Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai jenis komponen otomotif, efektifitas produksi merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga kepercayaan customer, oleh karena itu PT. XYZ menerapkan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dalam menghitung nilai efektifitas produksinya. Nilai OEE sendiri sangat penting perannya karena digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan proses produksinya. Namun, pada sistem yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai OEE terdapat kekurangan yaitu proses pengisian data produksi terjadi dua kali pada lembar laporan hasil produksi dan sistem itu sendiri di perangkat desktop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Waterfall Model merupakan salah satu dari SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dimana pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan/Langkah dan dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka mengenai penerapan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi monitoring mesin produksi menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang handal serta fleksibel, dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web akan dihasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat diakses dari berbagai macam perangkat, serta dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur MVC menjadikan sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki performa yang cepat dan mudah dalam hal maintenance dan developing.

Abstract

Telur puyuh memiliki kandungan protein yang sangat tinggi. Salah satu upaya untuk mengawetkan telur segar diantaranya membuang bau amis telur, mencegah masuknya mikroba yang menyebabkan pembusukan serta menciptakan rasa yang khas yaitu dengan cara pengasinan. Cara yang dilakukan masyarakat yang mempunyai usaha pembuatan telur asin masih menggunakan cara tradisinal, yaitu pengasinan menggunakan adonan bata merah yang dibumbuhi garam ataupun merendam telur dengan larutan garam, dengan cara tersebut membutuhkan waktu proses penggaraman yang memakan waktu 7 sampai 10 hari. Untuk mempercepat proses penggaraman telur asin diperlukan penambahan proses inkubasi dengan suhu 40ᴼC - 50ᴼC didalam kotak pemanas, namun dengan cara ini hasil yang dicapai masih belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan suhu pada proses inkubasi masih kurang stabil, karena suhu lingkungan sekitar juga sangat berpengaruh pada proses inkubasi. Maka dari itu dibuatlah sistem pengendali suhu dan kelembapan pada mesin telur asin menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino uno, sensor DHT22 untuk pendeteksi sekaligus pengendali suhu dan kelembapan didalam kotak inkubasi dan fan dc untuk mengurangi suhu jika terlalu panas, lcd untuk menampilkan suhu dan kelembapan dan lampu sebagai sebagai pemanasnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah proses penggaraman yang ditambahkan dengan proses inkubasi melalui pengendali suhu menggunakan mikrokontroler didapatkan hasil telur asin yang lebih masir hanya dengan 1 hari proses penggaraman.

Abstract

Variable speed drive is used to convert AC voltage into DC voltage, then the DC voltage is converted again into AC voltage with the desired frequency with the aim of regulating the speed of the induction motor. The speed of the induction motor can be changed by changing the frequency value, so the variable speed drive is also called the variable frequency drive. The variable speed drive used is a Schneider Atv 12 variable speed drive with a power of 0.37 kw with a 3-phase induction motor load with a power of 0.18-0.37 kw. The test results prove that the rotation of the induction motor can be adjusted by changing the frequency.

Abstract

Saint Paul Sorong Polytechnic is one of the universities in Sorong City, which consists of several departments and also does not have a website as a means to provide official information from each department, one of which is the Department of Computer Network Engineering Technology. So the purpose of this research is that the department's information system can be displayed through the official website and make it easier for students to register for KKN-PPM & Job Training. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data processing for the TRKJ department, to facilitate students who will register for KKN-PPM & Job Training, to produce a website that can function as a medium of information and communication that is more effective and efficient. This research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or the system development life cycle is the process used by systems analysts to develop information systems, starting from planning, determining requirements, and designing. The results of the black box testing are a web-based Computer Network Engineering Technology Information System in accordance with what is expected in this study, it can be seen from the system according to what is produced from the system being tested, such as inputting, deleting, and editing data in the system, performing KKN-PPM registration and practical work as expected, namely being able to print proof of registration and upload reports.

Abstract

One of the efforts to make the community participate in the government's efforts to improve public services is public complaints. When making complaints manually, for example in the suggestion box, many who are pessimistic are not conveyed. Based on the background above, the researcher formulated the problem of this study, namely how to build an Android-based Banyumas Community Complaint Information System to produce an interactive system for public complaint services? So that the public can complain regarding issues that are often complained about regarding health, education, tourism, roads, and disasters to the relevant agencies, besides that the community can check whether their complaints have been submitted or not. Stakeholders involved are the community, super admin, service admin and leadership. This Android-based Banyumas Community Complaint Information System exists to make it easier for the public to submit their complaints directly to the Banyumas Regency government. The benefits of the Android-Based Banyumas Community Complaint Information System enable the community to actively submit complaints about the implementation of development and management of regional services in the Banyumas Regency environment. This research system development method uses the prototype method. Based on the results of the benefit test, the average value of Usability is 94.1%, Integrity is 89.75%, Correctness is 89.7%, Reliability is 88.25%, and Efficiency is 85.3%. So, it can be concluded that this system can speed up the process in terms of the time it takes to receive complaints.

Abstract

Tikus merupakan hewan pengerat atau hama pengganggu yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian diberbagai sektor kehidupan, terutama pada sektor lingkungan perumahan. Untuk mengusir tikus di area perumahan masyarakat melakukanya dengan menggunakan jebakan atau perangkap tikus dan apa pula yang menggunakan racun tikus. Namun, cara tersebut dinilai dapat menimbulkan dampak yang buruk bagi lingkungan sekitar. Maka dari itu diadakan penelitian tentang cara mengusir tikus menggunakan gelombang ultrasonik yang terintegrasi dengan internet sebagai alternatif dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Alat ini tersusun atas beberapa komponen elektronik seperti mikrokontroller arduino uno yang berfungsi sebagai pusat pengendali dari seluruh sistem, sensor PIR berfungsi sebagai inputan atau masukan ke sistem, nodeMcu berfungsi sebagai modul yang dapat mengirimkan pesan notifikasi ke pemilik rumah melalui sebuah aplikasi telegram, dan generator ultrasonik yang berfungsi sebagai rangkaian pembangkit gelombang ultrasonik untuk mengusir tikus. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada alat pengusir tikus menggunakan gelombang ultrasonik pada rumah yang terintegrasi dengan internet layak digunakan untuk mengusir tikus.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the main challenges in protecting the environment and our health. Waste processing requires good and correct handling so as not to cause environmental pollution. This research aims to utilize the results of waste processing, especially organic and plastic waste, to reuse them. Waste processing in this research develops Internet of Things technology in monitoring the results of counting organic and plastic waste. The waste enumeration results are sent using the Callmebot API connected to the Whatsapp application. Testing of the Smart Waste system was carried out using the Proteus 8 simulation. From this test, the results showed that all components in the Smart Waste system ran well, and the simulation accuracy was 100%. Keywords: Smart Waste, Whatsapp, Internet of Things, Proteus 8

Abstract

Kotayasa Village is a village that has the highest number of poor households in Banyumas Regency with 1,662 poor households (78%). This study aims to determine which factors have a significant effect and interpret the binary logistic regression model for poor households in Kotayasa Village. The data used in this research is secondary data from the Office of Social and Community and Village Empowerment in Banyumas Regency. The results showed that the factors that had a significant effect on poor households in Kotayasa Village were electricity, gold savings and livestock. Meanwhile, factors that have no significant effect are sources of drinking water and private vehicles. The results of the analysis obtained the odds ratio values, namely electric power of 3,999, gold deposits of 7,963, and livestock of 1,497. The electric power variable shows that households with electric power less than equal to 900 have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 3,999. The gold savings variable is that households that do not have gold savings have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 7,963. The livestock variable shows that households that do not have livestock have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 1,497. Abstract

Hydroponics is a technique of cultivating plants with water that has been added with AB Mix nutrients. The hydroponic system used in this research is NFT. This system uses shallow water and is circulated continuously for 24 hours using a pump so that plants can get sufficient water, nutrients and oxygen. The electricity supply from PLN is not always available and the hydroponic system is not always made in places where PLN electricity is available, therefore in this research the voltage source comes from PLTS. In this research, a 50 Wp polycrystalline solar panel and a 70 Ah battery were used. To produce plants with optimal development, proper nutrition and pH are needed. Therefore, an Arduino-based pH and nutrition monitoring system is used. The results of pH and nutrient readings are displayed on the LCD screen. If the pH and nutrient level readings are outside the predetermined level, the buzzer will sound. To adjust the pH and PPM of hydroponic water to suit the needs of plants, you need to add a pH regulator and AB Mix to the hydroponic water. From the experiment, for every 5 mL of pH down added to 20 L of hydroponic water, the pH will decrease by 0.27, while for every 5 mL of solution A and 5 mL of solution B, there will be an increase in PPM of 50.89.

Abstract

In catfish farming, water quality stability is a key factor as it is considered a crucial parameter for successful catfish cultivation. Several factors influence the pond water quality, such as leftover food, accumulated fish waste, and environmental conditions like rainy or dry seasons. Typically, the replacement of pond water is determined based on visual cues such as water color and odor, relying on rough estimates. Therefore, the author chose the title "Implementation of Naive Bayes Algorithm in IoT-Based Catfish Pond Water Quality Monitoring System" to design a monitoring system capable of assessing the quality of catfish pond water. This system includes monitoring parameters such as temperature, pH, turbidity, and pond water status through the internet network, with the results being displayed on an LCD screen and a website. The Naive Bayes algorithm is employed to determine the status of catfish pond water using data collected from sensors. The research findings indicate a 40% decrease in catfish mortality in ponds equipped with IoT-based systems.
