Abstract

The purpose of this study were to find the influence of Customer Value was consist of Functional value (quality/performance) (X1), emotional value (X2), functional value price/ value for money (X3), and social value (X4) towards satisfaction (Y) and also to find the biggest variable effect towards college students user satisfaction at Economy Faculty Trunojoyo Madura University. The Population of this study was college students at Economy Faculty Trunojoyo Madura University. The Method used in this research was the purposive sampling, by 50 respondents and the research done in November 2013. The data collecting method were collecting kuesioner and library research. The result of this study were the Functional value (quality/performance) (X1), emotional value (X2), functional value price/ value for money (X3), dan social value (X4) effected the satisfaction (Y) of college students user smartphone Blackberry Gemini Curve 8520 at Economy Faculty Trunojoyo Madura University. The result from t test (parsial) proved the Functional value (quality/performance) (X1), emotional value (X2), price/ value for money (X3) had an signifikant effect to satisfaction (Y), while social value hadn’t signifikant effect towards satisfaction (Y) of college students user smartphone Blackberry Gemini Curve 8520 at Economy Faculty Trunojoyo Madura University. It could be concluded that from fourth free variable which have bigger influence to satisfaction (Y) of college students user smartphone Blackberry Gemini Curve 8520 at Economy Faculty Trunojoyo Madura University is functional value price/ value for money (X3).

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of internal auditor and the influence toward managerial performance in Trunojoyo University of Madura. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to Trunojoyo University of Madura’s 55 managers. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 16 for windows. A sampling technique uses stratified random sampling proportionally and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by product moment correlation, reliability test with alpha cronbach. Classic assumption test, t one tail test and double linear regression analysis is used to verify and to prove the research hypothesis. Analysis result demonstrates that internal auditor done effectively and have a positive influence simultanly and partially toward managerial performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are; (1) to determine the influence of experential Marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act and relate on customers’ satisfaction, (2) to determine the dominant influence of Experential Marketing variable on Blackberry Curve smartphone customers’ satisfaction.Research approach used is quantitative, means that it is a positivism philosophy study of which purpose is testing the hypothesis set. Sample used in this study is Blackberry Curve smartphone customer as 60 respondents who are students of Economic Faculty, University of Trunojoyo Madura. Samples collecting method applied is purposive sampling. Reliability and validity test are used as the instrument testing, while data analysis technique applied for hypothesis testing is descriptive and multiple linear regressions analysis by involving F tes ( simultaneous) and t test (partial). The results of study show that the adjusted R Squarevalue is 0,815. It means the amount influence of independent to dependent variable is 81,5%, while the remaining of 18,5% is influenced by another variable outside of this study. Based on F Experiential Marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, dan relatesimultaneously and significantly influence the Blackberry Curve smartphone customers’ satisfaction. Similarly, the t test results the Experiential Marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, and act has significant influence on Blackberry Curve smartphone customers’ satisfaction, but only the relate that does not have significant influence. The dominant influence is feel variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of social capital in a growing community interaction ( as a customer ) with a managed LKMS on performance , which is to determine the ability of social capital in improving the performance LKMS activity that is based on the principles of : Siddiq , tabligh, amanah dan fatonah, determine the ability of social capital in improving the performance of the economic impact of the source of financing . This study also aims to determine the development efforts in the sphere of social capital LKMS -run boarding pesantren and how the influence of charisma kiai as a leader in the development of socialcapital. Social capital in this study include the capacity of members of the social capital that exist around schools by function , namely : cognitive aspects ( norms , trust, solidarity , and integrity ) and structural aspects ( network and groups ) . The output of these two aspects in the form of ideas or expectations that leads to collective behavior in order to generate collective profits . The one aspect that affects why the community is willing to do in order to produce the collective behavior collective profit anyway (mutually beneficial collective action,MBCA) and others serve to facilitate the MBCA, Research sites in Pamekasan , considering there are a number of boarding pondok pesantrenin Pamekasan who manage LKMS. By using purposive sampling to sampling techniques and research using SEM analysistools. Research results show that social capital is built in community interaction with Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Cooperatives play a role in improving the performance of LKMS . Growing social capital LKMS then increased performance , better performance of economic activity as well as its economic impact performance. Growth social capital impact to the increasing performance of institutions based on the principles shiddig , sermons , trustworthy , and fatonah ( performance of economic activity ) . Growth of social capital to the growing impact welfare and increasing the accessibility of financing sources ( economic impact performance ) . The impact of social capital influence on the performance of economic activity rather than on the performance of the economic impact.

Abstract

The productivity associated with the level of the companies progress. If the employee doesn’t get human resources development, the advancement of companies can’t develop. The hypothesis of this research was suspected education (X1) and training (X2) effect on productivity, as well as education as the dominant variables. The purpose of this study was examine the influence of education and training towards productivity. As well as researching the affecting education variables are dominant. Based on analysis using multiple linear regression test obtained results, education effect on the productivity rate was 78.5%. Training effect on the productivity rate was 36.4%. Results of determination multiple koefesien (R2) by 0,740, shows that the percentage of the influence of education and training for employee productivity amounting to 74%. While 26% are affected by other variables that are not included in this research model. From the results of this research, education have dominant effect 0.785 because it was major requirement for job promotion.

Abstract

Surabaya, as a heroic city, saves a lot of history about war in independence era. It influences the creation of tourist objects in history nuance such as museum. Phenomenon on reality shows the opposite that people prefer to visit, even spending time in malls, theaters, and cafes than visiting a museum. So, it needs an effort to shift people preference by implementing Experiential Marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing variables that consist of Sense Experience, Feel Experience, Think Experience, Act Experience, and Relate Experience on Sepuluh November Museum visitors’ satisfaction and also to determine the five elements of Experiential Marketing variable that dominantly influences the visitor satisfaction of Sepuluh November Museum Surabaya. This study applies quantitative methods with type of survey research conducted through structured interviews and questionnaires to 60 respondents, i.e visitors of Sepuluh November Museum Surabaya. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, and is being analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) variable Sense Experience, Feel Experience, Think Experience, Act Experience, and Relate Experience jointly or simultaneously influence visitor satisfaction of Sepuluh November Museum. (2) Partially, Sense Experience and the Relate Experience significantly influence visitor satisfaction of Sepuluh November Museum, while the variable of Feel Experience, Think Experience, and Act Experience does not significantly influence visitor satisfaction of Sepuluh November Museum. (3) The five elements of Experiential Marketing variable that mostly influence the visitor satisfaction of Sepuluh November Museum is Sense Experience variable

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence (X1), professional competence (X2), social competence (X3), and personality competence (X4) to the dependent variable, the performance of the lecturers in Trunojoyo Madura University. The data used in this study are primary data. The data are collected from the result of spreading the questioner out, while the respondents of this study are the lecturers in Trunojoyo Madura University who have been certified as active starting from 2008 until 2011. The respondents are 78 lecturers. The technique of taking the sample is by using judgemental sampling which uses the analysis method of double linier regression. The result shown that pedagogical competence (X1), professional competence (X2), social competence (X3), and personality competence (X4) affected significantly to the lecturer’s performance, either simultaneously or partially. The coefficient of double determination (R2) shows the number of 0,796 which means 79,6% of lecturer’s performance is influenced by the change of all independent variables, and the rest is 20,4% which influenced by the variable which while the variable who has dominance influence is pedagogic competence variabel with significance value about 0.000 and has beta value about 0.426.

Abstract

The emergence of the assumption that the birth of the begging culture due to two of the most influential cultures of the children in choosing a profession beggar is culture and family environment. Culture is also able to influence one's attitude and behavior. By the results of research on the influence of culture on behavior of child beggars in Kamal district. Bangkalan can be said to be very alarming. It can be seen from the two variables are variables that culture consists of three indicators to measure a culture that is about perception among ethnographic them as beggars. Socialization is the role of family or environment that causes them to work as beggars. And the modus operandi of the form of beggars or practice of begging, and tissue between the beggars in the village and a variable behavior consists of two indicators, namely behavioral sociology that explain behavior that occurs in the present through the possibility of consequences that occur in the future . The exchange of social teory stating that any or disappointments that occur in human life originated on the behavior of others. Based on the results of the study, there is a behavior that causes disappointment because there are factors or the encouragement of family culture and environment.
