Abstract

High number of lecturers with low functional occupation in Indonesia is the main issue of the article.Identifying what factors faced by lecturers in process of lecturer functional occupation proposal to improve career path of lecturer is the main aim of the article. Method used in the research is descriptive-qualitative, by gathering research articles about related problems and describing them.The research findings indicate that factors faced by lecturers in these matters are lack of insight of lecturers, leader support, Tri Dharma burdens, lack of socialization from institution and level of procedures of proposal. Practical implication of the research is giving insight to the lecturers about the importance of functional occupation of lecturers to support the career to contribute in institution development.Keyword: lecturer functional occupation, career path of lecturer, institution development

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership on performance of employess, to determine how much influence the compensationon performance of employess, to determine how much influence the leadership and compensation on performance of employess PT. Lima sempurna Cikande - Serang.The method in this study using quantitative research methods, can be interpreted as a method of research that is based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to examine the population or a particular sample, data collection techniques using research instruments, analysis of quantitative data/statistics with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been set, The population in this research were 32 respondents at PT. Lima sempurna Cikande – Serang.Based on research that has been done, the conclusion is a significant difference between the leadership on performance of employess obtained t hitung > t table ( (3,344> 2,045 ) with a significant level of ( 0,02 < 0,05) . Scale measurements on each item questionnaire leadership variable (X 1 ) then obtained an assessment of the questionnaire items of wholly obtained average value of  137,9 with a measurement scale on a scale of 136-162 in the “very good”category. There is a significant difference between the compensation on performance of employess, obtained t hitung > t table ( 5,688 > 2,045 ) with asignificant level of ( 0,00< 0,05 ) Scale measurements on each item questionnaire compensation variable (X 2 ) the obtained assessment of the questionnaire items of wholly obtained average value of 135,9  with a measurement scale on a scale of 110-136 in the “good” category. There is a significantrelationship between the leadership and and compensation on performance of employess F hitung > F table ( 15,678 > 2,93 ).with a significant level of ( 0,00< 0,05 ). Scale measurements on each item on the questionnaire variables performance of employess (Y), then obtained an assessment of the questionnaire items of wholly obtained average value of  136,4 with a measurement scale on a scale of 136-162 in the “Very good”categories.

Abstract

his study arises from the competition between companies similar housing in the city of Cilegon which resulted in a decrease in the number of sales of housing units. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) on customer satisfaction through service quality Perum Metro Cilegon / PT. Prime Gapura Prima. The population was Perum Metro Cilegon residents being occupied by theconsumer or PT Perum Metro Cilegon. Prime Gapura Prima at the time this study was conducted. Method of determining the sample is purposive sampling of 180 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire contains questions that are answered respondents.Research analysis method using SEM (Structural Equation Model) that is run by an AMOS software. Results of the analysis showed that the mix of marketing (Marketing Mix) significantly affects customer satisfaction through quality of service. These findingsindicate that the marketing mix significantly influence the quality of service to the value of CR for 3.472, the service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction with the value of CR for 2.242 and the marketing mix does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction  with  CR  value  of  0.923.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari profitabilitas (return on investment) dan resiko keuangan terhadap harga saham perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia.         Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan 7 tahun terakhir dengan periode 2009 – 2015, dalam penelitian metode penelitian menggunakan asosiatif karena adanya hubungan atau sebab akibat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research) pengambilan data sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 sampel yang menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi.         Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi Y = 3386.829 + 0.759ROI - 0.193RK, Profitabilitas (return on investment) dan resiko keuangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2009 – 2015.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT NX Indonesia, dan variabel manakah apakahkompetensi atau komunikasi yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT NX Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS ver 20.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja, secara parsial variabel komunikasi mempengaruhi kinerja dan secara bersama sama variabel kompetensi dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 81,20% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT NX Indonesia, sedangkan sisanya 18,80% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Work Motivation and Work Ability Impact on Employee Performance (Case Study in Nety Collection Company in Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang).Employee performance inan interesting topic and need a constant reexamination since company performance depends on employeeperformance in the company.The research aim in to examine the impact of work motivation and work ability on employee performance. The result is expectedto give a broader knowledge on human resources management and as reference for further research.Multiple Regression Analysis was used to analysis the dataset. The research use all employee of Nety Collection Company in Poncokusumo. F-test was applied to test independent variables‟impact on dependent variable simultaneously. And t-test was applied to test independent variables‟ impact on dependent variable partially.The result shows that the need of existence, relation, growth, physical ability, intellectual ability, emotional and spiritual ability together have significant effect on employee performance. Among all those variable, the need of existence, growth,intellectual ability, emotional and spiritual ability have effect on employee performance partially. On the contrary, the need of relation and physical ability have no significant effect on employee performance. Variable with biggest effect is the need of growth.In order to increase employe‟s performance, the company should fulfill the need of existence and growth, increase intellectual ability, emotional ability, and spiritual ability.But most important thing in fulfilling the need of growth because it has the biggest effect on employee‟s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment to employee performance at the district office karangtanjung Pandeglang, independent variables in thisstudy are leadership and work environment and the dependent variable is the performance of employees.The study used qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive research explansi level, associative ie for influence between the variables, the source data is primary data and secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. The study population of 33 people, and 33 samples were taken, and analyzed with SPSS version 20:00 Based on the results of this study concluded that 1) there is positive and significant correlation between leadership on employee performance, 2) there is no effect and no significant between work environment to employee performance, 3) there are significant positive and significant correlation between leadership and work environment to employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of staffing and working environment on the performance of employees at the Department of Marine and Fisheries Banten Province.The method used is descriptive and associative. The samples used were 75 of the 150 employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries Banten Province. The sampling technique used is the technique of saturated samples. For analysis using correlation analysis and regression analysis with the help of SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Based on hypothesis testing, proved to staffing and working environment affect the performance of employees. Based on these results it can be concluded that the performance of employees will increase if staffing was appropriate and comfortable and conducive working environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cogindo DayaBersama dan untuk menganalisis variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari mulai penarikan populasi sebanyak 128 dan sampel dengan menggunakan slovin dengan total responden 97 hingga pengumpulan data baik itu data primer maupun data sekunder. Pengujian dilakukaan dengan berbagai instrument diantarnya dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas data setelah itu dilakukan analisisi data dengan analisis asosiatif dan pengujian hipotesis.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang digunakan diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi atau nilai Rsquere yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 0,415 artinya pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah 41% sisanya 59% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan di bidang penyedia layanan jasa makanan dan minuman (Roti Bakar 88 Kota Serang) yang semakin marak dengan banyaknya restauran lain yang bermunculan. Fenomena ini mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk meningkatkan standar pelayanannya maupun produknya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitasproduk, kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kemudiandilakukan tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis, juga data yang diperoleh daripenyebaran kuesioner terhadap 83 pelanggan Roti Bakar 88 Kota Serang dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, setelah itu dilakukan analisis data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis data secara kuantitatif. Analisis Kuantitatif meliputi : Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui Uji t dan Uji F, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R 2 ).Data - data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Dimana variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), variabel Kualitas Produk (X 1 ), variabel Kualitas Layanan (X 2 ) dan variabel Persepsi Harga (X 3 ). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kemudian melalui Uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, dan Persepsi Harga memang layak untuk menguji variabel dependen Loyalitas Pelanggan. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,402 menunujukkan bahwa 40 persen variasi Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat dijelaskan olehketiga variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
