This study purposed to investigate the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions by employer speedy Telanaipura internet cafe in the district of Jambi. Samples in this study in the set with a survey method. Internet Cafe so set 30 as the study sample. The value of adjusted R Square is equal to 0.338 or 33.8%. This shows that the independent variables explained the dependent variable of 33.8% while the remaining 66.2% is explained by other variables not included in the model. F test showed that variables simultaneously technical, functional and corporate image significantly influence purchasing decisions. While the t test results showed that the variable corporate image significantly influence purchasing decisions, while technical and functional variables partially no significant effect on the capital structure.

Economic growth in Central Java Province is the lowest when compared to other provinces in Java. This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign direct investments, domestic direct investment and capital expenditure on economic growth in Central Java Province. This study uses secondary data from 35 regencies / cities in Central Java Province with a period of 2013-2018. The research method uses multiple line regressions with eviews application. The results showed that foreign direct investments and capital expenditure have a positive and significant effect on economic growth and domestic direct investment have a positive and not significant effect on economic growth in Central Java Province. The implication in this study is that region governments must increase investment from abroad and use capital expenditure effective and efficient in order to encourage economic growth.

Public perceptions of the performance of the employees of the Pineleng Sub-District Office in the City of Minahasa were positive efforts from the people in Pineleng's sub-district to improve the services of the apartement of the Pineleng District Office. This study aims to (1) Describe the public perception of the quality of service in the office of the Pineleng District of Minahasa City in carrying out tasks in serving the community. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study stated that public perception of the organizational performance of the Pineleng Sub-District Office in Minahasa City for leadership was appreciated both because of the discipline shown by the leadership in the office. In the quality of service to the community is not optimal because: (1) Often found employees leave the place during service hours, (2) Employees are not quick to respond to the needs and suggestions given by the community.

The biggest source of state income comes from taxes. So the Indonesian government continues to strive to improve tax revenue optimization measures to maximize revenue from the tax sector. But until now many citizens still consider tax as a burden. The company or entity still considers tax as an expense that will reduce the company's net profit. Taxpayers will tend to look for ways to reduce the tax they pay, both legally and illegally, one of which is the practice of tax avoidance Tax avoidance is a complex and unique problem because on one hand tax avoidance does not violate the law, on the other hand tax avoidance is not wanted by the government because it reduces income for the country. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, the proportion of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and company size, on tax avoidance. The population of this research is the entire manufacturing company registered in indonesia stock exchange (BEI ) 2014-2018 during the period.A method of sampling nonprobability using methods with techniques of sampling purposive sampling .The technique of analysis of data using the test is the classic normality, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas test, and autokorelasi test. Testing the hypothesis of the use of regression analysis double. The results of the study show that there is an influence between profitability and the proportion of independent commissioners on tax avoidance, while the variable leverage, institutional ownership and firm size do not show an influence on tax avoidance.

Faktor Pemicu Kecemasan Siswa dalam Melakukan Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dwi Hardani Oktawirawan

Students in Indonesia conduct online learning from home in an effort to socially distancing during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the triggers of anxiety experienced by students and the efforts made to overcome these anxieties. This study involved 74 informants who were high school students in Indonesia. Informants were asked to fill in open questions related to research topics through online forms. The results showed that the triggers for students' anxiety during online learning are difficulty understanding the material, difficulty working on assignments, the availability and condition of the internet network, technical obstacles, and concerns about subsequent assignments. The efforts made to overcome these anxieties are self-study, immediate work on assignments, discussion with teachers and friends, praying, self-encouraging, and doing other activities such as watching movies, listening to music, playing games, sleeping, eating, and doing sports.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management of the Provincial Government of Jambi. The analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios with research data in the form of secondary data derived from the Jambi Provincial Government Budget Realization Report for 2015-2019. Then the results of the study are given an assessment based on the criteria listed in the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 690,900,327 of 1996. The conclusion from the results of this study is that based on the calculation results obtained that during the last 5 years the level of efficiency of the regional financial management of the Jambi Provincial Government fluctuated with an average level of efficiency of 96.90% and in the criteria of less efficient, whereas for the level of effectiveness it was an average of 98.45% in the effective criteria, but in the last 2 years the effectiveness continues to increase in the highly effective criteria.

The study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, company size and leverage on the integrity of financial statements. Dependent variable in this study are integrity of financial statements while the independent variables used in this study are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, company size and leverage. This research is focused on mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2018. The selection of samples in this study used the purposive sampling method, this obtained a sample of 54 sample data from the mining companies population listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2018. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variable institutional ownership affect the integrity of financial statements, while the managerial ownership variables, company size and leverage do not affect the integrity of financial statements.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that attacks the lungs and other organs caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is one of the biggest contributors to death in the world. Various TB control efforts have been undertaken by the government but have not yet reached maximum results. In efforts to control TB, it takes the role of the family in caring for family members who suffer from TB. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on family behavior in TB prevention efforts in one district in West Sumatra. The sample of this study was the families of adult TB sufferers in Dharmasraya District who met the inclusion criteria of 30 people consisting of intervention and control groups. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence of health education on the family behavior of TB patients in efforts to overcome adult TB including pre-test knowledge (p value 0.044) and post test (p value 0.001), pre-test attitude (p value 0.325) and post test (p value 0.001 ), pre test (p value 0.348) and post test (p value 0.001). Health education can change family behavior in TB control efforts. It is hoped that further researchers will develop a family monitoring book for TB sufferers.

Determinan Kejadian Overweight pada Wanita Usia Subur di Kota Jambi M Dody Izhar

Overweight is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia that will affect the quality of health. Increased prevalence of obesity is identified as being more at risk in the group of women as they age. As for other determinants including the use of contraception, food intake that is not in accordance with needs, lack of activity and family history. This study aims to determine and identify preventive measures against risk factors that may be a determining factor for overweight in women of childbearing age. This study was an observational study using a cross sectional design. Sampling using a multistage random sampling technique with a sample size of 276 respondents in the Simpang Kawat Puskesmas Work Area in Jambi City in 2019, the study was conducted in August 2018-July 2019. Data were analyzed using the chi square test (α = 0.05). The results showed that the prevalence of obesity in women of childbearing age was 35.5%, poor diet (50.4%), heavy physical activity (81.9%), no family history of obesity (80.4%) and use hormonal contraception (60.9%). Based on comparative analysis, it is known that a significant factor with overweight is eating variable (p value = 0.019), while other factors are declared insignificant namely physical activity; both mild activity (p value = 0.596) and moderate (p value = 0.216), family history (p value = 0.126) and use of contraception; both hormonal (p value = 0.485) and non hormonal (p value = 0.505). The conclusion of this study is the determinant of the incidence of overweight in women of childbearing age caused by poor diet and is not influenced by physical activity, family history and use of contraception.

Pengaruh Latihan Range Of Motion terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Melakukan Activity Daily Living pada Penderita Pasca Stroke Vier Nofrel; Mamat Lukman; Citra Windani Mambang Sari

Stroke is a serious problem faced almost all over the world. The incidence of stroke varies between countries and places. Stroke ranks third largest in developed countries and is the third leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. The disability due to stroke is generally higher than the mortality rate, globally 15 million people have a stroke each year, one third die and the rest experience permanent disability. Restoration of motor functions as a supporter of body movements in post-stroke clients is very important. This is because more than 85% of clients who suffer stroke have upper limb dysfunction. This Literature Study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Range of Motion (ROM) exercises on improving the ability of motion or independence of Activity Daily Living (ADL) in post-stroke clients. This study uses the literature review method by analyzing the results of previous studies. Search for articles was conducted on August 19 to August 31, 2019 through Pro-quest, Pubmed and Science Direct databases using the keywords Activity Daily Living AND Range of Motion AND Post Stroke, then article selection based on criterion of inclusion was carried out critical appraisal so that the relevant articles amounted 14 articles. From a number of studies conducted by previous researchers, it was found that there was a significant effect of Range of Motion training on increasing the ability of the stroke client's range of motion. The Range of Motion training program is effective in increasing the ability of the client's range of motion after a stroke so that it will have an impact on increasing the ability of clients to do daily living activities.
