Abstract

An Islamic broadcasting and comunication study is one of the oldest programs in STAIN Curup. As the oldest Program, Many challenged have been faced by it. One thing became an urgent is organization culture which is influenced by the culture of communication strategies in Prodi KPI. For thet matter, the problem of communication strategy becomes very essential considering that communication strategy also have an impact on job satisfactions of individuals who take shelter under the organization/institution. There are two things might be cause people are nort satisfied with this job. Firstly, because incase the person does not get the information needed to perform their jobs. Secondly, the relationship with partner in jobs does not run well ot in other words job satisfication is related to communication problems.

Abstract

This study discussed on the effectiveness of the role and function of religious concelor in the society of Batu Dewa. It is considered by the lack of religious activities accompanied with the development of non-Muslim community. Then the synchronization between duty and registration of religious honorary counselor on the conditions of diversity and the society religious activities in the office of Religious Affairs District of Curup Utara. This research was a qualitative. The data collection was done by conducting observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was done by reviewing all data starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the role of religious honorary concelor in improving religious activities in the community of Batu Dewa were: as a facilitator, mediator and motivator in implementing the guidance of reading and writing the Quran, taking part in Islamic commemorating activities, and deliver islamic speech in the society. There were two Factors determined the changes of the worship behavior of children in the Batu Dewa of Curup Utara District, namely: internal factors interms of: motivation, talent, and needs. Then external factors in the forms of social, cultural, physical environment and spiritual environment.

Abstract

belongs to the people. In the process of democracy, there is a guarantee of political rights including for womens political rights. Risma Trimaharini presence is concrete evidence that womens leadership is qualified in public areas. This study aims to identify and describe how the power of personal branding in contemporary political communication process established by Risma as female political leaders, who proved to have a high elektabilitas in a political event in Surabaya, especially from the standpoint of research institution. This is a descriptive qualitative method Robert N. Entman framing by reviewing the online media report published by Tempo.co and Republika.co.id. The results of the study found was that both media construct and framing the figure Risma as a political woman figure who has a personal branding both in the public circumstances, with a friendly personality, discipline, and sensitive to the social reality around him, was able to make Risma increasingly admired, communication politics in the wake Risma rated on target and very humane, this is reflected by its proximity to the community at all levels.

Abstract

Boarding School is an institution that transforms education and exemplary values every second and minute and every hour of the clerics to his students. Educational boarding school students aim to forge themselves into an independent person and to develop a spirit of togetherness, which includes the attitude of mutual assistance, solidarity and brotherhood among the students. In terms of individual character development, schools teach thrift and simple life away from the consumptive nature. Thus, Boarding School as an educational institution owned by the community is really potential for the Establishing of Human Resources (HR), potential for the creation of intelligence and well-being of the nation. Not a bit of Da’wah that could be done through schools, good Da’wah that convey the teachings of Islam, as well as preaching about the life and development of the Ummah.

Abstract

This study intends to determine, (1) Origin of Rejang (2) History entry of Islam in the region Rejang (3) Islam and Indigeneous Culture Acculturation Rejang.This study is a qualitative research, with a historical approach (historical aproach)Of the studies that have been done, we can conclude the following matters; (1). There are two Opinions about the origin of Rejang, First Rejang is derived from the Indian tribe Rear (Semenajung Vietnam) is inspired by the ancestors of Indonesia from the boat people coming from India Rear seeking new areas all the archipelago. Both Rejang derived from Indochina Tonkin, they moved to Sumatra through sailing towards Sarawak Borneo (North Borneo) about 1200 years ago. Sarawak they sailed past the island of Bangka Belitung towards the river Musi, then deviated to right toward the river Rawas up in the most upstream Rawas. Most live in this area and some sail down the river to get to the mountain Rawas Tapus Hulu, and settled there. (2). Islam has been entered in Rejang Lebong the 15th century Sultan Muzafar Through marriage Shah (King Indrapura) with Princess serindang Moon. (3). Assimilation between Islam that is Universal with culture that is reality, spawned a distinctive cultural acculturation Islam, Acculturation covering almost the entire social order Rejang ranging from attitudes, behaviors and customs that have been stained with the values of Islam.
