Abstract

The aim of this study was to design geographic information system based on Android. This would be used to map the ATM machines in Yogyakarta in which later on could help people to search the address or the geographic location of the ATM machines. The researcher used Java and XML program in developing the geographic information system. Java was used to build the system, and XML was used to build user interface or display interface. On the other hand, data base which was used in this study was MySQL.The system development methodology used in this study was Waterfall methodology. This methodology had some steps, they are analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In data collecting process, the researcher used observation, interview, and literature methods. Output which would be produced in developing geographic information system was an application of Geographic Information System mapping ATM machine facilities.The application of Geographic Information System mapping ATM machine facilities was tested using product testing methodology ISO 9126. The scores were > 3.0 to each criteria from ISO 9126. The functionality score was 4,24. The reliability score was 4,27. The usability score was 4,42, and the efficiency score was 4,61. Abstract

Pertumbuhan pengguna layanan mobile data dan mobile internet di Indonesia meningkat pesat dibandingkan voice dan sms. Maraknya penggunaan teknologi mobile semakin membuka peluang besar bagi aplikasi web maupun mobile. Terlebih lagi adanya fase baru dalam berbelanja yakni penggunaan mobile coupon yang memungkinkan konsumen mendapatkan special offers yang bersifat pribadi dari produk kesayangan mereka, hanya dengan memindai Quick Response (QR) code menggunakan smartphone. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan rancang bangun aplikasi Location Based Service untuk memodelkan cara berpromosi dengan menerapkan teknik layanan mobile coupon menggunakan metode Push Notification untuk memberikan informasi iklan secara otomatis ketika pengguna masuk kedalam radius tertentu, sekaligus mendapatkan solusi yang optimal atas pencarian rute terpendek dari sisi jarak tempuh dengan algoritma bee colony optimization. Dimana teknik pencarian lokal menggunakan konsep forward dan backward serta nilai probabilitas suatu jalur dijadikan dasar pada proses transisi jalur, kemudian rute pilihan akan diperoleh dari durasi waggle dance para lebah yang berhasil menemukan posisi tujuan. Beberapa alternatif rute pilihan tersebut kemudian dibandingkan untuk mendapatkan alternatif rute perjalanan yang terpendek. Karena titik-titik lokasi pada aplikasi ini berupa koordinat yang pada permukaan bumi, sehingga dalam perhitungan jaraknya menggunakan metode haversine. Dari hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat memberikan informasi promosi kepada pengguna, melakukan panggilan telepon ke merchant yang dituju, melakukan share promosi, melakukan subscribe promo, melakukan chek in tempat, serta menampilkan map sekaligus rute terpendek menuju lokasi merchant yang ingin dituju. Pencarian rute terpendek sangat dipengaruhi oleh jumlah lebah yang dilepas, yang mana semakin banyak jumlah lebah yang dilepas maka semakin besar peluang ditemukannya rute terpendek.Kata Kunci: algoritma bee colony optimization, location based service, push notification rute terpendek

Abstract

In order to guarantee the synchronization between a transmited data by transmitter and received data by receiver can be done by periodically inserting a fixed sequence into the transmited data. It is one of the main topic in digital communication systems which called Frame Synchronization. Study of Cross Bifix Free Codes arise to solve Synchronization’s problem via distributed sequence’s method which introducted first in 2000. A Cross Bifix Free Codes is a set of sequences in which no prefix of any length of less than to  of any sequences is the sufix of any sequence in the set. In 2012, a Binary Cross Bifix Free Codes was constructed by using Dyck path. In 2017, a Ternary Cross Bifix Free Codes with odd lenght was constructed, , by generalize the construction of binary cross bifix free. In this paper, will be constructed Ternary Cross Bifix Free Codes for even length, , by expand the construction of Binary Cross Bifix Free Codes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi akademik SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman berbasis web serta mengetahui kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan berdasarkan ISO 9126. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dan model pengembangan Waterfall. Model pengembangan waterfall yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian perangkat lunak dilakukan berdasarkan Web Quality Evaluation Method (WebQEM), dengan aspek: functionality, efficiency, reliability, dan usability. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sistem Informasi Akademik SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman dikembangkan menggunakan framework Codeigniter dengan fitur: manajemen admin, manajemen guru, manajemen wali kelas, dan siswa (rapor); dan (2) hasil pengujian sistem informasi akademik diperoleh nilai functionality sebesar 1 (Baik), pengujian efficiency diperoleh nilai 96% dengan YSlow dan 94% dengan Page Speed (Grade A) dan waktu respon sebesar 3,33 detik (Diterima), pengujian reliability diperoleh tingkat reliability 99,5% (Memenuhi), dan pengujian usability sebesar 74,33% (Tinggi) dan nilai Apha-Cronbach 0,872 (Baik). Berdasarkan hasil analis kualitas dengan WebQEM tersebut maka sistem informasi akademik yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci: Kualitas Perangkat Lunak, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Web, ISO 9126, WebQEM

Abstract

A college desperately needs valid information about the existing learning process. A piece of information will have more value when processed using existing methods in mining data. This is because data mining can provide accurate results and can be used as a means for quick and precise decision making especially related to the behavior of lecturers in the learning process. This research will do modeling for lecturer achievement classification using Fuzzy C-Means.This research object is done at one of private universities in Yogyakarta. The input parameters used in the FCM method are teaching attendance, final score completion and questionnaire results from students. Input of 3 variables is called independent variable, while the value of lecturer achievement index (IPAD) as the dependent variable. Group of achievement determined in this research there are 3 that is good, medium and less. The data used are 59 lecturers. The results of the research indicate that FCM can be used to model lecturer achievement where most lecturers are in the cluster category good for all variables used in this research. The results of the questionnaire variables have a significant result to the IPAD lecturer semester of 2009/2010.

Abstract

Dalam dunia perbankan, pemberian kredit kepada nasabah adalah kegiatan rutinyang mempunyai resiko tinggi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kredit yang bermasalah (kredit macet) sering terjadi akibat analisis kredit yang tidak hati-hati atau kurang cermat dalam proses pemberian kredit, maupun dari karakter nasabah yang tidak baik. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kredit macet, diperlukan adanya peramalan akurat yang salah satunya menggunakan teknologi di bidang data mining.Dengan menggunakan teknologi di bidang data mining yang mengoptimasi proses pencarian informasi prediksi dalam basis data yang besar, serta menemukan pola-pola yang tidak diketahui sebelumnya.Naïve Bayes memprediksi probabilitas di masa depan berdasarkanpengalaman di masa sebelumnya dengan mempelajari korelasi hipotesis yang merupakan label kelas yang menjadi target pemetaan dalam klasifikasi dan evidence  yang merupakan fitur-fitur yang menjadi masukan dalam model klasifikasi.Pengolahan data berbasis data mining tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memprediksikan kelayakan kredit yang memperkirakan layak atau tidaknya pemohon atau nasabah untuk diberikan kredit. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Naïve Bayes, Prediksi kelayakan kredit

Abstract

Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is a computer system that uses old knowledge to solve new problems. CBR provide solutions for new cases by looking at an old case that comes closest to the new case. It will be very useful because it eliminates the need to extract the model as required by the rules-based system. Moreover, CBR can also be started from a small amount of knowledge, because the knowledge of CBR can be increased gradually when a case is added.This study tries to establish a system for Case-Based Reasoning System to Support Diagnosis of Diseases in Poultry by looking at the characteristics of existing symptoms in poultry. Diagnosis process is done by inserting a new cases that contain the symptoms of the disease to be diagnosed into the system, then the system will do the indexing process or classification with C4.5 algorithm method to obtain an index of new cases. After obtaining an index of the cases, then the system do the calculating of the value of similarity between the new case by case which has the same index with new cases using Cosine Similarity method. The case taken is the case with the highest similarity value. If a case is not successfully diagnosed, then the case will be revised by experts. Revised successful cases will be stored into the system to be used as new knowledge for the system.The results showed case-based reasoning system to diagnose disease of poultry can help experts and farmers in performing diagnostics. The test results of 30 test cases, system has been to produce similarity of 28 cases (93.33%) and obtained 2 cases (6.67%) have similarity values below 0.8 will be revised by experts.Keywords: CBR, poultry, indexing, similarity, cosine similarity

Abstract

Penelitian dalam pemrosesan data menunjukan bahwa semakin besar data semakun membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Pemrosesan data berukuran besar pada komputer tunggal memiliki keterbatasan yang dapat diatasi dengan memproses data secara paralel. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan model pemrograman MapReduce pada sinkronisasi data dengan melakukan duplikasi data dari database client ke database server. MapReduce adalah model pemrograman yang dikembangkan untuk mempercepat pemrosesan data berukuran besar. Penerapan model MapReduce pada proses pelatihan dilakukan pada pembagian data yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah sub-proses (thread) dan pemasukan data ke database server serta menampilkan data hasil sinkronisasi data. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sebesar 1.000, 10.000, 100.000 dan 1.000.000 data, serta menggunakan thread sebanyak 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 dan 25 thread. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model pemrograman MapReduce dapat menghasilkan waktu yang lebih cepat, namun waktu untuk membuat thread ketika jumlah thread yang banyak memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama. Hasil penggunaan model pemrograman MapReduce dapat memberikan efisiensi waktu dalam melakukan sinkronisasi data baik pada database tunggal maupun database terdistribusi.Kata Kunci: mapreduce, sinkronisasi data, multithread, message passing, Static Tasks Assigment

Abstract

Computer field supports the existence of auxiliary program in medical development that is expert knowledge-based system, this system is one branch of Artifical Intellegence (AI). Expert systems are knowledge in learning about estimation or decision-making ability of an expert. Problem solving in the identification of a disease by using auxiliary program is needed a method and concept. Calculation techniques in computing systems are so important, given the level of need for information and the settlement of cases quickly.The results of the study are expert applications that assist in providing results of diagnosis of symptoms managed  the system, with inference using forward chaining, and reasioning with Dempster Shafer. Dempster Shafer's method is not monotonous in solving uncertainty problems, due to the addition or subtraction of new facts. Rule changes will occur, allowing the system to do the work of an expert.Data changes will occur both to diseases, symptoms, solutions and rules, allowing the system to do the work of an expert. The results of manual calculations with the system gives results in accordance with the application of Dempster Shafer method. Management of rules in the database facilitates the search for symptoms within the system.

Abstract

Academic Portal SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM with address siakad.akakom.ac.id, was built with the aim of improving the quality of performance and services as well as the means of academic interaction between lecturers, students and academic departments based on information technology. Evaluate the success of its application is necessary to always meet its objectives. Based on previous research and basic theory of TAM and DeLone and McLean model hence researcher make model to analyze acceptance factors and intention of sustainability use SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM. Analyzer used is PLS 3.0. TAM describes the behavioral factors of computer users based on the beliefs, attitudes, intention, and user behaviour relationship. The DeLone and McLean model is an information system success model with three parts of the instrument, the first used to measure the technical success of the system quality, the two measures of semantic success ie the quality of information, and the three measures of effective information system is use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. The results of empirical research indicate variable of Information Quality and System Quality that affect the User Satisfaction  towards SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM, while the sustainability intention using SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM determined by User Satisfaction variable.
