Abstract

Islamic banking has a huge role in accelerating the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Entrerprises(MSME)s in Indonesia. The largest Muslim population in Indonesia is one factor for the developmentof MSMEs. This paper explains how the Problems and Challenges of MSMEs in Indonesia;Development of MSMEs in Indonesia; Relationship Between Islamic Bank and MSMEs in Indonesia;The Role of Islamic Bank for Development MSMEs; and The Challanges of Islamic Bank forAccelerating the Growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The end of this paper, the authors offer solutions toIslamic banking challenges in accelerating the growth of MSMEs such as: First, to improvemudhorobah and musyarakah financing schemes to accelerate and develop MSMEs in Indonesia;Secondly, to reduce the dependence on the use of Murabahah contract products that are consumptiveand targeted middle and upper only, Third, improve the financing scheme Qordhul Hasan contract bycooperating against Islamic social institutions, such as BAZNAS, BAZDA, LAZ, BWI, and Mosque,etc by maximizing the utilization of zakat funds, infaq, alms, waqf which has been only consumptive.Fourth, the cooperation of linkage program to BPRS and BMT so that the funds channeled can bedirected to remote areas and on target. Fifth, coaching, mentoring, and mentoring to BPRS, BMT,MSMEs business practitioners, and Islamic social institutions in order to develop funds that are storedproductively. Sixth, allocate Hajj and umroh investment funds to MSMEs business practitioners.

Abstract

Understanding of micro, small and medium enterprises is based on indicators (1) the amount ofwealth such as cash, supplies, land, machinery for production (2) the amount of investment that isconsidered as working capital (3) total sales in a year (4) total number of employees.Micro Business Financing BRI Syariah is a business financing product intended for middle classpeople who have micro, small and medium enterprises to meet the needs/capital increase. in an effortto increase Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kendari City, BRI Syariah has three financingproducts for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; (1) Micro 25iB; is a product without collateralfinancing, the ceiling of Rp. 5juta to Rp. 25juta (2) Micro 75iB; is a financing product with collateral,the ceiling of Rp. 10juta to Rp. 75M (3) Micro 500iB; is a financing product with collateral, theceiling of Rp. > 75juta to Rp. 500million.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the variables as determinant of Profit Distribution Management of theSharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia in the 2013-2016 periods. The variables studied consisted ofthe proportion of third party funds, the effectiveness of third party funds, the capital adequacy ratioand the ratio of operational costs to operating income. Samples were collected using purposivesampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showedthat the proportion of third party funds, the effectiveness of third party funds which was proxied byFinancing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) individually had a positiveand significant effect on Profit Distribution Management. In addition it was found that the ratio ofoperational costs to operating income (BOPO) had no significant effect on Profit DistributionManagement. The value of Adjusted R2 was 0,254 which means that variation of Profit DistributionManagement which can be explained by variable used in research was 25,4% while the rest equal to74,6% explained by other variables not used in the model of this research.

Abstract

The research looked at the role of Rural Financial Institutions in improving public welfare of Oleleh Village of Kabila Bone in Bone Bolango District. This institution is an extension of the local government of Bolango Bone, this is the program for the welfare of society with the help of venture capital, either as fishermen, farmers as well as a small merchant, the results of this study found that the role of the village financial institutions can contribute to improve the welfare of society . This can be measured by several indicators, those are the return of agricultural land controlled by the middlemen, the primary requirement before the establishment of “LKD?” sometimes difficult to be fulfilled, but after this institution was established and worked, it can increase the income and the living conditions of local society

Abstract

Nowadays, university is focused on how to prepare their graduated student to be anemployee, but forgetting on how to prepare them to be an entrepreneur. There are someobstacles why university students have lack of an intention to do business, starting with lackof capital, lack of skill, have no confidence, selective in choosing job, and some other factors.These problems is strengthtened by the data found that Indonesia is highly need moreentrepreneurs, where the numbers of entrepreneurs is still less than 2% from total GDP(Gross Domestic Product of a country). This study is aimed to identify the effect ofentrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial orientation of university student, the effect ofentrepreneurial orientation to entrepreneurial intention, and the direct and indirect effect ofentrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial intention. This study takes Ibn KhaldunUniversity, Islamic Economics major students as case study of respondents. This studyemploys quantitative approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) methodology.The findings of this study are, entrepreneurial education has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial orientation; entrepreneurial orientation has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial intention; and entrepreneurial education has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial intention indirectly through entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract

This thesis research analyzes the process of restructuring on financing the problematic murābahahat PT. BNI Syariah Branch of Kendari. The results prove that the implementation of financingrestructuring murābahah in PT. BNI Syariah Kendari Branch through rescheduling (rescheduling),reconditioning (Return requirements) and restructuring (reordering). While theconstraints of restructuring implementation on Murabahah financing in PT. BNI Syariah KendariBranch is originated from the financing customer itself either from the absence of good customer'sintention to settle the troubled financing due to unwilling restructuring and unclear sources ofpayment after the restructuring. The bank overcomes these obstacles by taking precautions inanalyzing the financing customers, and considering third party installments and taking decisiveaction with the sale of the customer's collateral assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah(alms)) fundraising through rural community activities. The research location is located inMergolangu village, Wonosobo District. This research uses an analytical descriptive approach ofqualitative and is equipped with relevant literature sources. Data analysis techniques using Milesand Huberman interactive model. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZISfundraising through community activities in Mergolangu Village is quite effective, this can happenbecause it still maintains the customs and traditions in the village that are always oriented to theharmony of citizens and local wisdom. So that the residents are still very enthusiastic in followingthe social activities in rural areas coupled with the activities of accumulating ZIS funds, althoughwith the nominal relatively not too much but because of the regular activities of the ZIS funds arealso collected a lot. The distribution system uses the principle of “from citizens, by citizens, and forcitizens” as a manifestation of the icon “gotong-royong” typical of Indonesia
