This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of Law Number 23 Year 2004 in the settlement of cases of domestic violence in the jurisdiction of Jambi City and explain the concept of reform Law No. 23 of 2004 in solving cases of domestic violence in the jurisdiction of the city of Jambi. This research uses "Juridical Empirical" method of studying the existing legislation and then connected with the implementation of Law Number 23 Year 2004 in the settlement of cases of domestic violence in the jurisdiction of Jambi City in the criminal justice system. The result of the research was obtained 1. Not yet effective Law Number 23 Year 2004 in the settlement of cases of domestic violence in jambi city law is influenced by law enforcement factors that is the benchmark of legal effectiveness is The existence of weaknesses in Law Number 23 Year 2004, Lack of understanding and lack of coordination between institutions that are obliged to provide services to victims of Domestic Violence, Lack of safe and convenient facilities for victims to tell the psychological trauma experienced so that from various explanations of the victims to be input to law enforcement, Still an opinion that assumes Domestic Violence is a non-criminal family affair that can be resolved by law. 2. The concept of renewal of Law Number 23 Year 2004 in resolving cases of domestic violence in the jurisdiction of the City of Jambi namely a. amendment of Law Number 23 Year 2004 with regard to the relationship of roles and responsibilities of the State in facing the domestic violence problem between husband and wife in Indonesia as well as the interests of the people around the victims, especially the children of the marriage and still accommodate the difference religious law that applies to every adherent and socio-cultural values of society; b. The need of the victim (perspective) perspective in solving the problem of Domestic Violence is that the victim is placed as the main actor not as a complement which is only confessed. c. the existence of structural alignment in each subsystem of criminal justice system that is Police, Prosecutor, Courts and Penitentiary also in functional relationship in an integrated manner by considering the necessity and interest of victim by referring to gender fair values become the basis of effort of fostering of Criminal Justice System gender equality. Recommendations submitted are 1. To hasten the amendment (amendment) of Law Number 23 Year 2004; 2. To immediately implement a gender justice criminal justice system in providing protection and enforcement of human rights, gender equity and justice, protection of victims, non-discrimination principle; 3. an increase in the number of law enforcement officers ranging from police, prosecutors, judges, lawyers who have gender equality principles as well as to prisons in fostering perpetrators in prisons; 4. improving the quality of law enforcers through gender-based seminars, gender-based exercises, to obtain the desired impression of law enforcement through the criminal justice system as a forum for obtaining justice and legal certainty.Keywords: Effectiveness of Law Number 23 Year 2004, Domestic Violence, The Concept of Renewal

Trafficking of minors is a legal issue that requires serious attention. Despite efforts to prevent crime prevention has been done, but had not been optimal to prevent and suppress crime rate is getting smaller, the opposite case is revealed through the data it can be seen that the crime rate is getting higher every year. Prevention efforts through policies without the support of specific regulations governing the trafficking of minors has shown that the legal issues in this area is handled in a way that is not serious. This research aims to test the influence of macroeconomic indicators of Indonesia, namely inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, the money supply (M2), and interest rates of deposits against the composite stock price index (JCI) at the Indonesia stock exchange. Research period used is from 1995 up to 2015. The object in this study is the composite stock price index on the Indonesia stock exchange. The data used are secondary data. Methods of data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05.The results of this research show that: (a) the negative effect of inflation against the composite stock price Index (JCI) but does not have significant influence; (b) the interest rate has a positive influence against the composite stock price Index and has significant influence; (c) exchange rate against the US Dollar had a negative effect against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index; (d) the amount of money in circulation has a positive influence against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index; 1 month Deposit and have a negative effect against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index.Key words: inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, money supply, 1 month deposit, the composite stock price index

Based on data obtained from the Health Department in 2013 Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang is a health center that is not implemented and Program Planning and delivery Complication Prevention (P4K). It is known that high-risk pregnant women in PHC Tanjung Pinang and 284 pregnant women who had been referred to as many as 42 people with a variety of complications of hypertension, Haemoglobine <10 g%, a history of caesarean section and other complications. Planning labor is needed in the face of labor to prevent complications that would affect the safety of mothers and babies so that mothers do not experience delays and can get the appropriate services and timely.This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach undertaken in Tanjung Pinang of Jambi. The population in this study were pregnant women in antenatal check from January to June 2014 were residing in Tanjung Pinang as 158 people. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling with a sample of 60 people. This research was conducted in August 2014 using a questionnaire.The data in this study were analyzed by univariate.Results of the 60 respondents, that 50 (83.3%) of respondents have the knowledge of good, and 26 (43.3%) of respondents have the good perception of the Programme Planning and Delivery Complications Prevention (P4K). It is expected that the cooperation between the institutions involved in the implementation of Program Planning and Delivery Complications Prevention (P4K) for PHC Tanjung Pinang in order to carry back and Program Planning and delivery Complications prevention (P4K) for pregnant women working in the region as well as provide knowledge and counseling to pregnant women about the importance of preparation for childbirth, especially transportation and prospective blood donors.Keyword : pregnant women, childbirth, prevention of complications

Heightened competition is going on between universities both domestically and abroad, in the end each of the universities compete to provide maximum service in accordance with the needs of its customers, the customer in question here are students, the University of Batanghari as service providers Education regard, it is necessary to think about student satisfaction, because the presence of satisfaction or dissatisfaction that occurs can be used as a benchmark on the success of the University of Batanghari in marketing education. Therefore, it is necessary to study how far the relationship between variables in meeting the needs of students, which in terms of education (teaching) and the Bureau of Academic Administration.Faculty who made the object of research is the Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari in the Economic Studies Program Development and Management Program S1. Results showed variable master lecturer with good teaching material having a high mean value in the Faculty of Economics. There are differences in the variable lecturers present at every lecture schedule, and curriculum used in accordance with the needs of the world of work have mean values were higher in S1 Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari.Key Word: student satisfaction

Fisheries sub-sector is one of the potential of marine resources and fisheries that have contributed significantly to the Indonesian economy . West Tanjung Jabung area has the potential of fishing is big enough that extends from West Tanjung Jabung border to the border with the province of Riau , with the potential for marine waters in 2010 reached 21,497.7 tons . The purpose of this study was to determine : 1 ) . Magnitude of fishermen household income , 2 ) . Magnitude of the contribution of fishing effort in meeting the needs of fishermen households , 3 ) . Magnitude Exchange Fishermen ( NTN ) , and 4 ) . Fishermen welfare level . The sampling technique used was a randomized ( random sampling ) with a total sample of 245 households of fishermen or of ± 26 % of total revenues of venture populasiUntuk analyze fisheries used the formula : TR = Q x P , analyzing profit : π = TR - TC , analyze revenue contribution : Kp = Pp / Prt x 100 % , then to analyze the exchange rate Fishermen : NTN = Yt / Et and analyze Fishermen Exchange Index : INTN = ( IYT / IET ) x 100 % .The results showed that , the average amount per month of income to fishing in West Tanjung Jabung Rp.6.007.385 , 00 , gross income from non-operating fishing Rp.122.816 , 33 . Total household income of fishermen Rp.6.130.201 , 33 . Contribution to fishing on total household income of fishermen in West Tanjung Jabung amounting Rp.6.007.385 , 00 or 98.00 % , the remaining Rp . 122,816.33 or 2.00 % comes from non to fishing. Exchange fishermen in West Tanjung Jabung during the period August-September 2013, the total household income of fishermen is at 1.72 and the exchange rate of the income of fishermen to fishing at 2.34 , indicating that households are concerned fishermen have welfare level sufficient to meet the primary needs of life and has the potential to consume non primary needs or to save money, either from the family or of the total revenue receipts to fishing.Keywords: NTN, INTN, Contribution

The title of this research is Analyze the Effect of Independence, Objectivity, Integrity, Competence, Work Experience and Professional Skepticism Towards the Quality of Examination Results in Jambi Province Environmental Inspectorate. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Independence, Objectivity, Integrity, Competence, Work Experience and Professional Skepticism towards the quality of examination results in Jambi Province Environmental Inspectorate simultaneously or partially. This research is a descriptive survey of the Office of the Jambi Provincial Inspectorate checks throughout the county and municipalities on SKPD in Jambi. Data is collected by field and library research . The time horizon used is cross section. The number of respondents that auditors and supervisors as much as 59 people. The data analysis to test the hypothesis is using multiple regression analysis by SPSS program .The result of this research shows that the Independence, Objectivity, Integrity, Competence, Work Experience and Professional Skepticism have significant effect towards the qua lity of examination results. Objectivity, Integrity, Competence, Work Experience and Professional Skepticism partially significant effect on the quality of inspec tion results, but independence only partially not significant effect.Keywords: Independence, skepticism and the quality

The development is the product of the process of biological, cognitive, and sosioemosional, which are often intertwined. Development of the period include infants, children of early, middle and late, teen, and adult beginning. Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development of children which involves important processes: schemes, assimilation, accommodation, organization, ekuilibrasi. In theory, of cognitive development occurs in the sequence of the four stages, namely remote motor (from birth up to the age of 2 years), pre-operational (3-7 years), concrete operational (7-11 years), and formal operational (11-15 years). At each stage of the qualitative progress. On the other hand, Lev Vygotsky suggested theories about the development of cognitive. Vygotsky stressed that cognitive skills need to be interpreted in developmental,mediated by language, and have the origins of social relations and culture. Theory of cognitive development Bruner stated a person characterized by increasing variation in the response to the stimulus. Where a person's cognitive development evolved from the enaktif to the iconic stage and ultimately to the symbolic. Related to this, Chomsky stated that the language was a form of communication, whether it be oral,written or sign, which is based on a system of symbols. Biologically, the children prepared to learn a language when they interact with their environment. Tofu factory in the district Dendang factory on an industrial scale is generally managed the household. In one day this factory uses raw materials such as soybeans (Grylin Spp) of 50 kg and the results obtained only marketed around the District Dendang. The volume of waste generated over 2.25 to 5 m³ / day. Mr. Ahmad Yamin’s tofu factory is one of the largest factories in the district Dendang, Tanjung Jabung Timur has characteristics of pH wastewater, TSS, NH3-N, BOD, COD, NO3, NO2, sequence 5, 34, 329 mg / l, 03:49 mg / l, 581 mg / l, 1228 mg / l, 1.3629 mg / l, 1.3771 mg / l. Some wastewater parameters have been tested exceed the quality standards appropriate to KEPMENLH NO 51, 1995. Generally, the wastewater can pollute the environment out either physically, chemically and biologically. It is necessary to develop wastewater treatment technologies that are simple, low cost, easy operation and has a high processing efficiency of pollutants. One alternative biofilter wastewater using anaerobic aerobic reactor is developed with the principles of microbial growth and attached to the filter media and form a layer biofilm. Data collection methods used are field surveys, documentation, literature review and alaisis laboratory to determine the characteristics of water limbah.Hasil waste discharge planning calculation for 25 (twenty five) years is 38.18 m3 / dayKey word : Liquid Waste Know, anaerobic-aerobic biofilter.
