Abstract

English is an international language. English is used as the language of communication all over the world. With conditions like this, everyone who wants to progress is required to be able to speak English. There are already many foreign companies operating in Indonesia. However, English is not an official language in Indonesia, so their mastery is not as good as those who use English as the official language of the country. For that we need an English learning application that can help students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Magelang in studying the Test Of English for International Communication (TOEIC). TOEIC is an international standard test that is used to measure a person's ability to speak English in communicating in the world of work. System development will be carried out using the spiral method and system design will be carried out using a modeling language using UML (Unified Modeling Language). While the programming used is java using the MySQL database, android studio to create applications with the android technology. The final result of the implementation produces an Android-based application in the form of TOEIC learning media that can be used by students anywhere, not only in class and can be repeated, so that English language skills will increase.

Abstract

The booming tourism industry is a huge opportunity to generate profits. Today’s developing technology requires companies to develop online-based information systems. Online-based information system is easy to use and can respond to information needs quickly and precisely so that you can access it from anywhere for the latest information more quickly. One of the tour service businesses that prioritizes these services is Amura Tours, which is a tour service business that provides various kinds of tour packages that require the right information technology assistance. However, the tour package sales system at Amura Tours still uses the old method where visitors are required to come directly to Amura Tours to be able to buy tour packages. This is considered quite inconvenient and less effective because sometimes visitors do not get enough information regarding Amura Tours opening hours. In this study, a tour package sales information system was developed that not only provides information about Amura Tours but also serves online tour package bookings. By using the RAD method, system development becomes faster and more precise in providing information needed for selling tour packages. The system built was tested using the Black Box Testing method, the tested features were able to operate properly and in accordance with the requirements of the needs analysis.

Abstract

In the era of technology 5.0, many people have been able to create new value through technological developments that occur from time to time. This change can help minimize the gap in people and economic problems in the future. One of the fastest growing technologies every year is an application on a smartphone. There are so many variations of applications, this is because smartphone users are increasing from time to time. Existing developments are an opportunity for the Garbage Bank to support the zero waste program and improve Garbage Bank services to the community. This study aims to develop a Garbage Bank application as a means of ordering waste transportation services and viewing educational information, as well as activities from the Sorong Raya Garbage Bank (BSSR). Application development will use the Extreme Programming method, with the stages of Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. This method was chosen because it can increase user satisfaction due to continuous communication in application development and is suitable for use by small teams. The application can be used on the Android operating system. The application was developed using Android Studio and Flutter tools. To ensure the system is running properly, it will be tested with alpha testing. The results of the alpha testing of all functional systems can run as expected so it can be concluded that the application is feasible to use.

Abstract

The implementation of the Garbage Bank program is strived to be able to provide benefits and economic value from waste management, its existence is expected to have a direct impact on the people's economy so that it can be implemented easily. The Sorong Raya Garbage Bank (BSSR) has 108 Unit Waste Banks, 3,131 Customers, so it is only appropriate for BSSR to have an integrated management information system to support its business processes and operations. So far, BSSR management has not run optimally, because data loss often occurs, each division and level has data that is out of sync, difficulty finding data due to inconsistent writing and flow, the resulting reports are not optimal so that it has an impact on decision making. The research will be conducted using the extreme programming method. The output of this research is a waste bank management information system that can help BSSR integrate the management of each division and level so that business and operational processes can run effectively and efficiently. The system will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing will use the Black Box method. The results of the black box test state that the input and output of the Sorong Raya Garbage Bank Management Information System are appropriate.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is growing rapidly. One of the focuses of development is Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Various applications can take advantage of this technology, including telemonitoring tools in agriculture, especially the land environment on grapevines in real time and remote control. Parameters that can be monitored include Soil Humidity, Light Intensity, Air Humidity and Air Temperature. This study aims to design and build a prototype of an IoT-based vineyard environmental telemonitoring tool. This research can be applied in smart farming, especially for grape farmers. The tool is made up of 3 sensors, namely DHT11 (Humidity, Temperature), LDR (Photoresistor/Light) and YL-69 (Moisture). Arduino ESP32 kit module as a processing unit for all light, temperature and humidity variables. The processing results are displayed on the Smartphone via the Blynk application. The output of this tool can also monitor grapevines through a camera and perform watering automatically using a water pump. Based on the instrument's accuracy test which was carried out on 3 parameters of the land environment and compared to similar tools, the results of the measurement of light intensity obtained an average accuracy of 72.85%. In the temperature test, the average accuracy result is 93.75%. In the soil moisture test, the average accuracy result is 87.25%.

Abstract

STIKOM Yos Sudarso is a college that annually produces graduates. For these graduates, a tracing process is needed to evaluate the curriculum to improve their quality. However, the recording of alumni data that still use excel, tracing studies that still use google forms where the contents have not been adjusted to the Kemdikbud template, and the job vacancies that are only shared through WhatsApp groups are still obstacles in the process of improving alumni quality. Therefore, a website-based Information System for STIKOM Yos Sudarso Student Alumni Association (HAMSYS) Purwokerto was developed using a prototype method, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The hypotheses were tested using paired sample t-test, while the system was tested using a black box and white box test. In addition, a system evaluation was carried out through benefit testing based on ISO 25010. From the benefits test, the percentage of "agree" and "strongly agree" answers were 96,23% on Functional Suitability, 90,33% on Performance Efficiency, 97,68% on Usability, 92.08% on Reliability, and 92,9% on Maintainability. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the HAMSYS system has been successfully developed with good quality and can simplify also speed up the tracer study reporting process.

Abstract

International College Purwokerto is a Foreign Language Course and Training Institute (LCT) and tutoring that provides additional learning services provided to students to increase the intensity of learning and increase proficiency in foreign languages. The registration system that now runs at LCT International College Purwokerto, has not been systemized in managing registration data, so reporting student enrollment requires time to work on the data of students who apply. Every semester, students where LCT is increasing so that student data has not been stored properly. Student data is still written in books, when within a certain period of time the student data is required to search for student documents so that it takes time to search. During this pandemic,LCT International College urgently needs facilities such as student registration through the website so that students can register online from their homes by filling in their personal data and files needed without having to come to LCT so that it is more time efficient. In addition to assisting the LCT in the registration of this inventory system using the prototype method in the system development stage. To collect the data, researchers conduct interviews, data documentation and observations. This system was built with the aim to help the student enrollment process at LKP International College to be more efficient. System design uses UML models such as usecase diagrams and, class diagrams, activity diagrams. The programming languages used are PHP and MySQL databases. The results of hypothesis testing and benefit tests can be found that the difference in the average time of the student registration process before and after using the system is 19,888 minutes (before using the system) and 9,320 minutes (after using the system). With benefit testing obtained with excellent results with aimed that usability of 93.33%, learnability of 73.33%, eficiency of 95.83.

Abstract

PAUD KB Sabilul Iman, in providing services has not maximized the use of information technology, one of which is the new student registration system. As for the activities of the new student registration system found in PAUD KB Sabilul Iman, currently, the process of searching for student data is still being carried out by searching piles of bookkeeping that were previously used for recording new student data used for new student registration. From the results of the interviews that have been conducted, the problems that often occur are frequent errors (human errors) of student data being confused, data loss, and taking a long time in the process of managing student data so that employees cannot complete reports on time. Therefore, a Website-Based Information System for Searching Student Registration Data at Paud Kb Sabilul Iman was built. System development is carried out using the Prototype method, the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, and database storage with MySQL. This research was also carried out until the testing process used the Wilcoxon signed test, black box testing, white box testing and benefit testing based on ISO 25010 standards. Based on the benefits test, the results obtained were Functional Suitability of 93.3%, Performance Efficiency of 98.35%, Reliability of 89.17%, Usability of 94.17%, and Maintainability of 94.9%. Thus it can be concluded that the Design of a Website-Based Search Information System for Searching Student Registration Data at Paud Kb Sabilul Iman Purwokerto can overcome problems in making reports and speed up the process of searching for student registration data at Paud kb Sabilul Iman Purwokerto.

Abstract

Energi terbarukan adalah sumber energi yang berasal alam yang mampu digunakan dengan bebas, mampu diperbarui terus-menerus serta tak terbatas jumlahnya. Indonesia memiliki potensi energi surya yang melimpah. Meskipun potensi melimpah namun pemanfaatan energi surya untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) sampai 2020 baru 153,8 MW atau 0,07% dari potensi yang ada. Selain itu pemerintah terus mendorong transformasi energi di Indonesia dari energi fosil ke Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT), salah satunya melalui pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) yang bersumber dari Energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat desain PLTS atap 300 kWp untuk SPKLU di PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya. Kajian desain meliputi kelayakan aspek teknis, lingkungan, dan ekonomi dengan menggunakan Software Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER) PRO Versi 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konfigurasi sistem terbaik secara on grid dengan kelayakan ekonomi NPC(Rp) = 1,06B, COE = 69,96 Rp/kWh, dan PBP = 16 tahun. Tersedianya potensi energi matahari yang cukup besar dengan rata-rata 4,76 kWh/m2/hari dan pemanfaatan EBT yang besar dengan renewable fraction 68,6%. Total produksi energi (kWh/tahun) dari PLTS atap 632,038 atau 72,3% dari sistem. Dampak penurunan emisi gas rumah kaca berupa karbon dioksida 313,96 Kg/tahun, sulfur dioksida 4,583 Kg/tahun, dan nitrogen oksida 361,7 Kg/tahun.

Abstract

Leakage of personal data is a serious challenge, the adverse effects of incidents of data leakage can result in fines, loss of reputation and public trust that has been harmed. Cyber security plays a role in minimizing the level of risk of cyberattack threats that disrupt the security of all system components such as infrastructure, software, hardware and data. This research was conducted to analyze the sentiments of the Indonesian people towards the queries "cyber security" and "data leaks" from Twitter user tweets. The data classification in this study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm method. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage performance of positive and negative sentiments. The results of the modeling performance are obtaining accuracy percentage values of 88.80%, Precision 29.27%, and Recall 30.77%. The results of the data visualization show that Indonesian people, especially Twitter users, give many negative opinions in response to this discussion. So the percentage of negative sentiment is higher than positive sentiment.
