Abstract

The quest for a new paradigm of Islamic education will never cease in the ever-changing and evolving age. However, it does not mean that the idea of ​​seeking a new paradigm of education is reactive and defensive, that is, to answer and defend the truth after a challenge. Abstract

Fraud represent a deed contempt of court (illegally), conducted by individual in and also outside organization, on the basis of intention or intention, as a mean to profit organization and also individual executing the action and can result incidence of a loss materially and also non- natural material by institution or company of banking specially. Categorize collision (such fraud) here conducted collision intentionally to procedure and also standard and or code of ethics, including but do not limited to collision having the character of criminal like transgression of crime and or regulation of banking of which can cause, almost cause or have caused loss of material and non-material to client or bank and or either through indirect or direct able to give advantage to worker, worker family or other third party. Application of number code/law 10 of 1998 as change of number code/law 7 on 1992 on banking expected to be able to give rule of law to itself bank and also client. To depositor client and also lender to get protection of adequate law and to bank alone is to realize stable and healthy banking system. Mentioned in Chapter of V number code/law 10 of 1998 about Construction and Observation, section 29 sentence (4) in giving credit and conduct other business activity, bank is obliged to go through the way of harmless of bank and importance of client entrusting its fund to bank.

Abstract

Education is the key in forming the character of children early on, because the essence of education is not just limited to transfer of knowledge but also to transfer of values, all of those are done to build the character of the nations noble personality and cope with juvenile delinquency from various social deviations. Character education has been the National Action Plan since May 2nd, 2010 by Muh. Nuh as Education Minister of Indonesia. The draft sets the year 2010-2014 as consolidation and the placement of the foundation. Then in 2015-2019 as a consolidation strategy implementation and continued in 2020-2024 as a sustainable development. There are many factors that cause the importance of Indonesian society to work together to succeed the character education in Indonesia. Schools have a strategic role in value education, the reality shows that schools cannot do it alone. Apparently, the family has a big enough role. Family is the first moral educator for children. Their parents were the first moral teachers and directly influential element. Whereas, teachers at school can change at any time. Parent-child relationships are built upon a very meaningful emotional foundation that allows a child to feel loved and valuable or unloved and worthless. If the individual character is based on religious values as the foundation/main base, then will be born the soul of strong character and become strong nation shoots anyway. The main goal of character education according to Islam is to form the personality of learners so having ethics, and a good sense of culture and make it happen in everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis at PT. Muba Link Business unit Wisma Ranggonang Sekayu district Musi Banyuasin.  The population of this research were the leadership and the employees of Wisma Ranggonang.  This research was conducted by using descriptive research method with a quantitive approach in the form of quadrant position analysis by using SWOT Matrix analysis and after that it was proceed with the decision of making phase in the form of marketing strategy. The result showed that based on the external/internal Matrix get value of each strength factor for about 1, weakness is 1.25 opportunity worth 1,285 and threat is 1,217. Meanwhile, based on cartesius diagram, the quadrant position of Wisma Ranggonang Sekayu was in the third quadrant supporting the turnaraound strategy, i.e. the company faces a huge market opportunity, but on the other hand it faces some internal conctraints/weakness. The focus of this company’s strategy was to minimize the internal company problems, so as to seize the more market opportunities. So, the initial hypothesis that Wisma Ranggonang Sekayu supports the growth/aggressive strategy was not fulfilled.

Abstract

Overview of humans attracting the attention of various branches of science, especially psychology to examine it more deeply. Starting from the notion of psychology as a science that examines human behavior, psychologists generally hold that the physical condition, psychological quality, and environmental situation, are the main determinants of behavior and style of human personality. Human is a creature that can never be completely understood, because they contain a very interesting mystery to study. In the world of Islamic thought, discussion about human beings is often found in philosophy and tasawuf (Sufism). Human according to al-Ghazali has a fixed and unchanging identity, which he calls with the term an-Nafs. Whereas the definition of soul is something that is inserted into the body, which manifests when the sperm enters the womb. Al-Ghazali who lived in medieval times could not be separated from the influence of his time in looking at everything related to humans. This is seen in his works either in the field of philosophy or Sufism many of which explore about humans. Al-Ghazalis thought was much influenced by previous thinkers such as Ibn Sina. Al-Ghazali used many terms from Ibn Sina like an-Nafs, ar-Ruh and al-Jism, and indirectly al-Ghazali has reinforced Ibn Sinas terms with the arguments of syara. The concept of human being is very important, because it includes parts and worldviews.

Abstract

Social human beings cannot be separated from the interaction between the individual with others as the form of relationship of cooperation, both in behavior and communication to maintain life in a community. The existence of these interactions create the appearance of special symbols as the manifestation of series of events that occurred between one and the other individual in the community. Implicated symbolic interaction with body movements, physical or vocal sounds, and so forth. Through qualitative method using phenomenology approach or interpretive perspective, the concept of symbolic interaction in the social paradigm to study an individuals actions in the social sphere and the things that shape the social action of the corner of actor (perpetrator). In essence, human play a role as an actor generated by the actions of a conscious and reflective, resulting in an action that implied the truth. Through the concept of symbolic interaction can be concluded that the interaction of individuals through its actions on others in the community as the main factor that distinguishes itself by the animal with superior ethics through action that is human.

Abstract

Nyadran is the symbolic of a relationship among ancestors, nature and each other. It is a ritual pattern that contains local culture and Islamic values. Thus, it is not surprising that the implementation of Nyadran still has to do with Buddhist culture and Hindu-Animism which was later assimilated by Islamic values by Wali Songo. In addition, this study would investigate how the relationship between Nyadranan and Islamic values. A qualitative research approach was applied to answer research questions. This study was conducted in Baron, Nganjuk City. Observation and in-depth interviews were applied to collect data. This result indicated that it was a very strong relationship. Nyadran was the social expression of community, solidarity and togetherness being the main pattern of this tradition. This phrase would ultimately result in a vertical-horizontal relationship more closely. In this context, then Nyadran would be able to improve the pattern of the relationship between God and society, and thus eventually would show the development between cultures and traditions that had evolved into more colorful.
