<![CDATA[Green space is an important component of city life that functions to maintain urban ecosystem. The presence of green space is increasingly pressed dueto the rapid rate of urbanization in Indonesia which has an impact on the increasing challenge of green space provisioning in urban area. One of the land that can be optimized as green space is degraded or abandoned landthat can be caused by various factors, one of which is natural disasters. BNI Tibang City Forest and BNI Trembesi City Park are green open space developed on abandoned land affected by the Tsunami disaster that struck Aceh in 2004. This study aims to examine the collaboration between government and non-government stakeholders in regenerating Tsunami affected land into green space area, consisting of BNI Tibang City Forest and BNI City Park. The result of the study showed that the regeneration of abandoned land into green space area in two study cases area has contributed respectively 6.75 hectares and 2.59 hectares. Besides, the study showed that a number of non-governmental stakeholders consisting of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the private sector, and the community were involved in the initiation, implementation and maintenance stages of the BNI Tibang City Forest and the BNI Trembesi City Park with the collaboration degree reaching the partnership between government and non-government stakeholders.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) on the company's financial performance. and differences in the company's financial performance when issuing ESOPs and not issuing ESOPs. The implementation of ESOP is proxied by the proportion of ESOP and the price of execution, the company's financial performance is proxied by ROE, NPM, and OPM. The research was conducted on companies listed on the IDX and have adopted the ESOP in 2012 to 2016. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. To test the effect of applying ESOP on performance. The results of this study indicate that the number of ESOP Provisions given has no effect on ROE, NPM, and OPM. ESOP execution prices affect the value of ROE and NPM but do not affect the value of OPM. There is no difference in the value of ROE, NPM, and OPM when the company issues ESOP and does not issue ESOP.]]>

<![CDATA[Most of the health workers are nursing staff, nursing profession demands high physical activity ranks second after industrial workers. Musculoskeletal disorders often occur in health workers, nurses have a higher risk of experiencing the disorder. Musculoskeletal disorders are disorders that occur in the muscles, bones, tendons, blood vessels, nervous system, and other soft tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of musculoskeletal disorders in nurses in General Hospital. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Research Methods: The method used in this research is descriptive. The number of samples in this study were 132 people. The sample selection in this study was the proportional random sampling method. The results showed that more than half (81.1%) nurses experienced musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders complained of body parts: shoulders 49.2%, neck and lower back 41.7%, and upper back 32.6%. It is expected that nurses can identify the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders due to work and immediately report to management for further prevention.]]>

<![CDATA[Patient safety is a vital matter of a hospital. Reports related to Patient Safety Incident (IKP) continue to increase from 2018 to 2019 in two hospitals namely Abdul Manap Hospital and Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi. The research aims to analyse the impact of the 4S-based clinical supervision clinic on patient safety implementation of nurse’s practiceat the Jambi Municipal public hospital in 2019. This type of research is quasy experiment with a pre-post approach test design with control group. A sample of implementing nurses amounted to 66 people. Sampling with proportional random sampling. There is a significant influence on the clinical 4S-based clinica lsupervision on the implementation of patient safety by the implementing nurses in the intervention group in the hospital of Raden Mattaher Jambi (0.012) and there is no influence on the application of safety of patients conducted by the implementing nurses in hospital Abdul Manap Jambi City (0.083). Hopefully, the hospital can make the 4S-based clinical supervision to be a routine activity that by making careful planning about the supervision activities performed so that supervision can work to objectives that have been determined.]]>

<![CDATA[Obesity is a condition where excessive accumulation of body fat tissue can cause serious health problems such as hypertension. Obesity and hypertension is a multifactorial disease. Imbalance between consumption of calories and energy needs stored in the form of fat which causes inactive fat tissue so that increased work heart load. As a result of obesity, sufferers tend to suffer from cardiovascular disease. Objective: To determine the relationship of obesity to hypertension in the work area of Sidomulyo Community Health Center. Method: This study is descriptive analytical, conducted on 92 respondents who had a Body Mass Index (BMI)> 23.0. In this study, researchers conducted observations regarding the physical shape of the respondents who came to the elderly polyclinic to check their health, the researcher then asked for approval whether the respondent was willing to be examined for height and weight and blood pressure checked. Results: Of the 18 respondents who were pre-obese, 17 respondents (18.5%) had hypertension and 1 respondent (1.1%) had no hypertension. While from 74 respondents who were obese, 52 respondents (56.5%) had hypertension and 22 respondents (23.9%) had no hypertension. The statistical test used was the chi square test (p = 0.036). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between Obesity and Hypertension in the Sidomulyo Community Health Center Working Area. Suggestion: Awareness of the importance of healthy living with an ideal body weight is the main key to fighting obesity and preventing it early.]]>

Covid-19 has become a pandemic because the number of confirmed cases in Indonesia continues to increase, so Indonesia urgently needs procedures for controlling and preventing the covid-19 pandemic. This paper aims to analyze the steps Indonesia has taken in dealing with covid-19. The method used by the authors is literature review.The results obtained that Indonesia has implemented many policies in controlling and preventing covid-19. However, the policy must also be supported by public awareness and a good health system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, tax collection, and tax education on income tax revenue. This study uses report data documented from the Tampan subdistrict tax office in Pekanbaru and the Central Statistics Agency of Pekanbaru in the form of inflation data, billing activities, and tax counseling for 3 years (January 2017 - December 2019). Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression analysis. The results showed that inflation and tax counseling variables significantly influence income tax revenue. On the other hand, the tax collection variable has no significant effect on income tax revenue. This finding underlines the collection of income tax does not have a significant effect on income tax revenue is due to tax collection carried out on all people who have tax arrears. As a contribution that in the issuance of Tax Collection Letter (STP), the tax authorities can focus the issuance of STP to taxpayers who have large amounts of arrears, so that income tax revenue can increase faster. because more and more STPs issued to prove that tax collection activities may not be able to run effectively.]]>

Prospective investors need a capable and trusted analysis to analyze the financial statements of the industry in the Bank, to determine which banks need funds for short-term investors and long-term prospective investors involve investing their capital through the purchase of shares, explained to the Bank that provides funds as expected investment returns by potential investors even more. There are 5 banks that submit comparisons and assess their ratios and performance in this study so that potential investors can invest appropriately, expecting: PT. Bank Central Asia, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, PT. Bank Nasional Indonesia, PT. May Bank and PT. Bank Permata, for 5 years analysis time period. From the results of research and analysis conducted, Bank BCA is the right choice for investors for short-term investors and BRI is the right choice for potential investors for long-term investment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the history and aesthetic values of tengkuluk as the traditional costumes of Malay women in Jambi. The benefits of this research are expected to be one of the inventory cultural of Malay culture in Jambi, in the scope scientific science. The method in this study was qualitative method with a symbolic interaction approach. With the background of the diversity of natural and cultural wealth possessed by the Jambi province, there covers some values of beauty, philosophy and cultural aesthetic values. One of the aesthetics of the tekuluk / tengkuluk is as headgear that has an important part in the traditional costumes of Malay women in Jambi. The use of tengkuluk as a symbol of the head covering has a philosophical meaning that was closely related to traditional customs and Islamic. The entry of Islamic in the Malay land affected the concept of custom in using of female Malay headgear in Jambi. It can be concluded that tengkuluk was not only as a headgear but also as a cover for part of the body which is forbidden to see, which were inventoried in the Jambi traditional seloko which is "Adat Bersendi Syara’, Syara’ Bersendi Kitabullah. Syara’ Mengato, Adat Memakai.” That rhymes became a philosophical value in the art of aesthetic tying for Malay women in Jambi which had a uniqueness of aesthetic and artistic values without using the help of a safety pin. In addition, when Islam had developed in Malay landl, the clothes of the brackets and tengkuluk became one cohesion that functioned not only as a head covering or body wrap, but it was a necessity as the identity of Malay Muslim identity, the tengkuluk became a part of the female genitalia in accordance with Islamic law thriving in Malay land.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Vaginal discharge is one name ills reroduksi women, in the form of a white fluid discharge from the vagina, in the form of mucus. According to the WHO (World Health Organization) in 2014, almost all women and adolescents have experienced vaginal discharge 60% in adolescents aged 15-22 years and 40% in women aged 23-45 years. About 75% of the number of women in the world have experienced vaginal discharge. The goal: to find out the relationship of knowledge about personal hygiene in young women with vaginal discharge at SMK Negeri 3 Medan However Measure. Method: research survey of analytical nature, which uses a method of cross sectional. The population in this study are young women in SMK Negeri 3 Medan However Measure i.e. totalling 35 respondents research samples made entirely and bivariat with chi-square by using the primary data. Results: from young women who experience vaginal discharge as much as 32 respondents (91.4%) and not whitish as much as 3 respondents (8.6%). Based on the results of the statistical tests concluded that there is a relationship of young women about personal hygiene with whitish (p = 0.05 < 0.000). Conclusion: there is a relationship of young women about personal hygiene whiteness in SMK Negeri 3 Medan Year 2019.]]>
