A, in the lowest treatment 0.57±0.13/kg inD.Keywords: organic materials and cultivation maggot

The purpose of this study is to analyze and demonstrate empirically on Effect of Budget and Budgetary Control Quality Organizational Effectiveness Against Government within the City of Edinburgh both partial as well . Techniques or methods used in collecting the data in the study with the technique or method of purposive random sampling ( purposive sampling / Judgement ) conducted by survey method by distributing research instruments / questionnaires to respondents from 39 on education in the workplace Jambi City Government 195 total questionnaires respondents . Distribution of 195 questionnaires , 163 were returned , which can not be processed 32 , and the data that can be processed is 158 questionnaire . Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the description of the results is that the partial hypothesis testing ( t-test ) showed that the partial hypothesis 1.1 which states that the quality of the budget significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations and the provincial city hypothesis stating 1.2 budgetary control to significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations Jambi city is evidenced by the t-test value at α 0.05 is above 1,725 t count on the quality of the budget and budget control 6.195 6.670 . Simultaneous testing ( Test - F ) , i hypothesis 2 which states that the quality of budget and budgetary control to significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations Jambi city was evident with the calculated value of F - test results on the α - F 3.14 0.05 above that 163.627 . The role of the quality of budget and budgetary control that influence organizational effectiveness in the provincial city administration has been shown by the evidence that the factors contained in the variable quality of budget and budgetary control is able to significantly positively encourage the creation of organizational effectiveness .Keyword : Quality Budget, Budgetary Control and Organizational Effectiveness.

Compressive strength of concrete states the quality of a structure. Flexural compressive strength is related to the bending of a beam element as a result of the transverse load. Flexural compressive strength test was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering University of Batanghari. The test method is to use two of loading points such that the third of the middle stretch of only receiving bending moment. The use of chemical additive, Sikament-NN, varying aims to see its influence on the resulting flexural strength.Results showed that the addition of Sikament-NN variation 0.5%, 1% and 1.5%, is obtained that the addition of Sikament-NN by 1% to the value of compressive strength and flexural strength are optimal.Â Â Â Keywords: concrete, strong, pliable material added.

This study aim to : 1) producing the teaching material in the form of educational games visual tool for early childhood education using PowerPoint program application; 2) knowing the feasibility of the product is considered an expert media and content and 3) evaluate the response of teacher and observing children's behavior related to the use of media in a small group trial.Type of research is the study of research and development (R & D),which adopted the ADDIE model. The instrument used was a questionnaire for the validation assessment and aobservation sheet to observe the child's attitude.The results of the study show that: 1) Research ADDIE model adopted consists of 5 stages of development: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation; 2) scores of media quality assessment results in the review of the validation material is 4.4 with the criteria very well and validation assessment score of 3.92 with the media interesting criteria; 3) based on the response of teachers, otherwise the product is very good and interesting with the acquisition of a score of 4 and eligibility percentage of 96%. Based on the observation sheet in small group trial in the child's attitude is very good use of the media to gain a score of 86 %.Keyword : Development, Educative Game Tool, Microsoft Powerpoint.

This research entitled “Influence of Training Upon Productivity of Government Teachers in SMPN 15 Kota Jambi”. Objectives of this research are to know the training activity, and productivity of the teachers. Survei was used as method of this research. The data was collected by using questioner which given to every government teachers. For analizing data, verificative method was used to proof that training influence upon productivity of the teachers. Influence of training upon the teachers productivity were analized by means of simple regression. The result of this research shows that according to the teachers training activity and productivity of the government teachers in SMPN 15 were good. Moreover, training have influence significantly upon the teacher productivity.Keywords : Training, productivity and teacher

Higher Education is a quality university that is able to carry out his duty to improve the quality, roles and responsibilities in education so that universities not only is the container for the print title only undergraduate, but a container to produce graduates who are able to master and apply the disciplines acquired. In essence University of Batanghari was established to develop and nurture science and technology as well as a part of the body in an attempt to complete the formation of the Indonesian people, because it is a system of education tailored to the real needs of the development of Indonesia. The question is how much influence the product, price, place, promotion set by the University of Batanghari the student's decision in choosing the University of Batang, and where the factor of the variable product, price, place and promotion are the most influencing prospective students choose Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari.The study results revealed that the pricing strategy for the product, price, place and promotion that has been established by the University of Batang greatly affect the prospective student choose the Faculty of Economics and when examined separately, the biggest variable affecting the decision of selecting students of the Faculty of Economics is a variable product, then other variables influence is a variable and variable promotion. As for the price variable is not significant to the decision of the students chose Faculty of Economics University of Batanghari.Keywords: product, price, place, promotion
