Abstract

The Web-Based Inventory Information System at CV Trio Jaya Sentosa is a final project aimed at addressing the manual issues in Inventory management at a cigarette distribution company, which has an impact on work efficiency, speed, and accuracy in report generation. This research employs observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection methods. The development method used is the prototype method. This system is built as a web-based application using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The web-based information system is designed to enable CV Trio Jaya Sentosa to manage transactions, employee data, and customer data. The system generates various types of real-time reports, including sales reports by person, sales reports, sales summaries, purchase reports, Inventory reports, goods retrieval reports, sales stock reports, and warehouse stock reports. During its development, the system involves user evaluation regarding functionality and user interface to meet the company's needs. Based on user evaluations, it is evident that this Inventory Information System can address manual issues, improve data processing accuracy and speed, and provide real-time information. A recommended using the system, it is to continually involve users in the maintenance and improvement processes to maintain performance and reliability

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto adalah sebuah lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, rumah sakit ini menggunakan aset peralatan teknologi informasi yang diatur oleh unit instalasi teknologi. Aset tersebut sering mengalami kerusakan baik ringan maupun berat, sehingga diperlukan pemeliharaan. Namun, pencatatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan masih secara manual, sehingga kegiatan tersebut menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem informasi tiketing helpdesk berbasis website yang dapat mempercepat pencarian data pemeliharaan aset pada unit IT Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode prototype, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan framework Codeigniter. Sistem yang dibangun sudah melalui beberapa tahap pengujian dan evaluasi menggunakan paired sample t-test, black box testing, white box testing, dan pengujian manfaat menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian manfaat menggunakan ISO 25010 dengan meneliti beberapa aspek diantaranya functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, dan reliability. Aspek tersebut mendapatkan hasil rata-rata functional suitability 98,87%, performance efficiency 94,27%, usability 100%, dan reliability 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah staff unit IT RSU St. Elisabeth dalam melakukan proses pemeliharaan aset.

Abstract

Telkom Access is a company that focuses on the construction and management of network infrastructure services and is a subsidiary of Telkom. Alker Sarker is a work tool and work facility provided by the company to support technicians in carrying out physical repairs to network disturbances that occur in the field, the results of which are recorded via Excel or manually recorded in books. Sometimes data is lost and the manual notes that have been recorded are damaged every time an alker is checked sarker is caused by several ununtentional factors. This research aims to design a data collection system for work tools and work facilities (alker sarker) at PT. Telkom Sorong Access is website based. In this research, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and using the prototype method to develop the system. The website is prepared with a development stage procedure which includes analysis of user needs, then implementation using PHP as the programming language, MySql as the database and system testing with Black Box. From the research, a web-based work tool and work facility data collection system software was produced which has the ability to store goods stock data, as well as records related to the use of technicians' tools and reporting of goods to company leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to improve efficiency in providing menu services to customers and efficient use of paper to satisfy cafe customers while saving paper or paperback costs. QR code technology was chosen because it provides a fast, easy, convenient, accurate, and automatic data collection method. Integrating QR code technology into the menu presentation management system allows the cafe to provide food and drinks ordered by customers precisely, effectively, and efficiently. System development using the waterfall method, commonly called linear sequential, starts from analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. Based on hypothesis testing, the Sig value is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. Implementing a QR Code-Based Food Ordering System for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, with a Radio Kopi Cafe case study, increases efficiency. This system shows that the average time before using the system is 7.42 minutes and the average time after using the system is 4 minutes, so the results of the study concluded that the development of this system can be used to speed up the ordering process on the Implementation of QR Code-Based Food Ordering System for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with a case study of Radio Kopi Cafe.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi semakin maju termasuk dibidang Sound Engineer, pada audio power amplifier secara umum masih dijumpai pengaturan potensio masih secara manual oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu inovasi baru dalam pengaturan audio pada power amplifier secara praktis dengan menggunakan Bluetooth berbasis Android. Pada aplikasi tone kontrol berbasis android terdapat hardware dan software yaitu modul Power Amplifier 150 watt, modul Power Supply, dan modul tone kontrol digital untuk hardware. Sedangkan software yang digunakan adalah software apk Mackie mixer connect. Pengaturan tone kontrol memiliki 2 cara bisa digunakan secara analog (pengaturan audio secara manual) atau menggunakan apk tone digital Android. tone kontrol berbasis android memiliki 6 channel didalam penambahan dan pengurangan audio (Gain, High, Middle, Low, Volume, dan Master volume). Nilai efisiensi dari daya input dan daya output saat volume tinggi 86,37%. Tone kontrol digital dapat tersambung melalui Bluetooth sampai jarak maksimal kurang lebih 10 meter

Abstract

It is hoped that this IoT-based automatic plant watering tool can be developed and help overcome problems in watering plants. Automatic plant waterer using Soil Sensor, Water Pump, NODEMCU ESP8266, BLYNK App, RTC Sensor, Arduino Uno. The data input from the Soil Sensor is connected to the NODEMCU ESP8266 and the data will be sent online and will be monitored on the BLYNK App, the Water Pump is controlled by the RTC Sensor at a predetermined time and controlled manually via the BLYNK App, the NODEMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller will send data and receive data from the BLYNK App online, the BLYNK App which is an IoT platform that will receive input/output data from the NODEMCU ESP8266, the RTC Sensor provides data input in the form of time on the Arduino Uno microcontroller to control the Water Pump, the Arduino Uno microcontroller which functions to receive data from the Sensor RTC and controls the Water Pump automatically at a predetermined time.

Abstract

This study examines the security of the WiFi network at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha using the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) method. The aim is to identify and analyze vulnerabilities caused by misconfigurations within the university's WiFi infrastructure. The PTES method is employed to conduct testing through phases including pre-engagement interactions, intelligence gathering, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, post-exploitation, and reporting. The testing results reveal several key vulnerabilities related to improper configurations, such as the use of vulnerable protocols and insecure settings. Further analysis exposes potential risks that could be exploited by unauthorized parties to access sensitive data or disrupt services. The study provides recommendations for configuration improvements and mitigation steps to enhance WiFi network security at the university. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective security policies and better protection for network infrastructure in academic environments.

Abstract

Solar energy is an inexhaustible renewable energy resource. This can also be used as energy that can be converted into electricity. Due to the importance of using electrical energy, electricity network management companies in Indonesia continue to experience price per kwh increases in proportion to the increasing amount of electrical energy consumption. Therefore, alternative energy is needed which functions as an energy generator. On this basis, the author tries to design a power plant using solar power. This test uses two methods, before using the solar tracker and after using the solar tracker. The results of calculating the average power value for ten days of testing before using the solar tracker were 44.3 watts, and the results of calculating the average power value for ten days of testing after using the solar tracker were 53.1 watts. The results of comparing the average power value before and after the implementation of the solar tracker showed an increase in power value of 8.8 watts. The off-grid solar system is able to meet the needs of the system load. The implementation of the use of solar trackers on solar panels is able to increase the value of the generated power.

Abstract

This study shows how an Android-integrated sales information system can help MSMEs face challenges in the digital economy era and take advantage of growth opportunities. It also aims to improve sales efficiency in providing services to customers by designing a digitalization-based sales system with an Android model. Data collection, analysis, design, development, and testing comprise prototype method of system development. Based on the Paired Samples Test results, it is clear that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because the Sig value is 0.00, which means that the Sig value is less than 0.05. Based on hypothesis testing, therefore, the Sig value is less than 0.05. As demonstrated by a case study on Kugar Minamas Pansela, one of the solutions for the digitalization of MSMEs in a digital economy is the implementation of an integrated sales information system. The results of system testing show that average time before using the system is 7.42 minutes and the average time after using the system is 3.81 minutes. The results indicate that this system could be used to speed up Salt's sales and payment process with Android integration and become one of the solutions for the digitalization of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this system is to simplify church payments and management, reduce human error, and improve the efficiency of the payment process. Planning, analysis, design, coding, implementation, and evaluation are all stages in the Life Cycle of System (SDLC) model used in this system development methodology. Visual Studio Code, phpMy Admin, and MySQL were used to build this system. Several real-time reports are generated by this system, including the total receipts report, expenditure report, tithe report, payment report by name, month, and year, and payment slip report. During the development process of this system, several users could manage the system and assess how it worked according to its users' needs. The system has security features to ensure that only authorized users can access transaction information. In addition, automated and organized payment management makes it easier to manage the church's finances regularly. This web-based system helps digitalize church administration and increase congregants' trust in more transparent fund management. Churches can implement this system to speed up decision-making and financial management.
